  1. Don't hold your breathe, it triggers more fight or flight response. Instead, chew gum and breathe deeply from your diaphragm. Your body will respond as if everything is cool, because we're breathing slowly and deeply and eating. Use peppermint gum specifically.
  2. @Prabhaker Even using the word "Krishna" has made it so you are no longer talking about the one thing. Now you're talking about all your connotations of the word "Krishna". Now you will encounter all of everyone's connotations about the word "Krishna". Now you'll be prevented from being the one thing, because you have separated yourself from it by giving it a name other than your own.
  3. Just mentioning, for a little color on this subject, that when the wake up happens, it's the most beautiful mind blowing experience. It's remembering what I am. It's a switch from experiencing my life as a person, to experiencing my life as the pure unconditional energy that is everything. There is one energy that became this universe that gave rise to my experiencing consciousness of the one thing. It is not that rape, for example, is an enlightened thing to do. It's that the experience of appearance of separation from the one thing has an underlying desire to have the feeling of being the one thing. LIke a child who spites a parent because what they really want is their love - the connection. Each person is where they are in the big experience of separation, and we will all be purely the one thing again, (we already are) but during this in between phase, we have this experience. To be enlightened is to know for one's self that everything is perfect as it is, not good or bad, because the good and bad are just part of the play, and the truth is that the set, the stage and the actors are all pure energy that is eternal, absolute & infinite. If it seems like a puzzle, don't blame anyone but yourself for listening to someone else's instructions or experience. Learn what reality literally is for yourself, that is the way to realize what you are. Don't settle for trying to decipher someone talking about their experience, learn directly about everything. Everything. Meditate. Or don't.
  4. @Afonso If you want to know what reality is, cut the shit and learn physics and quantum physics. Meditate every day. The authors mentioned are great but again, if you want to know the truth, learn from the people who actually studied and understand what is known about reality vs people who are describing to you how they are experiencing it.
  5. I had the same problem. What Sheen said worked for me very well. Treat it like a drug addiction. Be aware you are dealing with a few days of withdrawal. Eat fruit to ease the withdrawal and keep you sugar habit away. It's worth it!!!
  6. @Hungry for Truth it's being unknowingly conditioned and having negative emotions that are not understood, vs seeing that everything is one giant causation and using that causation purposefully to obtain what one desires for their happiness.
  7. @eskwire https://www.goaquagear.com/products/waterfiltrationpitcher Here's a link to a water pitcher you can just put in your fridge, if you're into receiving with simplicity everything that happens to you, go ahead and order it.
  8. @Radical Honesty Your conception of what you are is all of the mechanics involved. You are totally right when you say believing this is pure egotism. If you said the opposite, you would also be totally right. It is, after all, your body and your mind. Self contained. Or maybe, just maybe, that's not true for you anymore. It's up to you.
  9. @paul2016 Such a great post Paul. Thanks. Relativity comes to mind. Unlike you, someone who is sick typically is sick from a denial that led to the manifestation of an illness. That person would not be open to hearing what you're saying here. That's the nature of their perspective, and the illness. Since you are an experience to the contrary of the norm, can you share with me, what opened your mind to this? What information or person, etc, was the catalyst in 'flipping'? How did you go from the perspective that caused your illnesses (unknowingly to you) to the perspective that healed your illnesses (know to you)?
  10. @Torkys Just chiming in...I would do what Leo says. This is the center of his wheelhouse from my perspective. I would also write on a dry erase board: "I" "Me" then write your personal definitions (connotations) next to it. I think you'll erase the definitions many times and be left with the realization of what you actually are. I think then you'll see that part of what was preventing you from seeing what you want to see, was that the definitions you held for "I" and "me" were changing as you spoke / typed, and you weren't noticing that. From my perspective.... Me is someone that eats. Also, me is something that holds a belief that I must eat, and therefore I must. Me is also an ineffable substance. Same goes for "I". helpful?
  11. @Dodo Fucking awesome Dodo!! Thanks!!! You are a reference point for someone else who is not pursing their happiness. I think that is the best one can be. Strikes me as genuine and brave. Also, I wiped something off my ipad and accidentally hit the 'report post'. Sorry about that.
  12. @eskwire May I ask, why do you use floride?
  13. @PretentiousHuman You have negative emotions because you are choosing your thoughts and in denial that you are choosing your thoughts. You are perpetuating negative thoughts and procrastinating choosing one' side you actually enjoy. Reality follows. Allow time for momentum to build. When the universe shows you and by showing you asks "Are you sure", be sure.
  14. @David Strickleton There is no crossroads other than the perceptual one you are creating with every thought and every word. Best to put those thoughts and words to what you want and only what you want, then, that's all that will be.
  15. @The Monk Don't choose during a hangover next time. Understand why he drinks.
  16. My wife uses that same one, she love's it. Calming smell too. To me it's like having a headache and then taking something for it and then feeling clear of it when it's gone, except the effect of the removal of fluoride was like letting go of a headache I didn't know I had because, unfortunately and ignorantly I had made it part of my default vibration. I could only notice it once I experienced it's absence, so it's impossible to really communicate. I do understand why Socrate's referred to the pineal gland as where the soul resides, and I would have previously thought I understood that.

  18. Of everything I've changed, water and toothpaste without floride and deodorant without aluminum have been the most impactful feeling to me. (In addition to a managed BMI and letting go of empty calories)
  19. These pieces only compute in the loop. Collapse...experience...discomfort x resistance x suffering = expansion x collapse x experience x suffering x perception = collapse
  20. What I've always found interesting about Sam is that he understands the uncertainty principle, understands that the fabric of everything is also him and in this sense the ego is illusory, and he see's that this one thing is also him, but he does not connect that he is the uncertainty principle. If he did, it would, in turn, reveal his 'accurate understanding of the nothingness' to be a mere ignorance of his own collapsing.
  21. @No-Thing It will happen any way, and denying the nature is fruitless. You are the nature and you are expanding and so are they.
  22. Great convo on relativity, just circular without understanding the uncertainty principle, the relationship between mindy body / perspective & collapse, and the 'exterior reality' that keeps getting referred to as an illusion is not seperate and not a no thing, even as it is constructed of no thing, which is not no thing - but you. Lots of references to things 'being' what they are unrelated & seperate from the observer, which was proven to be an incorrect assumption about a hundred years ago. This is the nature, not what's been talked about here. It is not enlightened to say that anything, reality, morals, anything, are true in any objective way because no thing is other than what an individual collapses and the individual is the same nature as any thing collapsed. This is why we learn about ourselves in learning about what we're collapsing, and why we learn about what we're collapsing when we learn about ourselves. This is how the universe is expanding within itself. When you say it is this or that, you are not wrong, you are right, because it's that individual perspective that is doing the collapsing perpetuating the very expansion. There's a level of enlightened to say everything is nothing and is accepted, and after that there is another level of enlightenment that says it is what it is because of and only because of the collapse process, which an observer is at the helm of by default, and can influence, shape and create. The choice is so powerful that one can even believe that in nihilism they are not choosing.
  23. Who I am is a merry-go-round. What I am will get things movin.
