Hey this is my first post, I am also german and Wendelin what you describe is exactly happenig to me: "This triggered a prickling Feeling starting in my head and shivering down my spine combined with some goosebumps" I have this always after one great meditation session, maybe 3-10 times during the day for several weeks whenever I come to the present or think about some enlightment stuff. I had no enlightment-experience. I just had tears in my eyes in this one great meditation session and I even dont know why. It just started to happen. Does anybody know what this means? Now I rarely have these prickling Feeling, but I am in a stressfull time right now
