@Farnaby Yes, shame would be another thought that isn’t true and is felt as such.

@digitalmarketingbyni Hi & welcome. Can’t get enough of Brass Against lately. -
They are already one & the same... with a thought that they are not... rather than believing thoughts, directly experience that there is no difference... Make a dreamboard. Fill it with everything you love and focus on it. Feels amazing. Understand emotional guidance. Listen to it, and use the scale to raise your vibration. Feels amazing. Expression is key, as all experienced is actually coming from you. Feels amazing. You feel so damn amazing everyday, the frequency is such a match between that which is seeking & that which is sought, that insights pour in. Feels amazing.

@soos_mite_ah What is surviving? Find it...? Imagine life without it, or notice this is already actual.

If you say “I have a soccer ball”, and someone says “where is it”, you could say “it’s right here” and point to it. It’s something you have. If you say “I have social anxiety” and someone says “where is it”... you can’t point to it, because it’s something you’re thinking & believing about yourself. The key there is as you said, you started developing it, creating the belief about yourself, at that age. It didn’t feel good then, it hasn’t felt good ever since, and it doesn’t feel good now, because it wasn’t true in the first place. Consider a comparison example of Bill and Bob: Both Bill and Bob realize at a young age they don’t want exactly what folks around them want. Maybe they don’t care for dogma or authority, maybe they want to cross dress, maybe they are gay or bi, etc. They are both at first, uncomfortable about this, but they go about that uncomfortableness very differently: Bill thinks about how he is different from others and creates the belief that in some way, this means something is wrong with him. When Bill is around others, this belief flares up. BIll doesn’t inspect, assumes it’s because of others, and creates a label to cover the initial belief that something is wrong with him, and that label is social anxiety. Bill has deflected, or, rather than taking responsibility and inspecting what he is thinking which doesn’t feel good, he blames other people in a general non-specific way, believing it has something to do with more than what Bill thinks of himself....and thus Bill avoids feeling, which was telling him the belief was bogus from the get go, by avoiding social interactions. Bill then misses out on the joy & fun of social interactions & relationships, yet rather than inspecting his beliefs, and putting feeling first, Bill begins to resent others who ‘don’t have social anxiety’. “Must be nice to be them” Bill thinks. Bill continues feeling terrible through out his entire life, as he reinforces the belief, that he feels terrible, because something is wrong with him, because he is different, and now he also feels terrible because ‘he has social anxiety’. Bob takes ownership of what’s going on with him, and inspects why he doesn’t feel great, and notices whenever he thinks ‘something’s wrong with him’, that thought doesn’t feel good. Bob realizes he is feeling his thoughts...and others are feeling their thoughts. So Bob realizes that if others judge him for this way he is unique, others will feel the discord of their judgmental thoughts - not Bob...because Bob took ownership and inspected, Bob realizes he is feeling his thoughts, and that the thought “something is wrong with me” is a thought which does not feel good. Since what Bob wants is to feel great, Bob recognizes we’re all different, and we’re all feeling our own thoughts, and it has nothing to do with society or anyone else. Bob, unfettered, unblocked by bogus beliefs, is full of the delightful inspirational energy of our source, and enjoys an organic inherent confidence, passion and desire, and Bob rocks the shit outta Bob’s life. One day, Bill meets Bob, and Bill thinks and most importantly, honestly expresses how he feels....(jealousy)....”I wanna be like that Bob guy...happy, successful, loving life, creating purpose, driven, enjoying healthy happy relationships”. Bills tells Bob this, and asks Bob for advice, and Bob says “Bill, you’re focused on thinking about yourself.... on what you have (social anxiety)”. “I’m focused on what I want, simply because it feels good to me.” Bob never “lays out his whole history”...because Bob is focused on what feels good to him, on what he wants, and is receiving it and co-creating it. Bob tells the story Bob wants to experience, and in doing so, reality becomes it, and Bob relishes in this experience.

