Not to be a ball buster....but a focus on creating less fear, is creating fear. Like, don’t think of topless super models & cold mugs of beer right now. Dude, I said don’t think about it. Ok, think about it less. See? You sneakerton. You’re still thinking about it...and more even...not less. Lol Whenever your feeling is “not good”, stop and breathe...and say, what if feeling is right? What if everything’s totally absolutely unequivocally fine...and feeling is guidance always telling me this? This thing I’m concerned about, if I just at least consider everything’s fine ...and listen to the feeling.... That guy who punched me in the face, well, I’d have done the same thing if I was him, if I had his upbringing, his past, his perspectives. I wonder, if he knew about the feeling, if he’d still be so angry about life. The lady who just cut me off in traffic, well, I suppose it’s stressful for her, being all hurried like that. I doubt she felt good about it. I doubt she feels good at all. She probably doesn’t know the feeling. She probably doesn’t know to listen, and slow down, and appreciate all this. Same with fear. What am I really fearing? It doesn’t feel good. What’s a perspective that does feel good? I suspect your eyes are just washing over the words at this point, cause of the chicks and brews.

Nice inspection work. When I read that, I remembered the moment I was talking with my parents and the difference between “drugs” & “psychedelics” became crystal clear, as did the ‘relationship’ between love & “fear”.

@zeroISinfinity What comes to mind in this context...’flipping’, forgetting, “creating a self”, “self suffering”, intuition sensing, inspecting, seeing, releasing, purification, unflipping, nothing happened.

It is love & truth which creates and is aware of ....”reasons”...and fills in a blank (as no reasons exist)....with “fear”. Thinking is so sneaky, there can then surface, a thought of fearing ‘no reasons’. One into twoness is just a “sneaky” gig. There’s no getting around the fear, and you’re doing really great imo. Essentially....you’re making fear up, but don’t take that personally, who could blame you? Scrutinizing & inspecting our “stories” - without feeling into them, is a skill which develops. Experience this as you may, but yes, and I took a few minutes for some “long distance Reiki” on your behalf. It was very, very, very delightful. ♥️ You really are amazing.

Delightful read, thanks for sharing. That brought to mind a consideration...that from the relative perspective (thought & perspective appearing), you already ‘flipped’...so in the ‘trip flip’, you ‘un-flipped’ the flip you already did (but “forgot” you flipped, so it seems inside out, but its outside in). Not sure if this resonates, or is even communicable. If it lands though, there’s no inside outside / flip.

@Galyna This sounds admittedly so incredibly simple but try it, let me know. I was working with someone who had a fear of the dark, which they traced back to younger than they could remember not having it. For five minutes each evening, they just sat in a chair in their bedroom, at the light switch, with the curtains closed. They would turn off the light, and then breathe slowly & deeply and repeat, “I am The Light”...with spirited conviction, wether they ‘felt it’ or not. Then turn the light back on, and notice - everything is exactly the same. (Then repeat as needed) They said the first time they did this, they indeed did feel it. They experienced an incredible amount of relief & a pinch of hilarity in the hindsight vantage point. Just thought I’d mention it. ??

In part because you’re doing something you don’t want to be doing. Got something else more desirable to do? Do that.

I feel for ya, and I do have some clarity on it. Never make big decisions in the contrast. Things will turn around, you’ll feel better. If you want to chat about it hit me up. ??♥️

If you keep saying that, telling that story, it will continue to appear true to you & you will continue to experience it to be so. You are creating a belief, and your reality in kind. We are just very sneaky thinkers, that’s all. Thoughts & feelings.... it’s really about your vibration at the end of the day. You; potentiality, vibrations, particles. You’re entire experience; potentiality, vibration, particles. (They’re not separate) You got the particles view down solid. Look for the vibrational view, and you will see it. Be aware of the relativity between the current thought and what you’re asking for - by how it feels, now. Google the emotional scale. ?? Seeing your belief as a belief already changes your perspective. Except it doesn’t, because you already know this. I would reconsider continuing to believe in beliefs, and look for what’s actual. You could believe the toaster works while not plugged in and see how it goes, but you can also simply plug it in. Toaster likes it. It’s made for it. Electricity likes it to. It made the toaster. It knows what’s up. You can not make it work in your favor. It already is. Reading this sentence, you are focused on loa. Start small, ask the universe for something, a sign, whatever. Start with what is at least somewhat possible in your mind. Then let it go, and watch it come. It does. Notice thoughts which are resistant to it coming, self doubt, jealousy, etc...inspect them and or, let them go. Hope that’s helpful. (Get a dream board / holon) ?‍♂️

@Javfly33 Some great scrutinizing. Notice also, you don’t seem to be having any trouble with thinking negatively about people, with judging other people. Obviously it’s because of love, and therefore you know it wouldn’t feel good. Notice the same is true for others, even if they were judging you... they don’t feel good. In understanding any worries of being judged, become compassion for those unconsciously judging.

@Average Investor If you can “get there”, just loving cuts through everything. Everyone is perfect however they are. Something to ponder maybe, if you’ve never seen God, when you’re talking to whoever...can you honestly say that isn’t?
