@Tal Directly experiencing vs conceptualizing an idea of the direct experience could be an important distinction. Move slowly, deliberating, and gently up the scale, feeling & noticing each emotion feels slightly better than the last. Do not rush or apply pressure, move up the scale patiently, lovingly & celebrate each step. When a thought arises which does not resonate, forgive the thought, allow it to come & go, and a better feeling thought then arises in it’s place. It seemed like there were you’s, bad thoughts and feelings. This points to the beauty of the direct experience of the tool. No one is more or less special. Believing a conceptual thought, about comparing selves, is conceptualizing vs direct experience. This is the good news, in the sense there isn’t anything which needs to be escaped from, avoided, or coped with, and there isn’t anyone which has to be anything.

No one is writing anything. Imagine being sea level looking through a telescope at the top of a mountain and claiming “I am stuck in the mountain!”. Then picture someone saying “put down the telescope”. And you says “I can’t I’m stuck in the mountain!”. Awareness of a belief can’t truly be said to be stuck in a belief. The apparent sense of superiority & importance is an illusion.

The belief of things = the belief of the separate self, as the knower of the things. Not two. Nothing doesn’t depend on anything because nothing is nothing, nothing is “everything”. Nothing doesn’t need anything to make sense. The knower needs. Nothing is “the knower”. Nothing is absolute truth.

@Preety_India Has it been noticed, that narcissist and victim are are not separate selves, or an actual self & other situation...but actually narcissism and victimization? Experience...? You might say, mindsets one adopts, yet never ‘who’ one is. Which is why it feels terrible, and one continues seeking for the better feeling. Seeing ‘someone’ as a narcissist is what narcissism preys on. This convinces of self & other, and the narcissism is actually victimization. The dis-ease will even hijack the body mind, deteriorating health to perpetuate this.

@Strangeloop Sometimes signs & symptoms point to conditioning in unusual ways. Generations prior often misidentified by using sexual preference. When confronted with the reality not all preferences fit inside the black & white lens of misidentification, sometimes anger, guilt, shame, and the like are projected offensively, reaction-ally defending being ‘right’, about the misidentification. Don’t hold out for this to make sense. It won’t ever make any sense. It just seems to be what happens sometimes. Spot the suffering they bear in holding onto to being ‘right’. Let that suffering be between their conditions held & the unconditional love they are. Work on your own reception with unconditional love in letting conditions go. Spot conditions you’re holding. Like something’s wrong, and you need hope. Or that something is happening to you, or that there would be a reason. Without letting those conditions upon unconditional love go, the next generation will talk shit about our conditioning. While we’re at it though, apparently the old timers would propose ‘why something is wrong’ questions to unconditional love, and expect conditioned answers to somehow come, from unconditional love. This also will not make sense, so don’t hold out. I’ve also heard holding these tensions led to a lot of money being made from erectile medications. I wouldn’t know anything about that.