@fopylo Time alone ‘works’ because when you feel as you are, without others around, you realize it’s the discord with what you think, about yourself. Dive into what you want more. Make a dreamboard. It makes focusing on what you want foolproof. What you want = what feels good to you. Feeling good, it is readily seen you don’t have ‘social anxiety’, just had some bogus beliefs about yourself, because you weren’t feeling very fulfilled, because you were essentially jealous of others who are focusing on, and creating & experiencing, what they want.

POSTURE MEDITATION -
Appreciating the kind words everyone, thanks. ?? We’re probably more on the same page than you’re thinking. Nonduality means not two, so imagine reincarnation in the sense you describe, that which people attest to, just, not two.

Thanks again, feelin the love and much appreciated! In hindsight, that second video wasn’t quite the direction that most resonates. It helped to make that much clearer though and I’m excited about that and videos to come.

@Bazooka Jesus Thank you sir...and still, hands down the greatest user name on the forum. Appreciate the kind words everybody! I try to keep the self promotion to a minimum...but since a thread was made and I just finished my second video, might as well... ??? Next video...more chapstick less edits.

This is some excellent inspecting and recognition of feeling & emotions already. Recognizing that the energy drain is the rumination, fueled by the outlook, and that motivation isn’t quite fulfilling or working is very insightful. I would let the frame, or paradigm, of ego and survival go. It doesn’t seem to be working for you, and sounds circular. I’d reframe or reinterpret as thought, and feeling. Looking for resolve in thinking (about ego, what kind you have, killing it, and about survival & wether it’s worthwhile etc) is in a way, just more thinking. Try to recognize what is conceptual, vs, directly experienced. Attempting to point to what one thinks can be helpful. Also, the strategy of letting go of all fears and then creating and living freely, imo, is subtly more avoidance. It’s putting better feeling in a future, while it’s always & only present now. Do whatcha gotta do obviously, just two cents there. I hear you on ‘dealing with a whole life of ego’, but in the reframing, you’re experiencing thoughts, which don’t resonate with you, in feeling. This takes the twoness of you and ego out of the mix, which reduces a lot of thinking, specifically circular thinking, also stands to make feeling and emotions much clearer. The tools section I added to my website is (imo) basically tailored to what you’re experiencing. I know the feeling & experience of ending up writing a whole bunch. That, expressing, imo is actually the way to go. Writing is expressing. Similar to using the emotional scale, it’s all about expressing, which ‘get’s it all out’ of you, so to speak, and more source & clarity ‘fills in’. I would most definitely make a dreamboard, for several reasons. And keep in mind it only ‘shines’ as a direct experience. Thinking about it is just more thinking. There’s a place on the path of basically ‘where the hell am I even headed in life’. When you start putting anything and everything that feels good to you on the board, everything you’ve experienced in life basically magically becomes the vision (in front of you, visually, on the board & not ‘in your head’) of what you desire, what you want to do in life, and what you want to create and experience. Because all of the desiring, wanting & preferences comes from feeling, you start letting motivation go, and start tapping into inspiration. In short, motivation imo is living via the motives of avoiding future scenarios you know you don’t want. If & when you create a dreamboard, also use a pad of paper, and write down everything that comes to mind that you know you don’t want. Get it out, express it. Then write next to it, the opposite, which will become a list of what you do want...then write that list on the dreamboard. Overall, focus changes from thinking and focusing on what you don’t want, to feeling and focusing on what you do want. Again, it’s very direct experience. It can’t be thought, because that’s thinking ahead, into a future, where there is no feeling (because there is only now). The beauty of experiencing a lot of what you don’t want, is recognizing you do have much that you do want. The shift from the prior to the later does occur in using a dreamboard. Again, that it is in front of you, and that it stays there (compared to thoughts just swirling around each day) is a total life changer. Perhaps the more significant shift, is that as you focus on what you do want, reality (which is unconditional) starts becoming it. It is very storybook, very magical, and imo that is the whole point of experiencing - co-creating. It will bring up new emotional frontiers for you, and as you use the emotional scale to express and release, you really start to get a feel for the overall situation here. You experience, focus on wanted, and creation becomes it. That’s our gig essentially, as creators, and we’re doing it either way. Might as well be what you want. ?

