But that’s precisely what it indicates. That ‘fact’ would be an assumption. It’s like saying ‘if there isn’t anyone to see a unicorn, it doesn’t change the fact that there is a unicorn’. Likewise, ‘suppose’ really means ‘let’s assume there is something outside of consciousness’. But direct experience dictates there isn’t. There is the thought that there is, and consciousness is conscious of the thought (assumption). If there are pieces of a puzzle, but no one putting them together, are there really pieces of a puzzle? ? -

@Illusory Self Let go of thinking (talking, communicating, expressing) in terms of states. That’s what you’re missing with David Hawkins. He isn’t / wasn’t thinking that way so emotions are much easier. If you notice the habit don’t ‘beat up on yourself’ for it, just notice. When you notice you’re about to, choose a different way of expressing. It’s suppressive, because the implication is there is ‘this other better state’ that ‘you could get to’ and there are ‘parts’ of you as or in different states. In the same fashion, let go of the thought narrative of the doer / “myself”/ “me”/ “mine”. In meditations let thought go by returning attention to feeling breathing from the stomach. Day to day, let thoughts about other than now go. Not resist, not try to change them, just let go of the habit of feeding thought attention. All which is let go is discord. Like, it all fits into the category of, you don’t care for it. All that arises is all that you want. -

There isn’t anyone who understands the message, that’s the message. That would include so called teachers. Intuition isn’t judgmental. Out of it & depersonalization are felt as conceptualizations. -
@Lyubov Maybe you classify these consensual activities as violence, and I hold violence to be harming and have no issue with nonviolent consensual activities.

Being good ‘enough’ is not defined by anything you have or anything anyone else wants. There’s no but. But… thinking makes it seem so. There’s no shortage or lack (of females or males or whatever combo therein). Adversarial competitive thinking, shortage, value, other and or self objectification, these are just ways of thinking. If they’re discordant, consider the intentions and reflect on your intentions. Maybe they’re aligned, maybe not. Being different / not good enough to attract, will of course attract, being different / not good enough. If you’re just looking for sex, it doesn’t really matter. If you’re looking for a relationship, how do you figure that’s gonna play out? Will you ‘be different’ with respect to him or her & maintain that facade for your entire life in regard to the relationship? What kind of relationship is that really, is it even actually a relationship? Would you not grow tired of the manipulation, discord & mental gymnastics required to rational & justify this? Far more significantly, at the root of attraction we might say, what kind of communion is this? Are you really even attracting what you want? Do you know what you want?

That is an example of thoughts arising about my awareness & when I was awake. And that is an example of thoughts arising about an it and a why. ?? As only a pointer, notice not only the conceptualizing, but the justification & rationalizing of the conceptualizing. -
Physical rage is a concept, rage is an emotion. Express it nonviolently without involving anyone else physically.

If you’re going to do something which you feel you have to lie to somebody about, think twice about what you’re doing.

@Manusia Meditation. Then when thoughts about this is what awakening is, or I’m awake, or my awakening(s), or levels of how awake I am etc arise, the ego / spiritual ego so to speak (thought attachment) doesn’t ‘hijack’ what is in actuality of course itself, with contextualizing / thinking / thoughts - beliefs. If emotionally difficult in regard to what empties out via daily meditation, the emotional scale. For making sense of the whole ‘situation’… create a dreamboard. -

Memorize the first three reiki symbols by writing them on paper over and over, and then in the air with your hand, and then drawing them mentally. It’s like learning a universal language of symbols. All dimensions and properties of the symbols can then be used to convey info & communicate. -
Brother, take a long break from the concepts of higher & lower consciousness, ego, craving & life purpose. The clarity will naturally arise. You’ll feel like yourself again.

Resentment isn’t a feeling it’s a concept, the corresponding feeling is discord because you are unconditional and don’t resent anyone. But you’re free to anyways and I know it’s part of the process but it can be helpful to be reminded of who you really are. Also in that vein, if you were them (which you are) you’d say & do exactly what they’ve said & done (cause you did). Compassion is extraordinarily clarifying & empowering. Get yo self someathat. (Ime) express that when you hold that anger you inevitably end up experiencing discouragement… and so on. Also if when you think of them you feel any powerlessness, when you orient attention back inward, on what you want that indeed is coming to you, you feel alignment, which is inherently meta-empowerment. “Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured.” - Mark Twain “Anger is a gift.” Zach De La Rocha If you’ve been thinking about fitness or exercise, now’s the time. That stuff is like high octane gasoline.

