  1. We have awareness to the superposition (our imagination). This is a level of self-awareness.
  2. This whole thread here - Yes! Me too. Thank you Leo! It matters what you're doing. It really fuckin matters to a lot of people. I hope you know that.
  3. @Dodo DO NOT TAKE ANYTHING REMOTELY CLOSE TO 30G YOUR FIRST TIME. Also, have fun. Happy for you!
  4. you have a lot going on. as far as a practice for letting go of judgement..... what you've heard over time led you to be judgemental (religion is notorious for this). so, what you listen to from here on out can lead you to let it go. google it and listen to as many videos as you can and be patient. a practice for loving everything....thats easier and u can start now... try to see that while you sleep, all thinking momentum stops. each day we wake up with a clean slate. many people resume where their thinking left off the night before. don't do that. instead, say out loud to anything you see " you are my favorite" you r my fav blanket you r my favorite step you r my favorite cup etc it reprograms your thinking to see in appreciation. it is ridiculous. it does work.
  5. @Miguel Oliveira donkey's plan is solid. i also was where you are with this suffering - meditation, excercise & healthy diet worked for me 100%. i also struggled for many years to acheive daily rituals / practices. i wrote them on my walls. it worked. i hope that something helps you to get that inspiration!!!
  6. Look for how to love each & every thing. Everything is energy. It's like you exist inside of a battery. Only you limit where energy comes to you & flows through you. Finding love for each little thing is the same as shedding your ego that finds the ways you are better than. It's just like how the one who holds anger is hurting himself, not the subject of his anger. It is the same with energy. To judge is to not be connected to the energy of the subject being judged. It's the same with thinking - you can't not think, but you can be aware, and eventually there will not be thinking. If you love, there will not be judgment.
  7. @The White Belt forget mcdonalds. give up your preference for taste. Eat based on how you feel after you eat. eat pork, beef & some French fries.....disconnected, tired, lethargic, fatigued, bitter............separated from source and aligning with personal preference. eat raw vegetables, berries, etc.....energetic, clarity, connection.......aligning with source and literally feeling the energy, which IS the consciousness. Notice that the strongest animals in the world, do not eat meat.
  8. I took on the competitive mindset for a few years. In hindsight, I could have accomplished more with God. I look for opportunities to give not compeat. The crazy thing is, it all comes back in ways I never could have experienced. I never would have known.
  9. @soh Perhaps you've been heavy on the intellectual cognitive side of life. Drop all that thinking and start doing the practices daily. You can always ask for what to do next, or take the time to become. You're exactly where you're supposed to be, right now. Surrender to now and the perfection that is now. Your mind will clear up like a rainy day ceasing and there will be many fun things to do that align all facets of your life.
  10. You want it to be easier. Life is doing that for you but you're not seeing it. For your life to get easier, you must grow & expand. How could you do that without some adversity meeting your desires? Try to enjoy it! It's not so serious. Look at what you've got.
  11. @Miguel Oliveira Sounds terrible man. What's your experience with meditation, excercise, diet consideration, etc? Have you had any opportunities to try those avenues?
  12. @see_on_see @see_on_see @5driedgramsI'm interested in what you both are saying. Any chance you would kind of 'tell the story' as far as how / when you realized that you were not attracting?
  13. @Noname Do you easily feel like someone by you feels? Without trying at all. ?
  14. @Noname I think I know what you're talking about. Are you really empathic also? (Possibly so much so that you were unaware that you were)
  15. @Joseph Maynor It's relative to what you want. If you want non thinking and inner peace, don't intelectualize at all, practice. If you obtain what you wanted, and then you want to intelectualize, do that too, but you may find there is no need to anymore.
