  1. @Principium Nexus be careful to share this video with us. I researched a little bit about this Nazca alien. it seems to be fake. Lately some hobby scientists make dokus about alien stuff in peru . There was found an alien hand some month before from this pseudo science group (this was fake, it were just human bones ordered new so that it looks like an alien hand). This is not real science, they just want to make some money with this fake alien (for updates in this project you need to pay...).
  2. @Azrael He wanted to ask you, if the people you hang out with (your friends, family-members) noticed somehow your big change in conscious
  3. Look at this site: http://www.normalbreathing.com/CO2-deep-breathing-myth.php it has some warnings on deep breathing exercises
  4. @Prabhaker "Yoga has been used to kill the mind; breathing can be used to kill the mind. There are rhythms of breath, subtle vibrations of breath, which can be very, very drastic to the delicate mind. The mind can be destroyed through them. These are old tricks. " Osho "Yogis are, more or less, stupid. Their bodies are healthy — that’s true — strong, but their minds are just dead. You will not see the glimmer of intelligence. You will see a very robust body, animallike, but somehow the human has disappeared." Osho https://meditationawareness.wordpress.com/2013/02/03/osho-on-how-to-stop-thinking/
  5. Osho seems to hate yoga. He also said that breathing exercises in yoga damage your brain and makes you stupid. What do you think about this? Is something about this claim? Hyperventilation is indeed not healthy for your brain because your brain gets less CO2. But how about slow deep breaths? Any thoughts?
  6. @AleksM I am interested. I hope these sounds do not conflict with other binaureal beats like holosync I use right now
  7. @AleksM You said you tried to be 24/7 aware of your breath for month. What were your life situation back these days? Did you have a girlfriend? Did you went to school or did you work? What were your hardest situations in which to concentrate on the breath at the same time? I am a software engineer and I really need to think. I will try your method anyway, I will do it for some month and will see how far I can get
  8. You can be noself and do "bad" things at the same time. Then he act like a Zen Devil. Where is the contradiction? I read books about spiritual stuff because without this I would not start to do self inquiry for a minute Have I overlooked something? I think you speak from the enlightened "perspective" where there exist no world, everything is an illusion so there is nothing to gain, nothing to read. But I dont have this perspective and I am still pulled to my ego.
  9. Where is the conspiracy?! @Tano McKenna wrote: "Awakening is the process of deprogramming. Enlightenment is the unprogrammed state." And another quote "The result isn't enlightened-self or true-self, it's no-self" He is in this unprogrammed state and describes in 7 books how he sees the world as a no-self and how to become this through spiritual autolysis
  10. So McKenna says no one personally can get enlightened? But he wrote this also in one of his books. I still dont get it
  11. I dont get it, I was on this www.enlightenmentmyth.com and read some articles of this autor of the page who met McKenna. He writes about MCKenna that he behaves like a normal human who is into money. Where is the big hoax or lie? That the ashram was not real? that McKenna had no enlightenment experience?
  12. I report so many posts, it would be nice when other people also report if they see a useless post. This report function should be more used. some people are just hanging around here and produce nonsense every day
  13. I am from Hamburg, interested in enlightenment
  14. @AllanGR Hello AllanGR, I totally agree with you what you said about astral travelling and I think nobody here is trying to sell something. There are just some people who think they had something like an astral projection but they just had little lucid dreaming. In this forum there are very few people who can do astral projection at will. But there are many people who are really into enlightenment and there are some good awakening-reports if you are interested. So I am happy to meet someone experienced like you who also can do astral travelling. I did many experiments on my own and I just had never a real 100% proof for me, that there is a link between the astral realms and this world where you can manipulate or extract information from the astral realm and use it in this world. I read some books like from monroe where he said you can manipulate objects in this world from the astral realm ( like throwing an object from a table). This never worked. I also dont know what this astral realm really is. Whats the use of it? For me astral realm seems to be the place where mental templates for this world are saved. Like a cache in a computer. But it is so strange. I cannot grasp whats this all about and how it is related to this world. Can you give me an opinion on this? Or can you share some of your experiences? Thank you very much and welcome to this forum
  15. #Session 2 on my girlfriend (over 60 minutes). In this session she said to me I should not talk so much because when she sees pictures in front of her eyes they can go away quickly when I talk to her. She needs to concentrate on her pictures/feelings. So if there was talking between us during the session, it was short and mostly about where and how I should massage her. This time I was massaging not only the back but also the front of her body. This was very intense she said, even more than massaging the back.I pressed two fingers of each of my hand on the middle of her breast and then I slowly worked up trough her throat. She was almost crying. Almost!! There was an interesting fact: Her eyes were closed sometimes and then I could see how her eyes were moving constantly from left to the right like in a mechanical way. She said she saw pictures in front of her eyes of her traumatic experiences. After the session she went in a deep sleep for 4 hours and had nightmares. Normally she rarely has nightmares. She said this maybe comes from the session. I think these nightmares are good, because her brain want to process the traumatic experience in her dream. But this is just an assumption. Any opinion on this? Anyway, she really likes this therapy and she said this session was really healing her. She released some bad emotions.
