@SamueLSD Agreed. A most brilliant work of art. The nature of consciousness in deed.
-
Habitual reaction veils naturally inspired action. When the reaction is noticed, go straight to no-possible-reaction...consciously breathing. In with the good shit, out with the bullshit. If that doesn’t ‘work’, this will...apply three times daily, release any ‘side effects’, with the conscious breathing. Enough sleep. Clean diet. Daily morning meditation. Dreamboard. Let thoughts come & go. Feeling journal. Life you dream of, effortlessly. Nothing is hidden. The mind begs to differ. For the love of God stop naming the source of you anxiety.

You believe you know that other people are thinking. You’re holding bogus beliefs about yourself too, and using people to compensate for this, rather than letting the beliefs go. This is an inspirational drain on other people. Write about what you want to create & experience, let judging yourself & others go. Go to the tree of life. It’s all in you. Bring it out. Allow it.

There are words like mystical experience, synchronicity, homeostasis, etc which seem to -
The feeling is about the thoughts / self image of you. The feeling is of you. The thoughts are not actually about a you. That’s why they feel off. Self referential narratives filter creativity experientially, but not actually (confusion). The confusion is being unconsciously created.

@Elham Congrats! ??

@Red-White-Light Try a dreamboard. Filling it with wanted can help snap us out of lulls of unwanted.

The confusion could be from the lens of separation (others, egos, people, souls, etc) or, that suffering is consciously chosen. Essentially the idea one must suffer to grow, or expand being carried over existentially. Think of ‘getting to’ the very peak of Maslow’s pyramid. Imagine literally standing on it & seeing for yourself there’s nothing above the pyramid. Infinite emptiness. No ‘you’, no ‘others’, no ‘success’, just the pyramid and not even. There wasn’t ‘a life’, or ‘suffering’, or anything, just a narrative that played along. From that vantage point it’d be clear the only perspective(s) is (are) toward the rest of the pyramid. Otherwise, you could help from ‘below’, and you might get a foot in the face every once & a while. You could help from above, but someone must reach up to take your hand. When nothing’s happening there are not feet & faces. -
@CultivateLove ?? What dreams may come. ? Godspeed. One of the lifestyle changes to come from utilizing the board, is the clarity of ‘I’m engaged in x activity right now, or not’. The realization there is never a call for ‘thinking about it’, is delightful. In this sense, meditation pairs perfectly. Goodbye hamster wheels! Where’d they even go?! ...Meditation!!

@Value Both. They’re already one in the same. Subtract self referential thinking from the mix. Go on some excursions. Self discover. Write a song about it. Love to hear it.

@Loving Radiance Awareness alone is curative. Self-love. The Way of Love If I speak in the tongues of men and of angels, but have not love, I am a noisy gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have prophetic powers, and understand all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing. If I give away all I have, and if I deliver up my body to be burned, but have not love, I gain nothing. Love is patient and kind; love does not envy or boast; it is not arrogant or rude. It does not insist on its own way; it is not irritable or resentful; it does not rejoice at wrongdoing, but rejoices with the truth. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends. As for prophecies, they will pass away; as for tongues, they will cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when the perfect comes, the partial will pass away. When I was a child, I spoke like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I gave up childish ways. For now we see in a mirror dimly, but then face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I have been fully known. So now faith, hope, and love abide, these three; but the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13 “Know thy self”. Socrates

@28 cm unbuffed Read through this thread slowly, notice any thoughts you expressed which don’t feel good to you. Consider why you are saying things that don’t feel good to you, if it feels good to others, and if you prefer to continue doing so. Consider what role certain thoughts & perspectives play in relation to what you find difficult, frustrating, challenging, or even overwhelming. Notice the resistant feeling of those thoughts, and choose a better feeling perspective. You’ll see that what you’re experiencing lines up with how you’re interpreting.
-
@28 cm unbuffed The noticing & letting go of resistant thoughts is key. It’s how we get out of our own way. The alternative is reacting & expressing them, creating more of the same. Becoming attentive to what we’ve been inattentive to usually precedes the gently down the stream, the flow. There it’s all just for the unconditional experience.
-
Why so cynical? Put that on the dreamboard. Insights & ideas arise around it, write those too. How you experience the world changes. People and opportunists present themselves. Notice them. Resistant thoughts & emotions arise, notice them too, relax and watch them come & go.
-
@28 cm unbuffed Maybe your current dream is to have tons of money.

@Someone here “It’s” infinite...? -
@28 cm unbuffed If you came to be a mule, you’d be a mule. You came to express and manifest your dream life. When you start, you’ll know source, and source makes sense of everything. Why all the dilly dally?
-
@Alet This is not a result of meditation. Look to your life, what you want to be creating and experiencing, and what you are. Make a dreamboard, fill it with what you desire to experience, and allow the releasing of limited beliefs and assumptions about yourself as you fill with inspiration & passion.

Investigate what you are made of in a literal sense. Look into science, quantum mechanics. It’s much more about realizing and releasing misunderstanding, misinterpretation of reality & misidentification of self, than it is acquiring ideas & beliefs and trying to remember them. In learning about reality, namely QM’s, it begins to be realized there is not a separate object, ‘you’ , which has or does not have control over ‘reality’, as in ‘other separate things’. The word nonduality points to ‘not two’. For example, look for the separation between things seen, the seeing, and the awareness of the seeing. Similarly, look for any actuality of the ‘layers’ you mentioned. Be incredibly open minded, such that you consider it might not be that you don’t have control, but that control is a concept rather than an actuality. A thought, basically. Inspect thoughts, notice each thought seems to have meaning, only by referencing what it is not. Such as up loses meaning when you take away down, and down has no meaning without the subtle indirect reference to up. How do you know control is not the illusion? To have ‘control over your illusion’ is already to believe you are separate. spect, rather than assume. Inspect beliefs, such as “I was born”. Let assumptions go, and inquire into the actuality, or direct experience. Did you actually experience being born, or is it a belief? Again, this requires incredible open mindedness, which in large part means when thoughts arise in regard to what you’re sure you know to be true, you relax and let such thoughts come & go, rather than continuing to belief them. Inspect for what is actual. Notice subtle assumptions. Is your thought about nothing from direct experience, or an assumption. Is perception actually ‘yours’. Does ‘power’ even actually exist. What is it. How is it such that ‘you’, could have ‘it’. What does qm’s reveal about ‘parts’. How do you know those hindsight thoughts aren’t a facade, such that there is only the belief you’re doing any of that. What if it’s happening, and in believing the thoughts, you’re believing you’re doing, making decisions, etc. How are you separate of the universe. What is a universe. What is control, beyond a thought / idea. If thoughts freely come & go, without attachment / believing them, how is it known you are the person, the “I” which can’t jump 10 ft, which eats or does not. How would you prove you are the body, rather than the gravity, the million dollars, the bank account. Without beliefs, what is an identity. Ever seen or heard an identity. What does what you are have to do with God or anyone else. What is an ‘ego’, ‘living’, a ‘person’, ‘survival’, a ‘saint’. Sort assumption from direct experience. What is bliss. What is being. What is divine love. What is the evidence you are not.
