  1. Perfectly astute. ?? With the exception of ‘deal with’. I would say, ‘blessed with the joy of consciously creating’. The point is the expression, and any medium or means will do. Alone one could write, sculpt, sing, carve, paint, etc, etc. Creative expression is the key to direct experience… direct experience is the key to creative expression. Cookies & milk, milk & cookies. Creator-Creating-Creation. The deepest of the deep, is this direct experience of expression in communion. There is ‘the experience of no experience’, or, Me, without Me appearing. It’s nothing and it’s mystically wonderfully ineffable. And yet, seemingly against all logic & paradox perhaps, the real depth brought to life, manifest - actual realization - begins in communion. This could be a lasting or even momentary relationship (communion) with anyone; friend, lover, sibling, parent, son or daughter, therapist, stranger, guru, the kid in the drive thu window, or your grandma. Communion, in the way I’m using the word, is differentiated from ‘relationship’ in that the triggers, reactions, assumptions, deflections and projections have all been let go, the emotions have all been understood, and there is ‘two in the real’ now, without the veils. By looking under the label of falling out, and thus falling in. To be alive is to be emoting and sharing. Without purpose, need, value, expectation or any point. It’s not even a doing, but thought makes it seem so.
  2. @Zeroguy We’re not exceptional either. Ours is not a caravan of despair. That’s what changes. Start with something small, less significant, within your belief system or open mindedness. Experience will naturally expand from there. Already is. God is here. See for yourself.
  3. @pushon Sounds like he’s saying the ‘you’ of thoughts (“inside”) isn’t you at all as these thoughts are actually, literally nothing. Shifting attention from thought to perception, no longer focusing on / believing the thoughts about a you, what seemed to be perception or the perceived (seemed to be from believing thoughts), is actually you.
  4. Reiki classes dive right into it with hands on exercises. Reiki books too. Just one example that comes to mind… hold different food products in your hand at the grocery store, and notice your whole body actually subtly leans toward or away from it, contingent on the ingredients and their relation to the well being of the body… without even having to look at the ingredients. Start with fun simple stuff like that. Google it to, there’s probably lots of examples. There isn’t a direct answer because again, words and meaning are expressed here, and meaning applied at your end to understand, and without direct experience words can’t translate the ‘how’ of intuition. It’s like a ‘dead’ person ‘showing up’ in front of me. That sounds absolutely crazy to pretty much everyone, but a few days ago I hung out with a renowned spiritual teacher who also experiences this, and we talked for hours and it was awesome, but that experience was only possible because of the shared direct experience in common. No one’s ever actually found ‘the thinker’ or an actuality of a ‘thinking’. Everyone experiences one finite thought at a time. That one thought could very well be, ‘I think’, or ‘I’m thinking’. In meditation, when it is noticed attention has drifted away form the feeling of breathing in the stomach, simple notice and gently return attention to feeling breathing from the stomach. You might have me confused with someone else.
  5. I can’t even. No comment. ? Seriously though I hear ya, there’s no rush at all, it’s a process, takes time. 99% of the ‘work’ in this regard truly is already done by that recognition of belief. It’ll sink in / clear up of it’s own accord, in perfect time. There’s only one ‘place’ which fear never is, and that is here. Fear is in & of itself, projection. It’s not like you ‘have it’ and project it. Btw, are you getting the ramifications of this in regard to your experience with the ladies yet? They be-leavin too ya know. Had liberated (both parties) romance, intimacy & sex yet? (Just gonna put that there for you to ponder). Learn. And. Use. The. Emotional. Scale. A chair in this regard could at least be said to be ‘here’, but not emotion. ‘ I am further then ever away with connecting to woman’ and sad are not emotions. Wife said that too. ? ♥️
  6. @omar30 Right & wrong are thoughts, and don’t really apply to intuition. It’s like questioning if the arm is the fingers or the thumb. Via conditioning we look to thoughts to see what is right or wrong, via meditation thought activity quiets and intuition is more apparent. Then, in the direct experience of intuition, it’s clearly ‘seen’ there is no right or wrong at all.
  7. Could we please not equate, or suggestively connect solipsism with inspection of direct experience? This is equating delusion with truth and could be very misleading for on lookers. While I’m at it.. Inspection of direct experience is something you either do or don’t do, but to suggest it’s a paradigm, is to take the only method, manor, way, which is not a conceptual paradigm and imply that it is. There’s already more misunderstanding here than a Kelly Clarkson concert.
