  1. @Live Life Liam Learning the English language is extraordinary. Your focus is collapsing the wave right now. You don't need to learn how to do it, but, knowledge inspires the determination and intent which changes the importance and understanding one gives to one's own focus.
  2. Doesn't anyone know you get what you focus on?
  3. @brovakhiin You've got some vision man. Nice. Only missing Farcry 5. Curious....I'm going to bet you don't use fluoride...?
  4. Follow up question brutha. Have you digested quantum physics yet? Are you familiar with the scientific evidence that time is not only nonlinear but nonexistent with out a relative observer? Also, have you digested the uncertainty principle that reveals we can focus on what is or where is going and either are no more or less physical reality? HAve you read about superposition - that everything that is a thing is so because it's being collapsed by an observer from the field that is everything?
  5. @Phil Take life as lightly as you can. You have forever. Physical things are only so because we are perceiving them. Time is not linear and does not exist. Whatever you focus on IS reality. This all requires no effort, just a letting go of the habit that keeps you from reading the factual science from about 100 years ago.
  6. Your perspective is the thing you need to let go of. It is the freedom you seek. You classified the path as work, as if effort = results. It's the opposite. The thoughts about effort and work of are the things that when you let go of them, you can begin to experience the super awesomeness that was there all along. This will happen at the pace of your self honesty that nothing has ever " happened " to you. You have been at the helm the whole time. Also, healthy eating, daily meditation and excercise will align you with the nature of the universe and aid you in letting go. Godspeed.
  7. Looking into the past for who you are will eventually lead to looking into the present of what you are. Some people have repeated thought patterns so many times that they don't know the difference between truth and belief. Their past may reveal when they neglected to make that distinction. Usually a traumatic event where the said, too painful, so....now I believe this.
  8. @ashashlov Take meditation out of your generic list of things you would like to do, and reclassify it as the way you can let go of the same list. Then, you will have the clarity you desire and you will read your question posted here so differently. Godspeed.
  9. @Live Life Liam Thanks for sharing man. Order The lIttle Prince, Have a great one!
  10. Good for you man. That's awesome. Way to let go. Thanks for sharing.
  11. @Live Life Liam Wow. If you are as young as your picture suggests I'm a little envious. I didn't even start PD until I was 20ish. I hope you don't mind some questions. What got you started? A parent? A certain book? What would you suggest is the best way to present the path to my kids, ages 5 and 6? Thank you in advance, I know I'm asking a lot. Also, I want to add a point worth pondering. You mentioned "feeling pleasurable sensations" as a red herring of sorts. I have experienced otherwise, and it is one of the greatest experiences of my life. Similar to how the ego exists after the death of the ego, but is not part of your perceptive experience anymore, and your focus allows it to stay benign or regrow, the sensation of the everything within can also be allowed and experienced as physiological sensation. A quick background that I think is necessary- I started working full time when I was a child. My dad was always stressed about work and he took it out on the family. What a gift. At age 13 I was determined to do whatever work would free me from work. I grew an insurance agency, got licensed for stocks, mutual funds, annuities, bought rental houses, etc. I worked around the clock for years. I built an income stream that more than sustains for the duration. So for the next 20 years I had my time free. Traveling didn't entertain me for as long as I thought it would. Neither did buying stuff. All roads quickly led to PD. I did the typical practices - meditation, excercise, healthy eating, working out, participating in charities, schools, etc, for the last 20 years, almost every single day. I have read and watched everything I can find on quantum mechanics, biology, neurology, genetics, etc. If you're still reading this, thanks. I realize it has a color of self indulgence, but I'm taking the time to explain because I want to communicate to you that there is an ocean of "pleasurable sensations" that I don't think you have tapped into. It's real. It's within all of us. Accessing it is a matter of practices and mindfulness, like all other ventures, I would wager that if you told someone that you perceive time as nonlinear, and use the uncertainty principle as a practice, they would suspect you of inflation, but you did the time so to speak, and you know those things to be true. I'm not trying to be preachy, it's just that your persona comes through in your writing. I feel a sincerity and dedication that most PD folks 3 times your age have not obtained yet. I felt a little heartbreak in a sense when you expressed a limitation on your physical sensations in your pursuit and or experience of enlightenment and transcendence. Just one rando guy making a claim on a forum, but... it is real and it is ineffably worthwhile.
  12. Just unfollow people who you don't want to hear from. Add in countless people and sources that say things that please you. Facebook is what you make it, like all things.
  13. Here is a way you can see it, possibly. I did not say anything about transcendence making me "special" or "superior". My experience is nothing like that. I do realize you were making a point, but, If you can realize that you perceived it that way, that you skipped over what was being said to you and made YOUR point. Then, you might be on your way. A good practice might be to spend a day or so without talking. You might be amazed by what you hear.