  16. @AlwaysBeNice I tried it out today on my girlfriend, she lived 10 years in pain..all I can say IT WORKED!! My girlfriend feels now much more lighter in her heart. She said, it was better than any psychotherapy she had. I will do it again on her, this is so powerful.. why does nobody know about this? Thank you for sharing this technique!! Edit: For some people out there who are interested in this technique it is called "Amanae"
  17. @Delinkaaaa Ok then this is a good question. I asked me too what is it good for. Nevertheless there is a unknown potential in it. You can experience ego death in astral realm but this rarely happens. Furthermore astral projections can give you many insights about this world we all live in. But you can do this also with meditation
  18. @Delinkaaaa "lots of pictures"? I think you just have some visions in front of your eyes. Thats not even lucid dreaming. Can you walk around the room like you would normally do? @mp22 its the same we talk here about. How many tries did you needed with this method? How was the experience?
  19. @Memeito Yes I did. But this rarely happens and is more of a coincident. I did also some experiments, like interacting with objects from the real world or the typical number test or seing pictures. The problem with these experiments is that in astral realm numbers change in gibberish symbols, pictures never seen before also change in abstract symbols interpreted through your subconscious. But there is not one astral realm there are many different levels and each level is more or less stable or closer to this world @phoenix you are in a meditative state in astral realm, you are like the watcher observing and noticing everything. Thoughts come up but they go away easy. Emotions come up but they also go away easy.
  20. @Memeito You can move from astral projection into lucid dreaming and the other way around. Astral projection is very different from lucid dreaming, at least for me I also made the same test like you did with. Numbers are very abstract and can change in astral realm. real objects/persons cannot change so quickly
  21. @Shin "Not giving a fuck" Exactly! this is so important when it happens. Crazy shit is happening always in astral realm and you see this all and just watch it. When you have fear or when you are too exited you switch back in less than a second to your body @Barna it is a good result as a beginner that you felt your astral body, thats a big step. Next time you will notice more and more. It is not easy at all I know. Sometimes it is very difficult to raise power in your astral body. But this comes with training you just need to stick with it. Before you grap the rope you can also try to lift carefully parts of your astral body (e.g. your hands)
  22. @Barna OMG... I think you just met your guardian angel. This is a spiritual guide who helps you and gives tipps how to go out of the body faster. You can communicate with them through telepathie. When you are in the astral plane you can meet with her but this is nothing for beginners. First learn to astral project if you are really serious about it. your intention to really go out of your body is very important. Your subconscious will understand your message and will do the work for you. You can also ask the spiritual guide for help when you hear her next time during the rain. Then when you feel very light try to move your hands (without moving your physical hand if you know what I mean) and try flowering with a good headset next time
  23. @AstralProjection when taking MDMA for therapy, does the sitter need to talk about the trauma with her? Like normal psychotherapy? Or would it be enough that she makes an intention setting and the sitter does not interfere during the experience. Like letting her just be meditating about the trauma?
  24. @AstralProjection Thank you very muchI dont know what this ghost-issue is, maybe a psychosis but she see ghosts since her childhood and she also can see the aura of people. However her head overanalyze everything automatically, she is always thinking and thinking. MDMA-/LSD Therapy in europe will take some time until it is legalized and therapeuts are trained for this ( maybe in 4-5 years). I see also some ghost but only on the astral plane and I am ok. I dont know what these ghosts really are but this is another topic.
