  3. @Madhur All that is, that can be pointed to or talked about, is mind, and there are not two. All appearance conveys that you are in a body. All experience can convey you are in another body, or a coffee cup. There is no mind over matter. There is no matter. Just, nothing.

  5. @knakoo Having experienced these, as well as with / through people in sessions...my advice would be to take time grounding / letting go, until the context of ‘risky’ & ‘scary’ is no longer present.

  10. @Galyna I awoke doing nothing but meditating. Careful believing dualistic thoughts, such as states, possible & impossible. ? Likewise, depersonalization & nihilism are relative, unlike the awareness of and focus upon ‘them’.
  11. @ShardMare You know a lot of what you don’t want. Make an opposites list, of what you do want. Use the time and the internet to get started.

  16. @Don Wei The changes you desire serve no purpose, but your enjoyment of the experience of them. Now is not a means to a point. It’s the point. Do what you like, change what yo unlike, but slow down, relax, smell the roses, enjoy this.
  17. Do what you care about. Food, sex, entertainment, sleep. Don’t fight with yourself, so to speak.
