  1. @HikiNEET do you see that those things do feel good to some people?
  2. @HikiNEET will what feels bad or good to you ever change in your life?
  3. The most common trap is trying to change the world. Each person is a world / reality, relative to the topic of change.
  4. @Prabhaker Right on. Take a look at what Jesus brought to humanity, then take a look around the world. It is fruitless to try to reconcile the two. Only go within.
  5. @Mehyar It is what you say it is. No one else is in your head constructing your thoughts. What does it mean Mehyar?
  6. @Lorcan 15 I can change the world 20 am i living up to my potential 25 i must develop myself 30 each person is in their own reality 35 one can only change, not be changed 40 life is short, the purpose is happiness. Anything worthwhile for any other person can only come from what development I do for me. I can't change anyone else, let alone the world. I can only be an example, because there is nowhere that relativity is not.
  7. @harisankartj This should bring to mind that your purpose is happiness. If you remove it, there is no point remaining.
  8. @AleksM I would consider skipping all these secondary systems of the mind and focus on you as a system. You are feeling exactly like you've been eating, excercising, and thinking. There is no other contributing factor. Momentum rules everything because it is our very perspective.
  9. @2000 nice post. I think the next level in this context would have to be to take on a student and the two of them do a series of videos. Kind of a living evolving testimonial. He would take someone from rock bottom, lost, depression, no purpose, and coach them and instill practices until they become actualized in terms of inner peace, psychologically, biologically & financially. Next he would take someone with a terminal diagnosis and coach the evolution of their mind body connection to successfully allow the disease to disappear. This will not happen though. There is far too much momentum of focus on himself, evident in the tonality & facial and body language in the videos. Thus far the entire presentation is a mirage. It's a smokescreen that insists the purpose is to help others, but it all serves as evidence that the focus is on himself. The underlying assumption that the viewer is always less evolved than the presenter is always apparent to anyone paying attention. I enjoy it for what it is. For the focus to be on others, one has to actually work with others, in addition to a camera. The difference between learning, experiencing and communicating versus having accountability for someone else's success has never been displayed here, and it won't. That was never his intention. Our deepest fear is what we are capable of. Changing someone else's life in a dramatically positive fashion is the most rewarding experience available, as it is also our deepest fear that we could fail, and all is bullshit. The theme is sharing my experience. The content is instructional. These two themes can never align.
  10. That the brain exists and produces fear is a belief. By choosing to believe this, you have made it true for yourself. Fear is a perspective of lack. Lack is a misunderstanding of everything. Everything is love.
  11. @Ryan_047 Do absolutely nothing for as long as possible. Take boredom and doing nothing to a height no human has ever experienced before. Do nothing until you become nothing. Do this for as many days, weeks, months, years as possible.
  12. @Toby You are creating your own reality. If you want to realize this, it really helps to meditate away the mindset that someone else needs to show you or give you something to prove it. It can only be realized, not proven. No one is coming to help bruh. No one can collapse your reality for you. START NOW, it takes some momentum. When you meditate enough days to really let that momentum go, if you have questions, you know where to find me.
  13. @Angelique You got this. The universe is in you. No better partner!
  14. @Visitor There is observance without judgement.
  15. @blacksapp Godspeed! Keep in mind, choosing positive thoughts is the only way. Also, when people say, you are what you eat, it's because you and all your thoughts are literally made from what you eat. A Taco Bell series of thoughts is garbage. A sugar series of thoughts is garbage.
  16. @Mehyar Happy birthday. You got a gift for your birthday from the universe. If you are not someone now, you get to start from zero on momentum and be who you want. Choose.
  17. @LeMale I am sooooo hungry I can barely stand it. I used to eat and when I did I felt great! I am soooooo hungry. Can someone please tell me what I can do?????
  18. @WaterfallMachine You are learning what unconditional means. You are so close. Everything you choose to place above happiness becomes a condition. SImply choose happiness, OR concern for how others see you. If that sounds too simple, you have possibly completely underestimated the power you hold in simply being able to choose. Choose happiness. Nothing needs to be done with the rest. It is alive and being sustained by your thoughts alone. If you let it go, it will be gone. We can not unchoose negative thoughts, but we do a great job of fooling ourselves into justification of holding such thoughts. We can choose positive thoughts though, and that makes us the most powerful thing in existence.
  19. @Angelique First, stop referring to this as "being emotionally attached to other people". That is a perspective rooted in victimization. You're talking about this as if it were something happening to you. It's not. It's something you are doing and have been in control of the whole time. Start referring to it as "I am focusing on how I feel about other people and how they feel about me". Second. Stop focusing that way. Start focusing on how you feel. Notice how thoughts make you feel good or bad. Apply resolve in letting go of the bad feeling thoughts and focusing on continuing to choose thoughts that feel good. Meditate for at least 20 minutes every morning. Stop bullshitting yourself about meditation. Keep returning your focus to your breath. After just a few days, you will stop the momentum of this way of thinking and thus allow yourself to choose to repeat positive thoughts about yourself and your future. It is as if you have been on a train, meditation stops the direction of the train so you can pick a new direction. This can not be understood until you experience it, so have some reasoning and faith and get started.
  20. @blacksapp It will take time but you must focus on what you think. No more spending any time on what others think. Practice focusing on your own perspective. Focus on how you want to feel. Listen to positive videos. Days become weeks, small raises in your being become lasting permanent raises. Relax and trust the process.
  21. @Russell That passion really was never yours in that way. It is the expansion of the universe happening through you. Your role is the chooser. Sounds like you have chosen to stop taking drugs and focus on your health. Your inspiration will come back. It can be no other way. Be patient with yourself. You will become what you focus on. Keep the focus.
  22. No one can make a choice for you, unless you choose not to make a choice, then someone else is making all your choices for you.
  23. It's not that time is linear or nonlinear, it's a concept in our heads - that's why time is relative to each of us. Reality is not between us, but within us.
  24. @mariustuhut That is a reaction that was learned. Think of meditation as a way to let go of being reactive. When someone says something like that to me, I honestly have no personal reaction. I see that they are expressing the way they choose to see things. It has nothing to do with me.
