@PhilGR Colloquially speaking, yes… but scrutinizing the ‘inner world’ a bit more, no. That ‘this is achieved’ implies this is not already the case, the actuality, or truth of the situation if you will. It implies there is a future which you are not right now, creating… a future in which you will feel better upon ‘achieving something’. Notice, feeling is never in a future, but is ever present always, now. As an example… “Feeling lost and unproductive.”… If you were to employ, use, the emotional scale… you find that lost & unproductive are not emotions, but are self referential thoughts. That is, they are thoughts, about ‘you’. These thoughts ‘loop’. They arise again & again, you might say, ‘looking for truth’, ‘seeking to be resolved’ somehow. The resolve is found in feeling… and the carousel of self referential thoughts goes round & round until this is willfully acknowledged, usually as the result of ‘I’ve had enough of this suffering’, or, ‘I’m done being stuck, the desire to create the life I want is too strong to bear resisting anymore’. These self referential thoughts are the activity of, the appearing of, awareness. So yes, definitely meditation is the way, as meditation is fundamentally deep relaxation of the body mind, and the quieting, or settling, of the very activity of awareness, which is veiling itself, by being thoughts that it is someone, or, other than awareness. Through the emotional scale lens… instead of ‘I’m lost & unproductive’ (thoughts about a ‘you’)… ‘I’m experiencing…the emotion of… discouragement’. Now the experience is no longer turned away from, or veiled by self referential thought, and is instead honored, acknowledged, and feeling is invited to the party. There is likely a solid reason you feel discouraged. Maybe something that happened, or something you said or did, or someone else said or did, that ‘stuck’, or, is hanging around in your vibration. In expressing blame, you release the ‘stuck ness’, because instead of focusing on thoughts which are energetically oriented inward, about a ‘yourself’… a shift is felt to outward, or, your experience. Then things start to make sense at the deeper level of feeling, deeper than the thoughts carousel. Insight arises… when I think this way about myself, I blame, and it doesn’t feel so great, and that leads to worrying about the future. When I worry, I find I doubt myself, I doubt how my future will go, I doubt what I’m capable of, what I can create, and I feel the discord of this, and indeed, it is disappointing. The more I focus as such, the more overwhelmed I end up. Something’s got to change - it’s too frustrating, and I’ve had about enough of the irritation and impatience. When I experience those emotions… I find I end up experiencing pessimism, discordant outlooks on my life. Paradoxically, I got the energy, I feel the desire… but I actually end up experiencing the emotion of boredom. What to do? Analogously, we are like rockets. We have dreams within us, and we want to fly high and realize these dreams. The chief desire is to create. To experience, to realize preferences, and then to experience those preferences ‘in the flesh’. The unfettered rocket, free of the resistance of self referential thoughts - is pure joy. Again, what to do? Counterintuitively - no ‘doing’ will help… yet. First, as a rocket of desire, if you will - the dead weight must be dropped. The discordant thoughts and beliefs in terms of identity, ‘thoughts about myself’, can be let go as the flotsam & jetsam of living, of experiencing what you don’t want and what you do want - so that more of what you do want is focused on, and as such, manifests. To ‘drop the baggage’ is to drop the conditions. The perspectives held which are preventative to being - to feeling - the peace of now, of this moment, just as it is. This is ‘getting out of one’s own way’, by letting go, grounding, relaxing, centering, being here & now, presence. Without the dead weight of the baggage previously carried, you feel better. This goodness of feeling is the source of all that is. It’s quite literally appearing as the whole of experience, as ‘reality’. And when you’re connected, feeling the power of source within you, outlook changes, in the sense, perspectives align with this goodness, and you get pretty optimistic pretty quick. It becomes easier to drop what you want to drop, and focus on what you desire. Consider a hamburger & fries, and relativity. If one is feeling down, the chemically engineered short term pick me up feels relatively good. But if you’re already feeling the goodness - the last thing you want is the lethargy of a hamburger & fries. Hell no. Nothing ‘tastes’ better than clarity & the intrinsic inspiration of it. This goodness is enthusiasm, eagerness, happiness… this goodness is the creator, ‘who’ came to create! You came to create - that’s the whole idea, the whole point. This inevitably leads to discovering more unique talents, desires, abilities - life purpose. LP is very connective. Deep profound realizations ensue as to how you fit into the whole of us, how we really need you to discover this goodness & bring the very best of you into this place. It’s like a reality size puzzle which just isn’t the same without you on the path & creating, being the creator you truly are. At this point you’re tapping the grail, you’ve lit the fire of truth within you, passion. From there is basically a joyfest, a celebration of creation, as creation, for creation, for that goodness, of that goodness, as the goodness that is. Freedom. Love. Empowerment. It’s all within you, and we want it. World needs this love within you. Every bit you can muster. Paradigms flip in previously unimaginable ways. ‘Nobody understands me’… psh, that is a joy - my source understands me. My source loves the bejesus outta me, who cares about ‘understanding’ & being understood - they have source too. They can understand that, and you can live the joy of knowing this, and contributing to this. We can’t write enough book about that - it’s the ‘daily bread’. How do I fight unproductivity? I don’t create it in my mind. I don’t adorn the lens. I don’t abide there. I haven’t focused on self referential thoughts in so long… and I know & feel the guidance of emotions so profoundly…that so much momentum is at play, that I don’t even honestly remember what it feels like to focus on that. (Not me per se, speaking hypothetically here, but make of it what you will?). Understanding & connecting with people…psh… understanding we have a source, connecting with that - we understand & connect with each other just fine.

