Body Scan Meditation Body Meditation Grounding. ? The benefits are unthinkable. Not believable. ?

I would set aside ten minutes to write on a piece of paper what he did wrong, and how you want him to feel for it. Really light him up, empty both barrels, burn his whole bs world to the ground. Then I’d return to putting how you feel first, and letting thoughts which are not on board with that, go. The goodness of feeling desired is ever present & always underlying. Perspectives are neither solid, rigid, conditional, nor physical. They appear & disappear, just like clouds. They are your magic though, and you are at the helm. In love we take our power back. How do you want to feel? Is it without or within? It is a funny thing, the better feeling, the goodness, the love presently sought by you...we all already know simple as, you. I’m certain you’ll find it. ♥️ Maybe give this a once over, just to be safe.

One intends to be aware of behaviors & actions, and thus thought & feeling. The thinking mind will always veil itself with the story of itself. Concepts, angles, ever-shifting smoke & mirrors to hide a shapeshifter. Consciousness is neither ours, fractured, causal, nor aspects individuated. Consciousness is already healing. First directly experience the subconscious mind, then if desired, if possible, assess & attribute. In presence alone, ‘three things can not remain hidden for long’. CONCENTRATION (SINGLE-POINTEDNESS) MEDITATION

If the self referential thought loops & reinforced paradigms of survival and death where nonexistent, what other dissonant thoughts would remain? What is the direct experience of these? What is the direct experience of a psyche catching up with consciousness as the result of experience (and or a past)? What is the direct experience of an ego resisting? What color, shape, dimension is this ego which is credited to resist? When was it last seen? How old is it? How tall is it? Does it like heavy metal, long walks on the beach? What do you want to create? What do you want to experience? When thoughts become things, Grounding is invaluable, immeasurable, priceless.

@Loving Radiance Great question. ‘Heal yourself’ such that no self is realized, and thus ‘levels’ are seen through, and then what can not be taught truly miraculously arises.

Yup. A useful reference: Reiki 1: Heal yourself. Reiki 2: Help others heal. Reiki 3: Then teach.

Be mindful of the “road block” which is in and of itself, thinking. The insight is received as concept, but arose in the experience of substances which ‘put thinking aside’ so to speak. So don’t think think think....let go and FEEL FEEL FEEL! Explore and experience directly, for “yourself”, if you will. Don’t try to “make the concept it”.

For anyone else who might struggle with the context & conceptualization hijack of ‘depersonalization’, here is a simple easy Grounding Meditation. Use it if it’s useful.

@EmptyVase Awesome!! Spot the loop...understanding & ego!! There’s nothing to understand. There’s not a separate entity, “ego”. It is only the arising self referential thought story, about “the one who understands” - “the ego”. The bladder issue is that ⬆️. Those thoughts don’t resonate, they “piss you off” you might say. Let such thought stories come & go, and you’ll be peacefully peeing as being.

Siddhis are of love, healing, and time & attention on other than your ‘self’ & ‘self’ interests. They are only thought to be outside of the ordinary because of the present apparent state of affairs in the place. Heal your ‘self’, and these “superpowers” are revealed to be perfectly natural. Of course, paradoxically full circle, this is the greatest of all Love and experience. This involves actually meeting with people...also something perfectly ‘normal’, which apparently does not seem to be the typical view these days. ”For where two or three are gathered together in My name, I am there in the midst of them.” I would add to that, flowing through every cell, nerve and thought, as what can only be pointed to as Love-Bliss.

@Hotaka When you say ‘you don’t create anything’, what is missed is you’re creating that there is a you which is saying this and a you which this is said to, let alone being the experience itself. Is there any direct experience of the ‘previous’ & ‘future’ x ?

Karma could be said to begin with something like, seeing through guilt. Recognizing it’s a thought, not a feeling. That could lead to recognizing and releasing identification with a role, say maybe that of being a son, daughter, mom, dad, sister, brother, etc. Then maybe male, female. Then maybe sexual orientation. Then maybe human. And so on until there is nothing (no ‘karma’) left.

There’s never been a person with karma.

Is this the frequency of the ringing?
