  1. @momo I suffered from OCD. So you don't have to tell me how bad it is Momo. You don't have to tell me how bad it is. I know how bad it is. I took Wellbutrin, Paxil, Zoloft and maxult. I know how bad it is. I was 60 pounds overweight with zero, fucking ZERO sex drive. You don't need to tell me how bad it is. I drove my dad to the hospital while he had 94 seizures in the car, that he induced from a life time of stress & beliefs. I sat with him for days at the hospital. I didn't eat some days. I held my moms hand while she weighed 92 pounds and told me she was dying, now. While she told me what I should do with my life because she didn't with hers. You don't need to tell me how bad it is Momo. My brother weighs 320 lbs, and he thinks I'm lucky. He thinks meditation and well being are bullshit concepts of mine, because I'm lucky. You don't need to tell me how bad it is. I've had enough of how bad it is. What you need to do, is fucking listen to me and everyone else and everything else when we are telling you, how good it is. "All is well" - what does that mean to you?
  2. @egoless LOL! LOVE YOU MAN! I own multiple businesses. I have a wife and three kids. I gig weekly. I am also in that cave, the bliss. How? Here is what you're missing........ you are thinking. You can not think you way to expanded awareness. Only awareness expands awareness. Change your avatar name to something more honest. Feel the bliss in that action from honesty and self awareness. Don't think about it.

Meditate Eventually, you will have little need for "meditation", because you will have no thought momentum. Sleep becomes your meditation. Want to get there? Do what Leo has been telling you to do. All of it. No more excuses. die lose your mind

  5. @The White Belt None of it has to disappear, it isn't "there" already. What makes that hard to grasp is thinking you are "there". There is no you, body, bed, floor, window, etc. When you sleep, you are The One, not dreaming.
  6. @momo OCD, ADHD, and PTSD are labels that unenlightened people created for things they do not understand. What they are is thinking. Repetitive thinking of thoughts that someone doesn't want to be thinking in the first place - a grosse lack of focus. Three birds one stone....increasing focus (meditation) and increasing awareness (meditation) and grounding one's self in the calmness and stillness of Now (meditation) should do the trick. One must practice everyday to allow the momentum of the troubling thoughts to be fully surrendered. Without those thoughts, there is no problem. It's hard to go from over thinking, to non-thinking. Non-thinking is the opposite of OCD, ADHA, and PTSD. Meditation is the way. How many days of morning meditation will it take? It's relative to the momentum of the troublesome thoughts / patterns. Will it work for sure, yes. It is also very helpful to remove all negative catalysts from ones's awareness; tv, news, violent games, aggressive people, etc. None of these are helping. Replace these things with the most positive things; Abraham Hicks, Tony Robbins, (anyone on YouTube who is pouring out the positivity), music you love, hobbies you like / love, positive & kind people, feel good movies. And don't take anything seriously. It's supposed to be fun.
  7. @Sharpadox Go to a park. Observe the kids playing. Focus on your breathing. Allow thoughts to float away, one after another. Until, the thoughts that are showing you that you are The One who will make games for kids which are not a waste of time. The thoughts about the games that develop creativity, talent, expression, liberation, connection, love. When those thoughts arise, write them down. Stop reciting your past as if it is real. It's not real. It's thoughts. Now is real. Start reciting your future. Start creating, Now.
  8. @MasterNigel It is impossible to experience anything other than You. The whole experience is You. That is why your friend's behavior bothers you. He is your master, your means of seeing your self, your means of becoming aware that you don't like how he conducts himself is a gift for you to become aware of what you don't want, and what you do want. The trick is to realize what it (your friend, reality, You) is showing you. Accept that it is showing you EXACTLY what you want it to show you, right now, always. In my interpretation of what you have typed...You are showing yourself that you want freedom. You want your own car. You want a job you choose. You want more silence. You want more time to contemplate & expand. You want financial independence. You want a different type of friends in our life. The only question is, will you spend the rest of this life ignorantly waiting for things to come to you, or will you wake up to the fact that all of it already is you, and develop you focus and use it to focus on what you want. When you can realize that what you want is what already is, then you can start putting focus on what you want and watch it manifest.
  9. The whole thing, reality, your 'life', all of it...is you. It is infinite. It is not actually 'physical'. It IS you, the higher Self, You. When you type about what it is, that literally, to you, IS what it is. You are unaware that that is how you are creating it. Have the balls to start calling it what you want it to be, and it becomes that too. The thing is, every person thinks their perspective on reality is the most realistic, the most accurate. The joke is, that it is. Not because they're smart, but because each of us is creating it. You are not expanding your understanding of it, you are expanding it it's self, with your thought & actions. when you state "the modern world is not forgiving", "there should arise many obstacles", "we can not strategize our own awakening", "requires extreme loneliness", "it endorses extroversion" , you have made more certain, that for you, that is all true. Whenever you say "reality is such and such", reality only says, "ok". The only question is, what do you want your reality to be? It's yours already. You've been making it the whole time.

  17. @Ilya It's simple but not easy if you're thinking a lot and are not well practiced in meditation / allowing thoughts to go bub-bye..... All you have to do is surrender to the fact that you may never get a single answer.

  20. @faith When I really want to meet a goal, I set a goal that is higher. Happiness is conditional, thin, overrated, bland, ordinary, misunderstood, intermittent, and ultimately fleeting. The joy that is my natural state, my connection to all things, my escape from death itself.... There is a subtle sense that has been there all along. Think about it, and it retreats, allowing you to think. Give your awareness to it, and it expands within. I know it has been there always. What is it's nature? Vulgar? Obscene? Pushy? Irate? Hurried? Important? No. It's subtle. It waits eternally for my readiness. It allows me to do all things, it never asks for precedence. It waits for me to eat what it did not yield for me. It waits for me to put my foot in my mouth. It waits until my show is done. It waits until my conversations are finished. It waits while I solve. It waits. It has no where more important to go. It has nothing more important to do. It is for me and me alone. If I could give it to you, I would. It is for you and you alone, and so, it waits, for you.
