Hello, me and my ex were 5 years together. She was full in love with me the first years. She dumped me 6 month ago because she lost her love for me during long distance relationship of over 1 year. Of course she found another man. I went to hell because I still love her. Circumstance changed and now she lives in my town for 3 month to finish her study. We talked a lot about our past and our mistakes as we were together. She revealed to me, that I am more to her than family. She cannot live without me. She asked me seriously, if we marry, would it be ok, if we have no sex. I replied that would not be an option. She said, she can only make sex when she is in love. Otherwise she gets really strong negative emotions (she was raped in her past). And right now she doesn' t love me. When I touch her on her ass or other erogene zones, she winces. She says then she dont like this and I have to stop. In my opinion Sex comes first, then love. But she needs love first to make sex. Hello, I already asked a lot for my (ex)/ girlfriend. She needs serious help. I did many things, all were helpful but just a little. A little background to her: she is 27 years old she has a lot of trauma in her: was heavy bullied in school (over 200 people) for 2 years she was raped one time she moved to foreign country after school and it was hard rude living time at the beginning she lost last year her grandfather, grandmother and her cat she plays professional trumpet since 5 years old. But an chronic arm injury (doctors say it is all right, maybe psychic) which began 2 years ago and holds until now forced her to stop playing trumpet. Also in these time 2 years ago a professor told her about the hard life of a orchestra player which was her dream. her dream is now broken and she lost the love to play trumpet. And with it her life purpose. This is very hard for her because playing trumpet was the only reason to live otherwise she already would be dead because of her traumatic past. Actual her biggest problem: she is in her last semester and she dont know if she can finish her study because she has lost the motivation to finish it. Because the only reason she began to study music was to be better in trumpet to play later in orchestra Now what we already did to heal her from all these baggage she went to so many doctors, psychologist and so on. No one could help but we look further here Meditation (10 minutes a day, not more. helped a bit) a little yoga holosync music (helped a little) massage (emotional therapy massage). Helped a lot first times Psychedelics 2 times AL-LAD. Biggest healing first, but after some weeks nothing was left. 1 time MDMA. This was 1 month ago. she now has bad dreams and some panic attacks. which was before mdma also. But now a little stronger. Dont know if it healed a bit. It is too early to say so. She is very in spirituality, but on her own. She can without practice go at will to a place where no time and room exist and where she is free like a bird (without skeleton). Hello, my girlfriend plays professional trumpet as a music student. 2 years ago her arm began hurting during holding trumpet. She went to doctors they all say she and her arm are total fine. They could not find anything. She went to physiotherapeuts, masseurs. It did not help. She also cannot use her arms for other things too. Since then she could not resume her study. she is deeply traumatized from her childhood and is very spiritual. Maybe the body want to tell her to stop playing trumpet?
