  1. @AlphaAbundance It’s entirely conjecture and thus inherently misleading. It’s basically playing enlightened, not based in direct experience. Also entirely innocent. This is actually the good news. Connect dots brother. Much love.
  2. In the ‘when you see it’ sense yes. Listening is one thought. That’s it.
  3. What is meant by things? The experience of an expectation, and how it compares to actuality or in the loa what manifests. But, I always suggest in all circumstances, meditation, psychedelics, life purpose, career, relationships, family, etc - let go of expectations. Also, I like being part of the forum, and I love the community. It’s a weird paradox perhaps, in a world lead by doership, things like let your expectations go is colored as the push back, or one pushing back. It’s funny if you get what I’m sayin here. (For sake of clarity, the situation or predicament could be seen as funny, I am not at all saying the suffering this creates is funny.)
  4. @OBEler What do you mean by it’s going down? In case I don’t hear back from ya on this one… panic attacks should be listened to, not fought against. It’s a lot like quicksand. Panic attack is a message in regard to resistance. To frame it up as something to fight against is to add more resistance, just like adding more quicksand is not gonna help someone in quicksand. You could up the dose, use stronger substances, etc, and indeed there will be momentary relief, but not lasting, and unfortunately this can backfire in a way too. Psychedelics can be both relieving, and one ton of quicksand, both as in the same trip… in the sense that in the relief, the thought activity hasn’t subsided, but feeling has been amped up, and then the thought activity resumes, while the sensitivity is heightened, and yada yada, hamster wheel I wouldn’t wish upon anyone. This is one of the main reasons I don’t recommend psychedelics (and neither do I suggest one shouldn’t take / use them either). Idk, but it’s quite possible this is what she’s experiencing with the teacher. What’s identified might be feeling resolved while it’s simultaneously projected under the radar onto the teacher. (Idk) Then what might be happening is enablement, or, you joining her in the believing of the thoughts, that he is a bully, and that’s how it ‘went down’. Again, IDK. You could be assisting is her not feeling sadness, which is the same as helping her to not feel & know her source. This is basically speculation from a few words you know what I mean? I don’t mean anything personally. Hope it doesn’t sound that way. I can easily sense how big your heart is, and this is pretty sensitive stuff.
  5. Yep. And I’d add it’s more noticing there isn’t doing, then stopping doing. It’s not a test of what is actual. It puts what is being believed to be actual to the test, and reveals what is not actual.
  6. Reality is indeed real. If you or someone you know are believing they are imagining reality this is not an existential or enlightenment matter, this is a mental health issue and the sooner they get help the less risk of more suffering and of potentially harming.
  7. Liberation, in large part so to speak, could be said to be the discovery reaction is illusory. This liberation is from the matrix of the finite mind. @AlphaAbundance Those two statements could not be more misleading my man. That’s conjecture. Some dead horses are worth beating.
  8. @OBEler Stop trying to be her source. It’s good intentioned but contributing to prohibiting her from the love. It’ll break your heart in a way, but stop enabling. Then you will see and you will be glad. Just for clarity sake, this is not the same as saying don’t help her, or don’t support her, or that she shouldn’t be trying things and seeking help.
  9. @Peo The more you take, the more you leave behind… what am I? (That’s what talking in riddles looks like.) What was said is perfectly accurate and there is no riddle involved at all. Beliefs, yes, but no riddles. Di Vinci had no access to or use for statistics, understood the emotion of doubt with a near absolute clarity, and never whitewashed excuses.
  10. @snowyowl Now, present moment, true, truism, change, time, and dimensions are abstractions… thoughts which only seem to point via what they don’t mean or are not, yet don’t point to any actual thing or experience at all. Likewise, anyone else. That creation involves a process of change in time is a thought, also without any actuality, or any thing one could point to. It’s conceptual only. There are states though, and I recommend checking out Georgia. Careful going into any southern most cities, but definitely, if feasible, stay in the cabins in the mountains there. It’s breathtaking. Watch out for those other states though, as they are justifications & rationalizations of a conditioned finite mind. Your beliefs are more than enough work. Notice your entire theory is contingent upon conjecture being true.
  11. @Peo There are introversive thoughts, but there are no introverts or introverted people. Likewise, no one has rich friends, no one has marketing skills, and no one has social connections. Leonardo Da Vinci died more wealthy than most can even imagine or comprehend, and his paintings are worth nothing. Are you going about this life & purpose thingy ‘in your head’ or on a dreamboard? When the ideas, insights & inspirations spontaneously arise to fill in the gaps, are you writing those insights in the literal gaps on your board? Are you visually seeing your vision on the board, working backwards, and googling the insights & information where any gaps still remain? Also, how does Maslow’s pyramid jive cohesively with your life & purpose?
