  1. Directly experience, ‘stretch’ your experiencing from one end of that polarity to the other, know from direct experience, ‘check’ with, stay with feeling as you do, rather than think about it, know & expand frame of reference form direct experience. Be. Be selfless. Spend one day for others, or for someone else, with no gain at all for you. Give one single day, the entire day, hands on. Actually do this. Do the last thing you want to do, for the last person you want to do it for. Gather everything that is not critical to have and donate it. Write letters to people who’ve helped you, thanking them, like today’s you’re last day on this earth. Find the poorest most down rotten person you can and spend a day in their shoes, listening like the world and time stopped. Be them. Spend a day being a self righteous, self centered, egomaniacal asshole. Be a total fake. Pretend to do for others but make sure it’s actually only benefitting you. Only care about yourself, be as attached as possible to thoughts and the body. Fill yourself with the fear of this. Look down upon and speak down to others to make yourself feel better about your own lack of inspecting that fear and lack of authenticity and sincerity. Really be these ‘characters’ fully. See what surrender is. See what free will is. See what love is. Report back. ? ”Today it is very fashionable to talk about the poor. Unfortunately, it is not fashionable to talk with them’” - Mother Teresa
  2. @Vibroverse Might sound absurd initially, but if you didn’t identify with / via memory, didn’t interpret through lens of individuation past future self other, and just ‘watched the show’ as awareness, nothing stops you as awareness from watching ‘any one else’s’ ‘show’. Look into quantum entanglement, uncertainty principle, what a photon’s ‘made of’, and let go deeply in meditation, and feel ‘into’ someone, rather than rely on personally identifying a yourself with memories of ‘them’. Quiet the mind, focus, feel, and listen. Deeply contemplate that you as consciousness never move, do, think, etc. Sounds insane to some, takes practice, worthwhile.
  3. ...pssst.....’everyone’....is a thought.
  4. If one were to personalize trolling for Nahm, it’s this.
  5. @Gabith A shot in the dark, but maybe the insight to derive is you think of the present now moment as smaller, gentle, manageable, enjoyable...and the ‘bigger picture’ of life, reality size, worldview etc, as bigger, or a big deal. The insight might be to notice only one is actual, thus trusting in source and dialing that much more into the now.
  6. Double down on trusting intuition. ? Bring it to life in your life. Kinda magic. Just sayin.
  7. @Nivsch I think you got Leo on the brain a little too much brother. Maybe give ‘spirituality’ a break for a while, and find some deep relaxation. Take some regular old great care of yourself! ? Sending all the love & healing vibes I can muster your way.
  8. @AtheisticNonduality These are the mysteries I guess. ??‍♀️
  9. @RedLine How do you differentiate between you & enlightened people...you & absolute...you & nothingness...you & emptiness? What would you be without those distinctions, without those thoughts, without those beliefs, without differentiating? What is aware of the differentiating (thoughts)? Some, thing? No thing? @Breakingthewall Bit of a stretch there man.
  10. Nothing’s ”wrong” with beliefs, they’re beliefs.
  11. @Loving Radiance Just imagine that, but without the foundation of letting go, and getting ‘stuck’ on a thought. In a way you bring up the key point. You have to appreciate that some people don’t know letting go. A trip can reveal this either way, the heaven of letting go or the hell of clinging (so to speak!).
  12. Just one take on it... It’s a pointing of “a way” of life, intended toward self realization / awakening, nonviolence, peace, inner peace, etc. I like to think of it as addressing life like a flower, that one is creation, ‘budding’, expanding, etc. But like any word, it’s only what you believe it is, if you do at all. If anything (imo) Buddhism is non-religion, non-dogma, non-identity. This is a nice ‘quote’, that kind of sums it up... “Do not believe in anything simply because you have heard it. Do not believe in anything simply because it is spoken and rumored by many. Do not believe in anything simply because it is found written in your religious books. Do not believe in anything merely on the authority of your teachers and elders. Do not believe in traditions because they have been handed down for many generations. But after observation and analysis, when you find that anything agrees with reason and is conducive to the good and benefit of one and all, then accept it and live up to it.” - Buddha Like all things God, this is ironically funny, as it is not actually a quote from “the Buddha”, but is “the Buddha”. As if such a thing (a quote from ‘back then’) were possible to actually verify anyways....which is kind of the beauty of the sentiment of the very words. Doubly funny perhaps, The Buddha actually points to / ‘means’ God. Buddha was not a guys name. People can’t get that for some unknown reason. Again though, up to you.
  13. @allislove Beautiful. @Michal__ You’re very gifted.
  14. @Sam Barker Dig deep into your creatorship-self. Express what has never before been expressed by you. Ime, this is more aligning & healing than typical yogas. Song writing is intrinsically emotional diving and understanding, inevitably emotional mastery. It teaches us focus, feeling, and ‘getting out of our own way’. It reveals creation-creator-creating, The One, expressing as the ones. Life / Creativity / Source, as compared to the thought “my” creativity, etc. Yoga’s great, not knockin it. But Yoga means “unity”, and you got a direct line, if you will.
  15. Maybe the system could be such that this has a fail safe, checks & balances.
  16. The same, in that they are your thoughts. Have you experienced ‘two consciousnesses’? Consciousness is infinite. Actual. Meaning is the appearance of consciousness, like all other ‘things’. ‘You’ & ‘your friend’ are thoughts. We all experience these thoughts. Some believe thoughts, some don’t. Great to hear you’re not feeling loneliness. That’d be silly. And there’s nothing to be nervous about. ?? If a thought doesn’t feel good, let it go. ? You’ll end up Truth.
  17. @blackchair Hellz ya. Sure seems like we’re all in this together. “Prisons” ain’t workin anyways.
  18. @The Buddha Lol. That’s what I said. Starred at the wall for a while on that one.
  19. When suffering is already here there is no need to look elsewhere. Look at the suffering. Nothing is hidden. Emotional mastery is not in a past. More ice does not make water.
  20. The depth to which man believes he can do whatever he wants with earth is astounding.
