All one in the same. Esther Hicks so casually refers to this as ‘nipping it in the bud’ but it could be said to be a very deep point. I’d look at it as if there where a year between the arising of the appearing of the thought “I’m really lacking”, and the awareness of the thought, and a year between the awareness of the thought and the vocalizing or communicating of the thought. With all that ‘space’, which you’ve commented on as stillness, the thought is ‘let go’ on day one (before the years). Hopefully that makes some sense. A ‘can’t go wrong’ way about it would be recognizing faith as absolute trust in what you can not ever see. There are also insightful passages in the Bible in this regard, like ‘God said let there be light and there was and it was Good’. Similarly, if you will, ‘God said let there be doubt, and there is’. God separates the light from the darkness / Ivankiss separates the light from the darkness (discord & alignment). Subtlety, sensitivity, yet not in any personal sense (convoluted by thought), in an extremely literal sense, is the way. The more the direct experience is ‘put first’ or intensely primary, the less ‘getting years back’ there is.

One appears as two spheres, and in this sense there are two veils. Same being of course, not exactly the same veilings. Consider for example how there are no mechanics, even in any apparent way as to wiggling the fingers, yet there isn’t a ‘wiggling trees’ possibility. Then if you involve another person, in a sense there are three veils at play from that vantage point. There isn’t much there to explain but siddhi’s seem to happen without the first two veils and awareness the third isn’t really ‘there’ either. It’s less a God and a my hand and a how, and more a what one is being, which results in the perception / experience of the inquiry of how is God creating my hand. Without the veils, there isn’t / it isn’t / you aren’t / I’m not, but thought makes it so. There isn’t a knowing of a how but awareness / being knowing and not knowing, which is what seems to result in a how. -

What happens when you meditate? Overbearing or anything? -

Change perspective anytime, to those which feel good. Be more picky what you put in front of you. You are not the source of these concerns. They’re learned, conditioning. -

There is awareness of what’s said... but there is also awareness of what one is saying. When you say ‘life is meaningless’... there is implied meaning, something defined under the radar... “life”. In this sense you are adding meaning (to ‘life’) while saying ‘life’ is meaningless. Regardless... to much ‘in the head’... let go... ‘move into’ the body, feeling, etc. Might sound untrue, and wouldn’t blame you... but if you never experienced another thought again, everything life wise would actually carry on just fine. Arguably, better. -

Awareness is directly aware of thought, perception and sensation. A typically helpful pointer. Also, there is no such thing as awareness, thought, perception and sensation. -

No. ‘Perception of the body’...is a thought. There isn’t a before and after thought... since before and after are thoughts. -
@EmptyVase We must be entangled somehow. Just added a new one yesterday on how to Go Prior, resistance, and momentum.

@Galyna You probably don’t have a vibrator, but if you did you could check direct experience. You could turn vibration on and turn vibration off. You would notice the hearing / sound experience comes and goes in unison with the vibration. Inseparable. One in the same. Imagine the vibrator is ‘hearing’, or rather, labelling it’s own vibration as sound & hearing, a labelling which is of course also, vibration. -
@One Day So much love, joy & inspiration indeed! “Moving past the bullshit from my past”... is the belief there is a past... and that is how you’re keeping the discord active. There’s no past, nothing to move beyond. The truth is that good. If you keep saying there is though, that isn’t letting it go, that’s “the problem”. There is no problem, there is just saying there is a problem. (Saying the problem is that there is a past, and that you have to move past it). This is what’s pointed to with “the separate self” being illusory and the root of suffering. It’s as simple as telling the story about you and your life, that you actually want. That will then be what you experience. This is always true. Notice it’s true right now and always has been. You are telling the story of having to move past a past... and your experience is that of focusing on trying to move past a past. If you can laugh about this, you’re very wise.

Expression ‘works’ because it’s so hard to spot that you are saying there is a problem. With ample expressing, you release the belief. You’re no longer holding the belief, because it was expressed out. You’re also believing no one could help you to do this. That also is a belief. You’re free to believe these things and suffer, but listen to what the suffering is saying, what is it telling you so to speak. But there isn’t a problem in the first place. Perhaps just the habit of insisting that there is, and insisting that you are right, and insisting no one can help you. Believing meaninglessness is a problem... is believing there is a problem. It’s meaning which is being wrestled with, the belief kind, or, the not actually true kind of meaning. There is quite literally, absolutely, nothing at all needed from beliefs, meaning, or anyone, for you to love today, and all that arises. Here is a suggestion as to how to go about that, and ‘why’. -
You can believe there are two, imagination, and reality. You can also believe there are three, imagination, reality, and you. If you no longer believed this, it would be clear that believing was the denial, and that it was being projected.

@Loving Radiance Not really no. -
@SQAAD If you believe there are unicorns, and someone else doesn’t, they are not in denial of anything. You would just be in denial that you are believing in unicorns, and projecting the denial. It’s likely you would do this because you think the truth is not good. It’s likely you believe that because you hold a belief that you are not good.
-
@SQAAD Those assumptions = your suffering.
-
@One Day Making a dreamboard puts everything you want, that feels good to you, in front of you. Slowly but surely, identifying via a past dissipates as inspiration fills you via aligning thought with feeling (no longer expecting to think the same yet feel good).

Feeling isn’t broken, it’s literally perfection. But thought makes it so. -

@dvl64x Up means not down, down means not up. Meaning is dualistically implied, but is apparent. -
@SQAAD Do you experience a their experience and a their suffering?

And? Quit?

@Podie45 It is possible to have a belief about oneself and be aware of it and feeling it... while missing what the word belief means, or, what a belief is. Even feeling the resistance of the belief with the desire (for a relationship), it’s still not unheard of to miss what a belief actually is. In missing the relationship between the belief and the resistance, it is possible to believe something is wrong with oneself such as having anxiety, or that one is antisocial. It’s common to try many things that don’t work, but make one feel worse, like trying to force oneself out of being comfortable in the present moment, which usually results in bringing up very uncomfortable suppressed emotion, which can often come out as blame, but doesn’t do much for feeling better. It’s also common, in missing that initial belief something is wrong with oneself, to try to be something or someone one is not, this also unfortunately typically results in experiencing blame. It’s possible to be feeling the desire to be social and have a relationship, but missing the resistance is from the belief, not from being social or having relationships. That unfortunately usually results in feeling the resistance more intensely and creating another belief... that the intense feeling is because something is wrong with oneself. Believing in the solution tends to reinforce the original belief, that there is a problem as in something being wrong with oneself. Again, in not recognizing the belief is a belief, it’s possible to add another belief, that one has to accept the discord, or, suffering. When this is experienced to be impossible (because the belief is a belief) the suffering can be so intense that it seems nothing could relieve the belief. One often thinks of everything outside of oneself, and is aware none of them really change this long term, and yet still it is possible for it not to ‘click’, what a belief is. This difficult path always leads back to ideas. The intuition knows that is where the relief lies. The world, or, conditioning, teaches the solution to a problem is more, but the intuition knows less, is really more. In learning this way from conditioning, one innocently attempts to apply this theory of adding more to their emotional experience. But the intuition knows and feels that pushing, forcing, and trying to be someone one is not will never bring peace. Only being yourself will do, because a belief is a belief.

@ivankiss Write a song about a guy doing everything on earth to create an identity. Use three chords. Be honest.

@Gabith I’d definitely do that. Love to hear back on it after just two or three days. I think you’ll feel relief and more relaxed. Thought activity will settle. Godspeed.