I think it’s a spiritual thing. These are just some perspectives to consider… It’d be exceptionally rare for someone your age to experience memory loss or decline of mental faculties. There is no separate self which is becoming dumber… try not thinking of memories as my memory / memories (and thus my mental faculties). Think of it more like the ground. There’s not really any “ground”, but source never misses a step. So to speak, that same source is being the memories & in truth of course you are infinitely intelligent. If there is increased consistency and or duration with meditation, it’s very common to be aware of aspects one wasn’t before, and at first they can seem new and thus problematic or worrisome. Hearing the universe for the first time as an example often gets labelled as tinnitus with an accompanying sentiment that it is a problem or worrisome. In that vein, not sure how else to say it, God does re-wire brains. I’ve experienced it several times. If there is a secondary ‘spiritual thing’ like third eye pressure, you might be in a metamorphosis transition. If that’s the case, when the third eye opens you’ll forget all about this ‘memory problem’. Also with increased meditation it isn’t uncommon to miss at first, relationships between lethargy and diet and or eating late at night. And when focus is more meditative, naturally effortless… feeling & perception can become far more pronounced, and thought activity reduced, it can seem like there’s this or that problem while it really just take a minute to adjust to. Also with diet, make sure you aren’t swinging the pendulum too far to the opposite, make sure you’re eating enough. Relativity’s endlessly sneaky, so it’s also possible the plans and endeavors on your horizon are ‘causing you’ to hyper-notice moments when you aren’t able to articulate verbally, in a slight anticipatory sense. Emotionally, if it feels like there’s doubt then it’s doubt, and disappointment is actually the way to go, vs possibly (idk) framing the emotion as ‘a mental problem’. It might be as simple as you’re not used to a calmer mind, and so it seems like there’s an issue when there isn’t. Patience & relaxation might be called for in allowing memory / thought in general. In the transition from the facade of being a thinker or intellectual, to receiving, it can take a minute to adjust. If that rings true, really it could just be that. It’s quite a transition. Also consider, in regard to it being harder to be coherent and express, there might be a lot that was more discordant and reactional, which there is just less inclination to focus on and express now, and again an adjustment / transition period. Hopefully something here is helpful. Overall I don’t think there’s any issue or anything to worry about, but odds are you’re not able to comprehend anything I just wrote anyways. Even if you are, you’ll probably just forget it. ? Edit: Also… are you trying to remember stuff that you don’t need to? If so use an electronic calendar (in your phone etc). -

@RMQualtrough I get where you’re coming from, and once said the same thing. Beliefs are interesting phenomena. -

Leave the “I” and “my” thoughts aside. Notice the senses are exactly the same wether thought to be “mine” or not. If there were the direct experience of not being aware… notice, there would inherently have to be awareness of… not having been or not being aware. Run is dualistic. There’s running, and there’s not running. Awareness is not dualistic. There is no such thing or experience as no awareness. You are eternal. It’s attachment to the thoughts. Replace the thought “body” with unicorn… and notice perception does not change whatsoever. Likewise, the thought ‘part’. You are infinite, and thus have no, there is no, parts (sans the thought, ‘parts’). Because awareness / consciousness is always the same. There are no parts, types, degrees, levels, states, ownership, attainments, etc, etc. That’s all thoughts / thought attachment / beliefs / believing thoughts. It’s like fish in water… if you add that “fish” is a thought… the water being awareness / consciousness, and there not actually being “fish”, just the thought “fish”. Rupert Spira’s movie & screen analogy might be insightful as well. The screen being the I, and the movie, which the screen is appearing as, being the thoughts and senses. Maybe a great contemplation for ya… “if a tree falls in the woods and no one is there to hear it, does it make a sound?” Also, the Disney movie Soul talks a lot about this in a light, funny & approachable way. Might like it. @RMQualtrough Perfect gif! ? -
@Manusia Absolutely speaking, it can … and also it can’t.
