Feeling is, and thus will not be found in “a past”, in a thought. Emotional mastery is a full circle which dissolves the ‘emotional master’.

Repression, or current judgement? Why judge? Belief in validation. Why seek validation? Feels good. What feels better? You. Being you.

Express it on paper so emotional intelligence expands and understanding arises. Including mom in the situation, is including mom in the situation. @The observer Freedom is actually a ‘deep’ bias, a relative subject-object projection. The actuality of ‘freedom’ is love. Consider you can not give up love for freedom, you can give up freedom for love. Or more simply, you are you. Wether free or not, thinking you’re free or not you’re still you. There’s no such thing as a person. Names are thoughts, time is thoughts, perception is perception, love is love. You’ve never spoke with an “enlightened master” and you’ve never received Shaktipat. It only seems sent & received because there is no sender & receiver, but you believe there is. The love is you, everything going on with it is thought. In the same manor, you’ve never seen your own face, but believe there’s a you receiving. If you could be said to be receiving at all, it is only from the source of ‘you’, which is you, which is love. These are the ‘myth’, ‘you’ is the myth, love is not the myth, it’s just prior to and yet is the thinking derived to arrive at the contradiction to itself. Notice, rather immediately, thought arises, of self, past, future, other. Let go, all revealed to be love.

@Anton Rogachevski Subjective, objective, reality, imagination, and a brain which can ‘tell the difference’, are thoughts, and not even.

When self inquiring, and such thoughts arise on your behalf (advanced technique, other circles, only when one has become advanced, work, etc)...the idea is to let all such arising thoughts go. It’s all self defeating with respect to the intent of the practice. Love doesn’t know any of those things about you. These are conditions obscuring your unconditional self, the very thoughts to let go.

@r0ckyreed I would do what’s in this thread up to and including the “Proper Foundation”, and then contemplate by writing a question down, letting it go, and receiving the answer via feeling in the body. In this way you’ll heal yourself & connect with source, and then be able to help others to do the same. Your orientation of well being and sharing is most ideal for experiencing psychic abilities, siddhi’s, etc.

Nothing is wrong with you. The ‘wall’ you’re ‘encountering’, you’re actually creating. There is no ‘gaining of knowledge’, no ‘acquiring of understanding’. It arises within you from an unconditional source, transcendent of any usage of understanding, creating it of itself. Understanding arises in letting go of conditions. It can be no other way. Your passion is to understand all your own misunderstanding, but you are denying this to yourself. There’s no shortage of passion. Just arrogance, truly innocent. When you recognize self referential thinking, you’ve begun a metadventure so unthinkable, that even assertion is perspective, choice.
