I found tea to be the difference in terms of nausea and all symptoms stemming from it. I think you’ll love the difference. I think drinking water before and during is fine. Good to be hydrated. Not sure about the prescription, but I would think it’d be fine. If it has any peculiar active ingredients, maybe just drink some pesto bismol. Not sure. As far as fasting, if you mean literally zero food intake, I lean towards having something that day, but a good 4 hours or more prior to take off. I usually had loophole shakes for two days leading up to the trips, and between that and tea vs eating em, it was perfectly smooth. My ‘other suggestion’, and not in a morbid way, but in a blessed and appreciative way, say goodbye to this lifetime. Think of the good times, the high notes, those you loved and had fun with, appreciate the gift it was from source, and just be done, a final “annnd I’m out!”. Godspeed and safe travels my good man. Say hi to the wizard for me! -
@SamC ?? ?? Well being btw, choosing it, is choosing that which is appearing as the whole of experience. I meet many people trying to change this, that, the other thing, the past, the future, the self, and the other twenty things... but aligning with well being is the single most fundamental alignment, and every single one of those other ‘things’ is intrinsically, automatically, aligned.

@Denial I hear ya. Can be a rough ride letting beliefs go. Feels like mourning even sometimes. Waking up...I’d suggest it’s aligning feeling, focus & thought... which is only possible now, and never possible not now. Much effortless letting go, which is made difficult, by not letting go. Weird how effortless doesn’t always equate to what one would find ‘easy’.

I would say attempting to detach from feeling is definitely not the way to go, and this isn’t related to understanding anything. It’s a letting go of what’s already being held, rather than a doing / learning / understanding. What is is what is indeed, but is never the way you think it is. Good to hear. “Free will” as something we have or do not have, or that some have more or less than others, would be the kinds of beliefs that when we hold them to be true, we recreate suffering, as the belief is in discord with truth. It is a belief about yourself, which isn’t actual, accurate, or ‘true’. Also, and I’m aiming to help so please take care to be mindful of the relief in letting go of beliefs and misunderstandings, and the happiness of aligning with actuality, or truth.... your idea of spiritual work might not be ideal, and may have room for alignment in and of itself, so to speak. In a nutshell, spiritual ‘work’ isn’t work at all, it’s letting go of beliefs, misunderstandings, misinterpretations, and misidentification to the extent living, or experience, is joyful, spontaneous, and fun. (Imo) Kinda heavy on the judgement (total garbage). You may not realize that is yourself you’re talking about, but you are feeling that it is nonetheless. I’d suggest that if anything anyone says does not resonate with you, focusing on what does swiftly, long before such discord is created.

@ShugendoRa In what way(s) are you aware of, or experiencing, ‘negative entities’? Seeing them? What do they look like? Also, what makes them negative? How do you know that’s true? Also, what’s the interaction like in the sense, are you in control so to speak? Do you summon them and un-summon them at will, or is your experience more powerless in regard to them? -

@soularlight Awesome. ?? -
@Denial Some beliefs there which aren’t really true about you. A thought loop if you will, labelled depression (not to imply it doesn’t feel terrible, but the labels cover up the whys / what thoughts are in discord)... those beliefs looking for what is true. Sometimes we can hold beliefs about ourself that seem so true, we are missing it’s the judgement which is causing the discord. In missing this for a while, it can lead to being progressively disparate to feel alignment. It can seem like we need a break from some things, or even all things, when the ‘break’ desired is actually from the discord of the belief(s).

@KGrimes I can appreciate that for sure, but I think there’s something ‘below’ that’s fueling the monkey mind, as in it’s not really about others.

@Fkdel Read the last three meditations here. I think you’ll be feeling. ?

@bobbyward Sorry, I meant the description from his end sounds very accurate, as in relatable. @EmptyVase ?? -

Very accurate. No. -
Can you elaborate as specifically as possible on that? Might be helpful. Stands to uncover the core belief.

@Preety_India You know I love ya... You’re not avoiding it by focusing on it. You don’t have to avoid it in the first place. This is just like avoiding watching television by focusing on watching television. Focus on what you do want. There is no need to avoid anything. There is no need to avoid a past, because there isn’t a past. Right now is unfolding in accordance with what you're focusing on....right now. You’re a creator. You can’t be ‘not creating’. Even if you did nothing, you’re creating the experience, of doing nothing.
-
@Preety_India Why are you focused on what you don’t want?
-
@StarStruck You can do anything you put your mind to. Much love brutha. ??
-
Then why are you focusing, on hurt? Have you ever experienced what you are not focused on?
-
@Preety_India You could scrutinize trust, as to wether it is just a belief or not. Is a trustworthy person one who does and acts the way you want them to? Could there not be a person who is mean yet never lies? Could there not be a person who is kind and nice and lies all the time? In a final analysis sense, isn’t trusting in other people basically your best guess, your assessment, your predictions of behaviors? When the guidance of feeling is abundantly ever present and available, why employ trust when it comes to other people? Why size everyone up that way? You could contemplate, why do I believe I need to trust people in the first place? As you said, the answer (so far) is because the past. The guidance of feeling is not in a past though. It’s here now. All for you. But it can not join you in your conditions, because it is unconditional. It can not be in a past because that’s a thought about itself, not itself.

It’s like the scene in the matrix where they’re flying in the ship through the darkened real world...and then they rise above the clouds, and are swept away by the beauty. In the same sense it sounds like there was the natural bliss of being, or, what is, without self referential thinking...and then the narrative was believed again, and therefore death, separation, etc. That tingling and ringing is ‘it’ though. I once read the average person has over a hundred thoughts about themself everyday. I don’t believe it. Can’t see how that’s possible.

@StarStruck Thanks. At the end of the day so to speak, you’re experiencing the exact story you’re telling about yourself. You are powerful, such that what you say after “I...”, comes to be your experience. Don’t be happy from intimacy and or relationships, be happy from the story you’re telling. Be in communion with your true nature of being. All else falls in your lap, and is mere icing on the cake.

Slow down. Start with what is true, then proceed. Your inner monologue = your life. Do you comb your hair by holding the comb against the mirror?
