I hear you & I feel ya. I was literally beat to death once, and brought back by doctors in an icu. Life’s weird, I get it. My advice is, tell the story of what you want, only. Reality becomes it. Never believe another thought about yourself which does not feel good.

@Hansu Guilt & shame don’t exist. Humbly notice who you really are is not joining ‘you’ in those thoughts, and pick better feeling thoughts. The more you do, the better you feel, the more obvious & effortless this becomes. Love yourself, of course, but don’t make it the ‘new cover up’, the new project, the new reason you can’t be happy right now. That’ll perpetuate the cover up of the believing of the thoughts which don’t feel good. Humbly notice you don’t know if anyone else is thinking to begin with. All that judgment is yours. Let it go anytime you want.

@kundalini91 Yes indeed. Less identifying as an object of appearance. Excellent. Takes a minute, but you’ll be able to turn that whiteness / brightness / illuminosity up & down ‘at will’. Same for the bliss. You are light & love. It’s delightful, no? ?? -

@LfcCharlie4 Thanks, you too! ...and yes indeed. “Since I can’t just do what I actually want, there is ‘distraction’”...unless...I am already doing what I want ...but that means there isn’t actually distraction. Maybe instead, I question...what is it I actually want traction in, or with? What do I really want to create?

You’re using time to thwart yourself right out of the great feeling of knowing what you are wanting and receiving it. Let go of the ‘this or that’ / ‘I don’t have enough to time’ / ‘It has to be one or the other’ stories. You have ample time to do what you want. The smallest steps each day change everything in terms of feeling. Express rather than suppress. Stop thinking about what other people think. Do what feels good for you. Definitely make a dreamboard, and you’ll notice resistant thoughts to what you wrote on there, to what you are wanting. Let them go, and much understanding of the nature of identifying and believing thoughts about yourself which are not true will occur. You’ll realize how you’ve been using labels like ‘anxiety’ to cover up that what is really going on is resistance to what you want.

Similar to the psychic thread, this is also you not being honest with yourself, which is all that’s ever been needed. It’s got nothing to do with telling anyone anything about you. Good luck, much love. Look to letting go, effortlessness. Notice the twisty unnerving feeling of telling more stories, and let them go instead.

Thoughts about yourself, such as that, aren’t true and don’t feel good. Believing your thoughts, you’re trying to compensate for this, to feel better, reattaching / re-identifying with the body. This is the rollercoaster of desire, physical satisfaction, and inevitable guilt over how you arrived there, as self limiting thoughts are continuing to be believed. Aligning thought & feeling, the body is inevitably realized as bliss which limits itself to be the feeling of orgasm, etc. Believing the thoughts rooted in attachment to the physical, actually limits pleasure with ‘reason’, and ‘relationship’ / ‘partner’ justifications. However, no reason or catalyst is needed to be bliss, you already are. Like the clear sky is veiled by clouds, your true nature is veiled in believing thoughts which don’t feel good. These are the breadcrumbs to who you are, and the most amazing feelings. Spend time on that, do the inner alignment work. It doesn’t matter if you’re having sex or not. It matters what you believe about yourself, with each thought, and what you don’t. Unlimit yo self. You’ll realize there never as a ‘distraction’. That’s just a story utilized to cover up to yourself, that you are believing thoughts about yourself which are not true, and thus do not feel good. Truth is the greatest possible feeling. Your next “problem” will become the inability to ‘remain conscious’ with that much bliss in your body. You’ll literally pass out, drooling & smiling.

@SamueLSD Usually we’ve gone too fast, too far already. Notice the title implies you need something. I’d look at...what for? What’s the “problem”? Then I’d look at that “problem” and ask, what is it, actually? It’s a thought. It’s not a true thought. How can you be sure? It doesn’t feel good to you. Why listen to feeling though? Because thoughts come and go like nothin. Feeling though, not ever have you been without. Always there for you, always. What to do? Focus on a thought which feels good. On what you want. Maybe it’s meditation. Maybe it’s psychedelics. Maybe it’s noticing need is a belief. Whatever you want. You can’t get it wrong. That’d just be a thought which doesn’t feel good, because it’s not true. @dimitri ??♥️ @James123 You never come & go. ♥️ You are your gift ‘to’ yourself, you beautiful sob. -

@Dylan Page Yeah. He might be hiding something which doesn’t feel good and isn’t true about him, misinterpreting that feeling & judging himself without realizing this, and projecting it along with the thinking it’s other people hiding something from him (paranoia). It’s likely his mind expanded but is hung up on a cultural norm (belief) that is not true for him in the individual sense. This ‘blockage’ if you will (belief), can skew the expansion to the ’separate self’ side, and lead to the ‘god powers’ or ‘supernatural powers’ individual perspective. Very confusing, given that blockage, as there are “god powers” but not for individuals in the me-gain manor. Also a chance the truth was not felt in the expansion, due to the blockage, which could spark nihilism, solipsism, etc, with the ‘individual god powers’ theme. If somebody could tell em he’s a friend first & foremost, nuts or not, and listen quietly long enough, he’d probably get it off his back so to speak. For him, just the softest expression of even a few words about it would be very relieving. -

