Yes and yes. Once you realize it was an unconscious activity, you’re already good to go. Nobody consciously thinks about what does not feel good to them. Awakening is not always the psychedelic firework show, it can be very subtle and then expand slowly.

@Raptorsin7 You just gotta relax. All this fear, demons, “facing it”, etc, enlightenment or truth being scary...it’s all entirely just thoughts. Evaluate your meditation duration & technique. Don’t over due it, and don’t hold thoughts like this most importantly. Thoughts come and go. You do not come and go. If you’re scared, it’s literally only because of what thoughts you are choosing to entertain. Meditation is for relaxation, letting go, peace, equanimity, tranquility, detaching from thoughts, not clinging and weaving scary stories. I would be a lot more choosy about what garbage you’re putting in front of you, and in your body. Like Anna is saying, I have ‘seen’ what there is to see, and if you’re encountering anything scary, it’s conditioning, it’s made up. There is love for you that you can’t even begin to imagine. Leave this nonsense behind. ??♥️

Feel is sensation, without an it being touched. “But I’m lookin right at it!” Sight is perception, without an it being seen. You already know Everything, you are already omniscient. In addition to this, you hold the beliefs there is something to know, and more than thought, perception, & sensation - that there is a subject & object - and you are the subject. There are no objects. Nor a subject.

@Mindfang413 How long, how many days in a row, have you been meditating every morning? The anxiety is not a facet of you, the anxiety is the ruminating. If you’re looking for things to make sense, realize makes sense is makes sensation, feeling. Feeling is only here now. If your mind is lost in past & future thought stories, and you’re trying to align thought & feeling, so insight & intuition naturally arise, you should know that feeling can not and will never, move. Feeling will never leave now, and join you in a thought story. This is of course because you are here now, you are not the “you” “in” a thought story. It seems like there are these big problems with life, what is normal, existential stuff, etc, etc. There isn’t. All of this, is overthinking. Which is why people have been meditating for thousands of years, and is why the people you acknowledged as doing what they most feel they want to, are. They have not ‘figured something out’ per se, but have surrender self referential thinking, and are essentially being led, nonstop, in this now moment, never “leaving”. The unconditional source within you: “Meh, let that thought, that condition, go. We can’t go there with you, so it will not feel good.” Ego: “I’ll call you, anxiety, and proceed exactly as I have been”. Source: ??‍♀️ Another approach: “Wow - that’s anxiety?! That does NOT feel right at all. Let’s stop, relax, breathe, empty the mind - and really dig into this message from my higher guidance.”

I’m with you in your sentiment for sure. ?? Self deception isn’t in recognition of the “fundamental problem” of being infinite. If it were, evil for example, could be written off to this self deception, and would be mistaken as senseless, or as, ‘not of the divine & inherent nature of being’. The nature of many facets could too readily be attributed, written off too simply, to self deception, which puts a certain spin on, or even points to an absence of, the actuality of unconditional love. To put it in an extreme, but possibly more communicable ‘draw out the point’ way...”I’m unconditional love, so I’ll just deceive myself to create experience”. That would be missing the most fundamental “aspect” of being, and a step away (imo) from a greater collective understanding of the human being condition. Maybe more simply now said, being is not deceptive. It is not in our nature. That it is, or to point to that it is, is deceptive. (No offense, I am not at all relatively implying that is your intention, which is why I commented) Another way to point to this, is to consider the life stages ride which spiral dynamics articulates so well. Imagine explaining SD’s to someone who has never heard of it. The explanation all stemming from the fundamental “self deception”...compared to an explanation entirely relative to infinite unconditional love (being), is entirely different.

@Ibn Sina You might contemplate the perspective of putting yourself into the equation, if you can. The speed of light as an apparent limit inclusive of calculations of mass, potentiality as transcendent of limit, how do you fit into this? The implication is that just as you are aware of a thought, and are therefore transcendent of thought (you are aware of thought, but can not think awareness) so too are you aware of the speed of light, and therefore must be the potentiality transcendent of it.

@ZZZZ Consciousness is only conscious of itself, and only consciousness is conscious of itself. There is a virtually unfathomable design at play, and the thought “responsible mind” is mind, just as the thought choice is mind, is a choice, as all else too, all that is chosen, is mind. Thoughts are ‘things’, and create “things” of potentiality, within Mind (Consciousness / Infinite Intelligence).