@allislove @Someone here Intention. In tension. Hell of an analogy, but read the lyrics. If it fits it fits. Lol.

If everything is one, there isn’t a you and a universe... which you are in. (That’d be two). Likewise, I and myself would be two. “I” and “myself” are thoughts awareness is aware of. It can be helpful to write those thoughts on paper and look at them. Makes it easier to recognize they are thoughts. Similar to a dream...it seems like you’re in it, but you’re dreaming the dream, and ‘doing’ so of yourself, or, by being the dream, or simply put, dreaming. How would you experience two points of view simultaneously while making it seem like you are experiencing one? By appearing (analogously, dreaming) as somewhere to experience and someway of experiencing the somewhere you are being. In being experience, you forget your infinitude. Your true nature. ‘Who’ (more so what) you really are. But you’re still you, regardless of what arising thoughts you believe or identity with. If you frame the thoughts and beliefs as conditions, and are seeking the unconditional truth, ‘listen’ to your intuition and sensation. If conditions (thoughts) don’t feel good to you, focus on what does instead. To expedite, and enjoy life to the absolute fullest, express fully. -
@Origins ?? @Tim R By nobody, of course I mean interest, love, passion, desire, and synchronicity ensues. Make a dreamboard, start putting anything you think of that you like on it. What you want, that you may not quite know yet, comes from the expression of what you do and don’t want, and believe it or not, it’ll come from the ‘bumbling around’. It’s magical, and direct experience only. Also, take Leo’s life purpose course. That’s kind of a no brainer.

@Bazooka Jesus @BlackMaze Much appreciated, thanks. @Javfly33 Tough love & an inadvertent thread derail. Sorry bout that.

@Preety_India How kind! And thanks. Meditation, not worrying, exercise and the loop hole shake come to mind.

@Preety_India That’s hilarious. Just turned 46.

Then focus on it. If it’s a “monkey job” it’s not taxing on the mind per se, but attitude, outlook and perspective can be. If it’s physically demanding get in better shape. Make a dreamboard and live it. Let attitude, outlook & perspective of the current job be appreciative, as it’s just a step in creating your business. Use the emotional scale for self doubt. Turn it into inspiration. Why are you thinking in terms of “trading a part of your body”, and why are you focused on material things, vs creating your company? There’s 16 hours a day remaining. What are you doing with that, and how important is well being, diet, fitness, focus, attitude, outlook, and perspective? This perspective, in it’s entirety, is only yours. Bit of a zen slap, but hopefully helpful. If you continue down that road of perspective, outlook and attitude, you risk living in emotional discord, suffering and resentment. Again, the emotional scale, when used, is priceless. Again, zen-slappish, but... why are you even thinking that way? The only certainty is your Being. Someone focused, aligned & inspired is unstoppable, and pays no mind to guarantees. They thrive on the thrill. Learn from life, now, rather than believing in a conceptual mastery ‘in the future’. You’re in the master class already. It’s This. You guarantee it to yourself. Commit. Believe in yourself. I believe in you. Let go of the “problem” lens, so you don’t miss opportunities, and so you enjoy every bit of the journey.

That one day I’ll buckle and make an AMA thread. -
@twoosees “Anger is a gift” - Zack de la Rocha Anger is getting started, knocking the dust off a creator. Shaking you up, waking you up. Keep going. When all the causes of triggers are exhausted, when all emotions are explored, when there are no excuses left, you rise to your place, you find out what you’re made of.

The hardest part is ordering the dreamboard. We likes our ideas of spirituality. Nobody actually wants to create change. Nobody can do anything.

@JosephKnecht I’m nowhere close to California, so not much help on the logistical end, but I’ll match what you contribute. Any Californians here?