  12. @AlphaAbundance Listening is also a thought.
  13. @fopylo There was once an Indian chief who told the story of the two wolves to a young boy. He explained that in this living, there are two wolves within you, a white wolf, and a black wolf. The chief explained that these wolves will fight within you to the death, until only one of them is left, only one will survive. He said this is suffering, this fight within you. In his innocence, the boy asked, “how do I know which wolf will win & survive?” To which the chief replied, “it’ll be the one you feed”. Thoughts arise as preferences. Very simple - I’ve experienced, and thus I know more about what I do want, and what I don’t want. Abraham Hicks calls those thoughts, those preferences of what is wanted - ‘rockets of desire’. Abe says these rockets ‘shoot off’ as creation itself unfolding, and the universe, or if you will, source, is always already on it - already becoming that which you desire, and never needs to be told twice. I once happened to overhear someone asking about this. They said, “Abe, if source is on it the instant the preferences arises, and does not need to be told twice - why then, oh why, can’t I instantly manifest whatever I desire!?” To which Abe replied, “why are you doubting the universe?” My daughter intends to be a teacher. Her first words were “dad”, then “mom”, then “I’m going to be a teacher”. She couldn’t wait for kindergarten to start. She was so excited she literally had to stop and catch her breath. My son is relatively different. His actual first word was “fuck” (all mom), and he did not dig this going to school thing at all, not one bit. On his first day of kindergarten, before walking in, he asked if I would text parents of kids he wants to be friends with to make it easier for him. You could imagine the love that welled up in me, I really, really wanted to assure him that of course I would. But I said “No, no I will not do that son. That’s a big part of why you’re here, and you will be glad for this, I promise.” He’s older now, and he is glad.
  14. @AlphaAbundance For real man, literally five minutes can save you years, decades, lifetimes of sleepery.
  15. @AlphaAbundance Grass, blue, and green, are thoughts. Dropping whatever you’re presently engaged in and spending just a few minutes researching conjecture can save you years of sleep. Whatever you do, don’t take my word for it, as that’s of course, another thought(s).
  16. @AlphaAbundance If that were accurate, the thought ‘a hundred thoughts’ would represent the truth, that there is a hundred thoughts. There is not even an experience of two. The ego is it’s own lawyer and needs no assistance. Truth is ir-representable, un-resource-able, and infallible.
  17. Diet doesn’t cause emotion. Anger & irritability are emotions, and are is not food related. Clarity and lethargy to an extent are food related, at least initially. When one cleans the diet, one experiences more clarity, one experiences more sensitivity to the already, already existing, thoughts & beliefs. When one cleans the diet one is choosing alignment with well being. When one clean the diet, the body responds in kind and cleans itself so to speak, cleans itself out of the discord as well. To hold food as the catalyst of anger is to ‘buy’ or believe the arising thought story. To think and choose in accordance with the thought story is to resist the body’s natural clearing of itself so to speak, out. It is to perpetuate the suppression of emotion. Those kids look neither angry nor irritable to me. I once cut the heart out of a bear and ate it, and a tsunami couldn’t have wiped the smile off my face.
  18. No it isn’t. That is one thought… the content of that one thought is that ‘thoughts think and have stuff’. Inspection of direct experience is possible. An easier example is the thought ‘a hundred thoughts’. That’s one thought… the content of which is there’s a hundred thoughts, but it’s not a hundred thoughts, it’s one thought about there being a hundred.
  19. @Lyubov Research what people who are already where you want to be did, specific to your concern. Don’t go to “I’m lacking ______”, go to “there are details I haven’t researched & realized yet” and continue researching. Also take the time to contemplate what you really mean by personal development. It is easier to walk up a mountain without a backpack. Make a dreamboard, put everything you desire on it, and see it from a far instead of as thoughts in your head. Priorities prioritize themselves, or, the mind will do that for you once it can visibly see it all (on the board). All yet discovered details will present themselves effortlessly. Let the concept of motivation go. See it for what it is, “I’ll feel better when” (when x, y or z is then I won’t be lacking anymore, then I’ll be personally developed).
  20. @Maru There was never a rush to begin with. Nowhere to get to, no problems. But ambition (thought attachment) makes it so. This is one of the most shocking aspects of Truth. Shocking as in, how radical & elusive conditioning (thought attachment) is. In other words, what you’re feeling is the truth.
  21. @Peo Have you researched people who have already done what you desire to experience? What did you find? How did they do it? Is purpose something experienced in your life so to speak, or is life something experienced in your purpose?
  22. It’s not toxic, that’s the judgement of it, the labeling & ostracizing of those most in need of help to uphold one’s own false ideology (thought attachment). It’s a denial of accountability & responsibility on behalf of the people profiting from youtube.