  8. @Nadosa Awesome. ? Then there is the matter of seeing there never was any existential issue whatsoever. We do that sometimes, something repressed like a trauma, a non-majority gender or sexuality orientation, an overbearing parent / childhood, or even just a misunderstanding or belief we identified with, arises, and gets projected onto ‘the existential’ and ‘existential stuff’ gets blamed. Nothing at all ‘wrong’ with that, whatever our experience is, it is, and that’s valid experience no matter what it is. But that doesn’t mean our interpretation or understanding is accurate. In short, the realization in which the anxiety ends is - there isn’t anything wrong with you whatsoever. The way to keep suffering is not to express it, whatever it is. The way to liberate of anxiety / suffering, is to begin expressing whatever it is. Expressing in any way you prefer, to whoever, or to no one and maybe through writing or a creative means, whatever you prefer and are comfortable with. But some of us are awake to this “judgement” bs goin on, and this Truth ?, and want you very very much to know that you are very very loved. But even more so, to understand the emotions you are experiencing, and the guidance there in, in regard to any thoughts… which is what it is to be awake.
  9. ? (No catch) I think there’s a little added conditioning in the from of conjecture, specifically solipsism & spiritual ego, but there’s no catch. This is your dream, perfection made manifest, and if you desire, want, need, or even have the slightest inkling for someone to lean on - here we are Dude.

  11. Dropping one belief = not knowing anything? If you really recognize that it is a belief, isn’t it already dropped? And isn’t saying that not knowing is scary, another projection of fear? How do you know, that not believing or knowing is scary? There’s two realities? Have you informed science of this revelation? Wouldn’t it be more accurate to say that she shared with you her experience of reality? No. Basically if you continue in your orientation there will always be fear and you will never understand women. Yet if you consider a different orientation you will inevitably be without fear and understand women. And I do not mean my orientation, I mean literally any other orientation than projecting.
  12. Do you also see the conflict there? Which is it, your belief being projected, or, a fact? How do you know that informs you of aspects of reality? Isn’t it so, that only informs you about one females opinion, understanding, misunderstanding, experiences, etc? Do you see how the stretch from one’s opinion, to fact or aspect of reality doesn’t add up? (Definitely no implication here that projection is bad or wrong or anything, just to be clear)
  13. @Nadosa Ok, thanks. That makes it easier to understand. So there is no ‘it’. Which means there isn’t something you must experience for yourself which is going to resolve the anxiety… and therefore what remains is what you are experiencing… which are these thoughts that seem to be about yourself. Then you can begin to understand why certain thoughts about yourself feel so off to you. That make sense?
  14. No offense I hope but, not very attracting there. When I imagine one of my kids sharing that perspective it kinda breaks my heart. Then to imagine all the justifications & rationalizations and mental gymnastics required to uphold such a view… ??? But then I imagine my daughter being with a real man, by which I mean one who understands the emotions, and therefore is not manipulative, I feel great again. ? Please tell me it makes sense to you that people are manipulative to feel better.
  15. @SamC How do you know that? How can you tell & be so sure you aren’t projecting fear onto females? If you’re projecting from your experiences, what experiences? If it’s not projection and is direct experience, what did she say? Did she share what in her experience led to fearing men?

  20. @StarStruck We’re all equal. That’s already felt (contentment). Also, thoughts to the contrary are felt too and hard to miss (emotions below contentment).
  21. This would emphasize and expand the ‘conflict’ though, as reminding in & of itself would be the thought activity of there being one reminded, and this thought activity would in & of itself be the veil, of that ineffable, appearing as, the very thoughts, or remindings. ?
  22. Recognition & inspection of conflicting thoughts / perspectives. Similarly, there is the desire for attainment while there is said to be no desire. ? Nothing is meant by states of consciousness. That is the point. It’s a thought, a belief, which could seem to have meaning, which would point to thought attachment & identifying with or by thoughts. Likewise, ‘I’ve done this’. There is the realization the mind doesn’t have a definition for consciousness, and it is delightful. There is also the realization there isn’t a mind which has anything at all, because there isn’t “mind”. There is a realization that there isn’t any actuality of “consciousness”, and this is not the same as consciousness being non-existent. The former is realization, the latter is a belief. Similarly, there is realization of nothing, and thought or belief of nothing.
