  1. I think there are millions of individual situations. I love real life stories about people who got the opportunity to learn to fish and ran with it.
  2. Just a suggestion- workshops are really good for this. Especially after your comment about reading. Workshops that make you partner up and do exercises, goofy, but by the time you leave, you've already started doing the practices. Good luck. Black chalkboard paint is great too. It's a unique experience having a wall to write out anything you want, think, etc. I've done a lot of self discovery this way.

  4. @Afonso Are you sure you're becoming aware of your thoughts? It sounds like you're becoming more aware of other people's thoughts. Continued daily morning meditation on breathing will excercise your focus, so you can keep on your own thoughts. Everything else is eye of the beholder.
  5. Protesting is the modern version of voting. Electoral system needs reform.
  6. Will power is highest when you wake up and gone by sunset. Use this to your advantage. Also, prime yourself. Listen to a video about how great meditation is for 5-10 minutes and you'll be much more inclined to then do it.
  7. The grand unified field experiencing itself. You are trillions of cells going by the name "you". Those cells are all atoms. All the same atoms everything else has been and is and will be made of. Those atoms are all leptons, quarks & bosons. Those subatomic particles are all fields. Those fields are all the grand unified field. The "awareness" is the field aware of itself. The solution of the field and the awareness is "experience".

  17. Anger is the trickiest of all. Fist fights are Anger's smoke and mirrors. Suppression is Angers rule. Definition of Solution used in the lab: A solution is made when one substance dissolves into another substance. I'm old. The first fights won't be your problem. The heart attacks, high blood pressure, strokes, eretile disfunction. That's Angers home. Anger is the silent killer man. Don't welcome it. Anger is not a welcome friend in me.

  19. Congrats on your progress! I feel that I was once where you describe you are now. I solved the big ones and was good, but there was just that itch still. That knowing I could transcend more. You should feel great about your self honesty IMO, most just say it's 'normal' to have some tension, etc. Completely and totally my opinion, but, that last part you seek, is in the now. It can't be obtained and then enjoyed later. You can't 'let go of it' as an emotional releases. It's the now factor if you will. Try thinking in terms of momentum. Take what you did (as described in your post) and do that process, always, in the moment, now. The pot enhances your physiological self awareness, that's why you don't feel better on the pot, or 'reefer', if I may. . So take a minute now. See everything around you and within your mind better. Disregard reality and accuracy. Adopt thinking for your own well being, and continue. As days pass, the momentum builds. The 'floor' raises. Your lowest thought will not be as low in a few days, your highest thought will be higher. It's like you are moving you're whole spectrum up. It takes days to notice, weeks to feel, months to become the default state, and years to stop listening to people who want you to see that their view of 'reality' is more accurate.
  20. The "oneness" comment is a funny topic ender sometimes, but man does it fit here. Everything is one thing, so if you read a book about umbrellas, you're thinking umbrellas. Nonetheless, whatever works, right?
  21. 99% of enlightened people are not taking about it online, or writing books about enlightenment, or living in a monastery. They are living an enlightened life.
  22. "Healer", as in you are literally healing them with your energy, is a role. "Healer", as in you understand they are healing themselves with the power of their mind, is not a role. Because you are so passionate, you seek truth. By all means, God bless you and all healers, keep on healing. No truth - frustration, anger, resistance, blame. Truth - love, liberation, well being, oneness, connected. Which experience are you having in your healing? Truth or without truth.
