It sounds like you’re deeply struggling with honesty & wrestling with your conscience. Like you’re holding on to guilt for something that was not your fault at all. What caused them is people hating themself. Your call is to love yourself. That’s how you overcome.

@capriciousduck Awesome. Glad you liked it! Yes that technique would inevitably work, you also might consider writing what you do want on your dream board. Focus is magic.

@JayG84 It’s like your picture which doesn’t actually have a guy jumping in it, though it totally seems like it does. -

@The0Self Amen to that. ? A little “focus” is nice. -
@inFlow Awesome!!! Congrats!

@InterruptReQuest You’ve tricked yourself into believing you’re doing based on need. Retrace your steps. You chose all of it. The circumstances are how they are because of your wants. In seeing this, you see you are simply continuing the same. What, from your experiencing, have you come to realize you want next?
-
That perspective is heart breaking, not the circumstance. If you were as limited in perspective as you pretend to be, it’d feel just fine. But it doesn’t, cause you’re not. The things you’re saying about your family are comedic gold. Why so serious.

@Matt23 The relationships you do have, you have because you want them. Believing you need them, there is no room for appreciation, as they are reduced experientially to a means to an end - for you. Experientially, everyone is serving your needs. You have much to offer, consider sharing rather than getting. Being alone is absolutely problem free. If being alone seems to be a problem, notice the perspective which doesn’t feel good, vs the actuality. Notice how that perspective traces back to the belief you need. That is what is out of alignment. Not being alone. “Deal with the issue”, by acknowledging you’re saying it’s an issue, and scrutinizing why you’re saying that. Some beliefs about yourself that don’t resonate with who you really are will come to the surface. Let them go rather than continuing to believe them. Look to share your interests with people who share the same interests, because you want to.

@Farnaby What is the true nature of an electron?
-
@Amit When I am saying direct experience, I am talking about what is actual right now, rather than any concepts.
-
@Amit The first ‘thing’ to recognize, is that the greatest tool possible - inspection of direct experience - has been hijacked in thought and conceptualized. That likely sounds like a harsh thing to say, but imagine you were on a plane. Continuing to pretend the plane isn’t hijacked is an approach, a way you could go about it...but you would certainly not get to where you want to be going.
-
Is that feeling from direct experience of losing and or dying...or from your belief about potentially losing and or dying?

How would you define infinity, to arrive at these? Could infinity define itself? -

When you go to sleep and have a dream at night, all meaning, seeing, hearing and thought are not actually ‘individual things’, or anything happening...but rather are one whole experience of dreaming, made of the dreamer, or, the ‘dream substance’ of your mind. As in, the actuality of ‘stuff’ in the dream is that it is mind, appearing as dream things. When you wake up in the morning, it’s pretty clear there wasn’t anyone seeing, hearing, or thinking, because that was all in and of the dream. You didn’t actually see or hear any ‘thing’, but a dream of there being ‘things’. Within seconds or minutes of waking up you can’t really even remember it. It’s the same as if it hadn’t happened at all, because it’s was you, and you’re presently you, not dreaming anymore. However, you would want to consider that the sleeping at night & the waking up in the morning could also be the dream, or mind ‘substance’ still at play. You could verify this isn’t a dream of infinite mind, by finding the actuality of separation between finite things, and the separate physical individual living in physical reality perceiving the things, who’s sleeping at night, and dreaming. -

@SeekingFreedom Weird way to frame it up you’re employing. How does deception feel to you? Would you say it’s your true nature, as in it sits well with you / you’re deceptive? -
As literally & specifically as you can muster from inspection....what is “it”? (Seeking clarification as not to assume.) How do know that? Hat’s off to you btw, for ‘doing the work’, taking a look.

Appears to be. Consider...if there is infinite...that inherently means there isn’t “finite”. It’s the whole of experience right now. Needing to be, or reaching a high state of consciousness, such as having a mystical or peak state experience is one way to go about it. Another is letting go of thought attachment, no longer believing thoughts. Both is kind of ideal maybe. That’s great. You’re aware of the reactions...are you aware of a you which is reacting, or is that ‘you’ being assumed? Maybe you’re not aware of things that are not you. Maybe it’s all you, and the reactions ‘cover that up’ so to speak. To draw attention to it, that you might consider, in spite of appearance, there is no reaction because there are not two...there’s no separation between what you might call the catalyst of the reaction, and the reaction. The entirety of experience is one ‘substance’. Quantum mechanics is great for expanding the mind to realize this. Superposition, double slit, Schrodinger’s cat, Heidelberg's uncertainty principle, entanglement, etc. You might say the change is the surrendering of the thoughts, beliefs & ideas that you are in actuality...and then therefore beginning to realize you are actuality. (Or what the word points to, if you will) That all is actually Being...Infinite Being...appearing as separate things, and the concepts ‘themselves’ of ‘separate things’. Scrutinize in observance, in direct experience, as well as theoretically with QM’s...find any actuality of separation beyond any assumptions and or fooling of the senses. Yes, experientially, but there isn’t one to fade away. Imagine watching a movie where identification / identity ‘fades away’ and the character is experiencing that....while you are knowing it’s a movie, of which the only actuality is the screen appearing as what is believed to be ‘a character’ and ‘the movie’. The false identity is perpetuated now, and there is only now. You are the ‘substance’ that is Now. Thoughts appear about the character (self referential thinking) and thoughts appear about a past (memory). These thoughts only appear now. If the thoughts are believed, attached to...the story, or movie & character seem to be actual. If the thoughts are not believed, what is seen to be actual is that the entirety is only actually appearing to transpire now...an appearance .....’happening too to no one, because there are not two. Without two components, there is no “reaction”. (One ‘thing’ reacting to another ‘thing’.)

You beautiful sob. -
@CVKBT Infinite can not know finite. Infinite appears as finite , & identifies as finite. Infinite, aware of this “identity” can see through it. There is less & less reaction & identifying, as there is less & less believing perspectives of twoness...and ultimately there never was “reaction” (oneness). That is, one is never actually reacting, but only interpreting & believing as such. It feels so because of the very falsity of the interpretation. The, “it’s because of him, her, this, or that...that I feel this way and am behaving this way” factor. The ignorance at play is not bad per se, it’s simply because infinite can not know finite.

@Amit The fear is pretend too.