It is likely that you don’t know this, but you can discover this by ‘listening’ acutely to how you feel, and what you think. Listen to your intuition as it is telling you this. Instead of settling for feeling sad, or assuming that is a natural feeling for you, or that it is a ‘feature of life, or reality’, notice that some thoughts feel good to you, and some thoughts do not feel good to you. Don’t ignore the feeling, explore & understand the feeling. It is guidance for your life, and it is coming just as it appears, from deeper within you. It is of your true and ‘higher’ infinite self. Thoughts which feel good to you are in alignment with what you are wanting. Thoughts which do not feel good to you are not in alignment with what you are wanting. Get more clear about what you are wanting, by writing it on a dreamboard, and seeing it each day. Change it whenever you like. Fantasize, imagine, visualize, the visceral unfolding, of what you are wanting. Like a child excited about imaging a coming trip to Disneyland - feel great about knowing what you want, knowing it is unfolding, and imagining the experience of it as if it were here right now, happening already. Ride the rides, taste the cotton candy, hear the music - in your mind. Begin to notice that you don’t need any of it to happen - for you to feel good. You are the good feeling. You are the magic, the ‘secret ingredient’, which brings magic to life. You can feel great just in the expressing of your genuine desires, and in the imagining of experiencing what you are wanting. Having your vision on your board connects you more deeply with goodness in feeling, in your body, and in your mind, via the sincere expression of your unique desires - creating. You will more & more come to know this goodness, this wonderful feeling, as you. Having what you want on your dreamboard will make it incredibly easier to recognize any resistant thoughts which arise. It will be very clear to you that the nature of some thoughts which don’t feel good, is self doubt. Recognizing those thoughts more easily, you can inspect them more easily, and you will realize more & more the effortlessness of letting go of thoughts which do not feel good to you, and the choosing of thoughts which do feel good to you. You will experience the momentum of choosing thoughts which feel good to you, and are aligned with what you are wanting - what you’ve written on your dreamboard. As you experience this momentum, and hone the choosing of thoughts, use the the emotional scale to more & more understand the guidance of the source of you, via emotional intelligence. You’ll notice there are some things you want to change about your choices. A cleaner diet is typically one of the first things one desires to address, as it is key to mood and quality of thoughts, as well as quality of the clarity of mind in which they arise. If you’re ever at a loss for what to eat which is aligned with the true nature of well being of the body, try this. You will also begin to notice with more detail & nuance, that self love is the most important aspect of this life experience. You will notice that it does not jive, does not feel good, when you put more focus on thoughts about a potential future which don’t feel good, than you are putting on this moment you are presently experiencing. Noticing this will help you ‘return’ to this present moment, by letting any thoughts which do not resonate, as well as any overthinking, go. You will more deeply realize the falsity & futility of comparing the actuality of this experience now, to a thought about a potential future moment. You will begin to see that you are not going to things & experiences as it would initially seem, but are attracting all of it to you. Knowing what you are wanting, seeing it daily on your board, and seeing it unfolding as the reality you are experiencing, makes it much easier to spot, and let go of, overthinking - to, ‘get out of your own way’. You will come to know the truth, as you feel the true magic of this place. You do not need to know how things will go, to feel good. When you think you do need to know how things will go with the changes in your life that you are anticipating, to feel good...notice that way of thinking, doesn’t feel good. You don’t need to know how anything will go. You just need to put how you feel, first. Then, things will go in accordance, because reality is you, and reality is unconditional. You, choose the conditions, and hold conditions, by the thoughts you choose, and how you choose to focus. Being acutely in tune with understanding how you feel, and the relationship between feeling & thought, is paramount. Be incredibly honest with yourself, acknowledging that you can feel your best - without knowing how anything will go. It is the journey, the dreaming-up of things, the wanting of things, and seeing unconditional reality becoming what you are wanting, which is the greatest thrill. This is what you had n mind in coming here. Not complacency, not boredom...but being the hero of your own life, and living it on the edge of creation. Not just the experience of the ‘stuff’ and experiences, and not just the amazement that what you focus on with nonresistance does come - but knowing you can feel amazing without any of it presently in your life, knowing it is coming by feeling - without seeing any evidence of it. Here are some ideas & basic practices which can be helpful in letting go of thoughts which do not resonate with you, as well as uncovering deeper relaxation & happiness as you go.

@inFlow Not as a separate body, though every word is dualistic, distinction making, and implies it is, similar to how the usage of the word “ego” creates the belief there is a separate entity which is the ego. Bliss of feeling and thought arising. An energy traveling up and down the spine, mind & brain. Less dilution. Like removing mud from water reveling mud is made of water. Words create the distinctions which lead you away from where the words are intended to point you. Good to communicate & inspire at best, but after reading them look around where you are now and ask, wtf even is this? With proper singing, one learns to control the breath, expand the stomach, and feel the vibration of the registers, to produce a vocal ‘note’ of music. We can say, what is that note though, what is it actually? We can talk about pitch, tone, inflection, intonation, ideas baked into the single note conveying in feeling what unsung words can not...yet all of this points to the shocking effortlessness of singing, and that the doing was veiled by the claiming of singing. Yet even that, points to the wholeness of the single note, vibrationally inseparable of all vibration which appears to produce it. Nonetheless, one who does not properly stretch the stomach will not get to far, due to a clenched, tightening of the throat, in ‘efforting’ to compensate. There is no separate note, one creates it as one be’s it, as such, you’re discovery how you’ve been creating the ego. There is no note, and so “with” - in with proper singing is revealed to be a misnomer, and is none other than vibrational, and not even.