  14. @Razvan There is no question that daily meditation, proper nutrition, positive mindfulness, excercise, being drug free, alcohol free, cigarette free, etc will bring you to trancendance. The only variable is wether we are being honest with ourselves in our adherence to what our within has always been telling us.
  15. Meditate on the differnence between being against war, and being for peace. Feel the difference. Realize that anything that is, is only because someone or some people continue to focus on it. What is not focused on, does not continue. THEN - realize this is true for your own personal reality. It is impossible to experience or observe something that your are not focusing on. Not thinking, but focusing. To be against war is to focus on war. To be against frustration, is to be frustrated. To love love is to love. This is the path to ego death.
  16. Yes yes yes it is not only possible but when experienced it is as real and normal feeling to say you are everything as it is for you right now to say I am this body, I am this person, I am my experiences. It is not some mind trick. The experience of the death of the ego is witnessed through all your senses. Vision is more refined and enriched, emotions are experienced deeper, music never sounded so good, all lyrics are actually about God or the Oneness even if the songwriter was writing about another person, or love, etc. When you allow a reconnection to the oneness, you will feel the clarity in your head, you will feel the chills throughout your skin, you will feel the love like you feel water in a pool. It is not a thought thing, it is a no thought thing. The more you think about it, the longer you keep it at a distance. If someone says it is a matter of tricking the brain or just assuming a perspective, this reveals they have not experienced the death of their ego and have actually been going down a very opposite path. And yet, this also reveals, they have more to gain in terms of experience than I do.
  17. @aryberry I think the subject at hand is knowing one's self. Which leads to knowing one's Self. There's a deep discovery of self honesty that I think you are going through. Like "what do I want, really?" And "How much do I want to work for things or opportunities for purchasing or traveling or whatever?" "How much time do I want to spend working for something vs just living and chilling?". My two cents is keep going deeper but make a conscious change to approach everything with ease and positive emotion. Use meditation as a reset anytime you feel less than awesome. There is no rush. You have forever. You are perfect where you are. It is perfect to question anything. Everything will always work out. You are as worthy watching a rerun of Friends as you are in solving world hunger. YOU are worthy, not your actions. You are expanding the experience of the universe no matter what you are doing. If you sit and stare at the wall, you are adding an exceptional experience to the universe. You are the only you that has ever existed. No one has ever experienced being you staring at a wall before. It is all appreciated. You ARE worthy of everything. Perhaps, you have categorized and assigned emotions to things. Like "work" is not fun for example. Like doing your favorite leisure activity is more enjoyable than running an errand. Maybe you want to consider a different line of work. Maybe you want to find the bliss that lies in doing any type of work. But what is for sure, is that this is your reality. This whole thing is you. When you say it is all ok, then it is all ok. Allowance. Creation. Acceptance. Let go of resistance. Allow.
  18. There are no mistakes. If there were, everything that exists, this entire universe, is a mistake.
  19. I'm not a Trump fan, like 83% of America, but I don't see the problem. It's always resistance and expansion. While shit-bout-to-get-crazy round here, from that shit storm, we will have more expansion. Maybe people will be just wakin up left and right! Happiness is like addiction. Somebody who never tries a drug that they end up addicted to never knew how good they could feel. "Normal" "Unenlightened" people may be totally happy, but, they would be happier if exposed to the new capacity for happiness that PD brings. Again, how F'n fortunate are we all to be talking on here? Think about all the Trumps and expansions that have occurred for us to be unenthusiastic about this ortherwise blissful age we get to experience.
  20. @AxelK I appreciate your comment so much because it gives me clarity on the matter. I respectfully wholly disagree. The main theme of PD is joy and happiness. Anyone who has read, listened to, attended, etc self help or PD in a consistent manor is happier for having done it. I think you could also sum it up that we learn how to let go of the resistant thoughts we hold on to ignorantly, and suddenly begin to realize there aren't "happy" people and "sad" people, but rather everyone is Where they are. Some say "damn it, there must be more to this, there must be more joy" and they begin their path, and if they stay on the path, they find what they are looking for. While others think there is no "path" and that the whole subject is silly, and they waste years and sometimes decades until they wake up and say "damn it, there must be more joy".
  21. KEy Elements - I am a successful entrapanuer of about 20 years now. If you have any specific questions I could probably help.
  22. This whole post kinda sums up weed
  23. I try everything. LoA has sticking power (The Abraham style, not the folks from the movie the Secret style). It boils down to moving from efforting to inspired action. With momentum in one's inspiration, everything becomes a matter of synchronicity.
