  1. Careful, the universe will only present you with more opportunity for connection. This is coming from you.
  2. @Christian Ignorance is a very strong force. Try less, say less and you'll communicate more. Accept them genuinely, and in their expereince of your acceptance, they are awakened to their own discord and more aware it is not to be accepted.
  3. There is this level of awaking to the dance. There is yet another level of awaking to the choice.
  4. Sounds like expansion of observational beauty capacity. I think it's the same physiological experience as when you see something beautiful, and you get filled with an emotion that makes you hold back the tears. You are emptying ego and being filled by the love of the one. It's a great great thing. Keep breathing through it. Watch tear jerker videos and breath through the emotion (don't suppress). I think you'll soon be seeing an entirely new level of beauty in all things.
  5. All science, religion, etc, is all analytics of the waking state.
  6. @Mondsee Do breathe-through stretches while believing the stretches will free you of the 'pain', and it actually will.
  7. Food beliefs are much deeper than personality beliefs. Either could be a viable course of solution though. There are ample examples of people who believed they were 'introverts' and then after cutting things like eating late, eating sugar, carbs, etc - then identify as extroverts.
  8. Processed gran sugar is cocaine without nitrogen. If you eat sugar daily, I feel safe saying you can chalk up 99% of any undesirable emotion to it. Imagine a 4 day cycle a cocaine addict goes through. The craving, the high, the low, the withdrawal, the blame, the anger, the craving of resolve to the anger and blame, then the high again. What makes sugar addiction unbelievably hard compared to cocaine, is the widespread identification of this cycle with 'illegal' cocaine vs the widespread ignorance of the 'legal' sugar, Breaking the sugar addiction, on a positive note, with bring you insight to a paradigm of social denial. You'll have an increased compassion (I hope) because you'll be able to see how much suffering people unknowingly bring upon themselves with sugar. http://www.independent.co.uk/news/science/sugar-has-similar-effect-on-brain-as-cocaine-a6980336.html http://www.dailymail.co.uk/health/article-3412497/Sugar-new-crack-cocaine-Doctor-warns-growing-addiction-sweet-stuff-dangerous-drugs-alcohol.html
  9. Great post! have you tried shakes with this stuff yet? https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Organic-Greens-Protein/dp/B01A7N9KPK/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1489247712&sr=8-2&keywords=Raw%2Bchocolate%2Bmeal%2Bwith%2Bgreens&th=1
  10. I like eating healthy in the sense of no lethargic mind, no lack of will power and energy, no fat on the body no resistant thought. Too much solid food, too much meat, carbs, noodles and especially sugar rob us of these things. Sometimes I like to eat vegetables and raw food, but making a shake with this stuff in the link below , with ice, peanut butter and a banana is much easier and way more delicious. It has all the veggies and raw food and it is not derived from meat. Try it out. Hope this helps! https://www.amazon.com/Garden-Life-Organic-Greens-Protein/dp/B01A7N9KPK/ref=sr_1_2_a_it?ie=UTF8&qid=1489247712&sr=8-2&keywords=Raw%2Bchocolate%2Bmeal%2Bwith%2Bgreens&th=1
  11. Maybe it's just feeling like shit from eating late.
  12. There is no evil. Just an illusion of absence of God. It doesn't help one to conceptually limit God.
  13. Awesome. Best of luck to you. The education system in the US is such, so that you have opportunity for purpose.
  14. People sensing that you had the thought that could help them, but didn't mention anything, is the most powerful way to help, and it accumulates over time, eventually they ask and then look into this stuff.
  15. @Cudin Trying to show others their bias is a repackaging of yourself compliments of your ego. It is you who must learn not to react. Be the change you wish to see in the world - comes to mind. It is the only thing that 'works'. Let go of it. focus on your development. No more reactions. Meditate. When you stop reacting eventually they will notice. They will wonder how you're not mad etc. They will ask. Then they might be ready, might not. Let it go.
  16. @gleb so funny man. Your other one about the victim mentality etc was pretty good also.
  17. It's a lot easier to keep focus physically out in the 'world' than in your head. Print pics or draw or write out what it is you want to stay focused on and tape it to the walls, etc. Also write why you want to focus on it. Get some emotion going behind it. It sounds too easy to work, but try it. Prime yourself by youtubing Tony Robbins, or "motivation". Amazing how 10 minutes of listening to something like that can change our state of mind.
  18. 'Correctly' - do you mean productively? If so, what do you want to produce? I suggest learning an instrument that you can, in the future if you don't already, sing to. Guitar, piano, etc. Do you already meditate & exercise? Those things open door to a lot more things. If you're bored. Google or YouTube Elkhart tolle on boredom.
  19. Does it help at all to account for those beliefs? As in to retrace who told you and how it got reinforced. Or the thinking that if you were born in different parts of the world, you would have been indoctrinated with that regional religion? Also, you could study at least 3 religions, and then start to get a perspective on how they are mostly the same. YouTube Richard Dawkins? He might help.
  20. How long have you been doing all of those habits? Do you do all everyday?
