It can not be integrated into regular life because this is stating a duality and then asking how there isn’t a duality. Anything you want, though you will know alignment and or discord in any case. No there is not. The experience is you and is for you. Relish in it. It is a wonderfull gift. You can interpret however you like, but interpretation simultaneously reinforces the identity, and it was in the reduction of the beliefs in identity in which the experience was possible. -

@Raptorsin7 Honestly I’m reeling. Can’t seem to understand or grasp what’s going on. It’s as if I woke up this morning without the substrate of reality. Feels like I didn’t wake up, which makes no sense obviously. It’s all good though. Very emotional. Exhausted at the moment. -

@LfcCharlie4 Gracious of you. I dunno, just, dots connected, this thread, that thread with the pictures of people & Shinzen, collective suffering, contemplating remaining awake in sleep (didn’t exactly ‘work’ lol), disappearing in mediation, these skype calls, quantum mechanics, that there’s no distance from me to you, telepathy, @StripedGiraffe video...??♂️. You know, words words yada yada, pass out,....apocalypse♥️ -

@Some Fella Some fella just got me right in the feels. You got all the juice & more outta that one indeed. A single thought let go, “repeated” just as you said leads to samadhi, alignment, and inevitably purification and enlightenment. When it does, be sure to let it go. ? -

@LfcCharlie4 Long story short, experienced something that blew my fucking mind in regards to rasa / Shaktipah / transmission, whatever we call it, and wanted to apologize for being a total dick to you in the past in this regard. Love ya. Sorry. ? -

Let go of that “I know”. It’s one thought, only, as is any of the ‘mud’. That “I” and what “it” “knows” is kind of the most important thought to recognize as only a thought, and let go. There’s no I which knows anything to be found anywhere in the cosmos. Labeling one at a time thought ‘mud’ is preventative from recognizing the one thought at a time-ness. It sort of write’s off the whole inquiry. You might reallocate to maybe an hour of daily meditation to quiet the mind, and then return to self inquiry. Just a suggestion. Also, trying to ‘pinpoint’ the awareness is self defeating of the practice. It’s voluntary thinking. You might compare that to grasping a pencil and writing a linear flow of ideas that comes to mind, vs self inquiry being more of a letting go of every single thought that arises, no grasp on no thought whatsoever, and returning to the penetrative intention in feeling the ‘answer’ for which no thought is a substitute. If there’s emotional term oil, stop self inquiry and write about it. Keep the two ‘practices’ clean in that way. Also give the diet a once over. It’s incredible what a different it can make in terms of clarity vs “mud”. (It might be solid already, idk) Godspeed my man. ♥️ -
In accepting yourself you begin to actually see what this entire forum is about. You begin to see through everything you’re saying on this thread. The root of all is love, the seeking of things & experiences is the seeking of self, of love. By ignoring, suppressing, ostracizing, labeling, identifying, ‘othering’, etc, one is lost in the seeking of self love in all things never finding truth. There is so much you could be doing for yourself, and your full knowing of this and refusal to isn’t helping you or anyone else. I don’t envy that weight, and you could be without it. Love ya man. Open up to possibilities and help.

@RedLine Imo you quit just as the practice was helping. Let the body & mind take out the rubbish. That is the desired effect, not a side effect. There are underlying beliefs, misunderstandings, and misinterpretations. That’s why it feels scary and often frustrating, and that’s what’s emptying. You can take concentration to incredible levels, you can also inspect beliefs, emotions, direct experience, and release a lot of what is obscuring concentration. Every single thought & the being or content of it, is samadhi. What is best for your body and mind to release & realize more well being, and concentrate more naturally? What does feeling say? What does conscience say? -

@RedLine Nothing could be found at every school, but it would take no more than a hundred thousand hours. -

You are already not the avatar, you are appearing as the avatar and realm of duality, so there is already not duality, so the belief to let go is that you are only the avatar, and are separate from anything. If there was anything which could ‘merge into’ nonduality, that would imply there is not nonduality. This is like a flashlight asking from the perspective of the lens “If I remove the lens from the flashlight and there is only flashlight, when the lens is put back on, would the lens return to the light on the wall?” The ‘flashlight’ is eternal and appearing as the lens and light on the wall. The belief to inspect is death, and I’d break it down in terms of direct experience of thought, perception and feeling, and scrutinize how & what you directly experience death to be. No, actually. There is only nonduality. Also, it make sense why someone who experienced trauma would have a likelihood of more fear in ego death, and why there would be an increased likelihood of reaching the void and wrestling with nihilism. My advice would be to contemplate a slight rephrasing of your question, writing down anything that arises...”Why would ego death be scarier for someone who experienced trauma?” If it’s helpful, start from the premise - “wouldn’t it actually be easier?” -

You’re looking at thousands, maybe tens of thousands of hours of concentration practice. -
@Buba There’s no such thing as heterosexuals, homosexuals, bisexuals. There is heterosexuality, homosexuality, bisexuality. Sexuality is not a problem, judgement is a problem. But there is in truth no problem, this is the gospel, The Good News. Praying is an outward oriented movement, an emptying out, so that your true self is brought forward, arising from within.

@m0hsen Practice Zazen, transcend paradox, use koans. Practice telepathy, like riding a bike, but non riding a bike. Realize your deception fully. Mindset wise, by the time you’re experiencing it, it’s very ordinary.