Sin is the belief in sin, just like a thought is really a thought. Believing in sin is self-judgement, the very denial of who you really are, the root of all discord & suffering. If there is no sin, and no judgement, you’re absolutely free.

The relationship attraction is the law of attraction. Could be called the law of love, or the love of attraction. If you embrace the ownness of what you’re attracting, you start shedding some skins and you begin attracting what you genuinely desire. Aka, guy (or gal) you really want suddenly just pops right out of the woodwork… but don’t focus on the getting of the guy, just focus on the getting ready to receive what you want. Go prior to the friends, the job, the search for the significant other… to the lens ‘itself’, to focus. ‘Win’ the alignment of thoughts with feeling, the source of all that has been mentioned here, and everything you are wanting starts ‘showing up’. (It’s already showing up, again & again… you might say, teaching you this.) If you notice thoughts arising on behalf of others, in regard to ‘more or less conscious’, consider what’s being said here instead. Try out that lens. ?

No self, no problem. That ‘self’ is just the thoughts. Learn to spot em, see through em, and you learn to trust in yourself.
-
If that’s step one, step two is making a dreamboard and seeing it come to life right out of you, step three is prostration ?, and step four is living the manifestation.

@ivankiss Oh snap. My mistake. I was thinking of a video I recorded on thought, Reiki & Siddhi’s that I haven’t posted yet. It’s not in the one I posted yesterday. Sorry bout that. Coming soon. -

How do you explain unicorns (or lack there of) as a truth? As a belief, in unicorns. One appears as two. The assumption is that consciousness is a property or product of a person. Imagine water appearing as fish, then believing water arises from fish. Look for the joke and the punchline. Water obviously doesn’t arise from fish, and consciousness doesn’t arise from people. It’s ok to spot the absurdity of it all. Might realize an insight, or connect a dot or two… Solipsism, Nihilism & The Dark Night of The Soul -

@Javfly33 I concur with feeling which ‘tells you’ this, by how such thoughts tend to feel, indeed. Your op / realization is pretty ‘on’ imo. -
Nahm replied to roopepa's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
@allislove Oh stop. @roopepa No. The perspective of the inquiry has an a priori misnomer / assumption / illusory hindsight hijacking & projection / misunderstanding at it’s origination, or presupposition. The enlightened one can never experience itself because it is the infinite enlightened one. Remembering, or self realization if you will, is not some kind of reward, achievement or accomplishment for someone, which required or requires ambition, dedication, practices, trips, or anything else whatsoever on someone’s behalf - but conditioning (and really, ignorant yet innocent spiritual propaganda) and the believing of, make it seem so. You are the only authority. If you’ve overextended there, reel it on back home. The enlightened one can stop thinking & speaking from the perspective of ‘a separate self’ anytime it wants. Silence is always an option. ‘It’ is already and always aware of these thoughts which seem to veil itself from itself leading to the circumventive belief it could experience itself. It is aware of this idea or conceptualization of itself without exception. It is felt. There is literally no one nor no thing preventing this whatsoever, in either case. If there is, or if it seems there is rather, the enlightened one is doing / believing / saying that - right now. So ‘it’s’ not saying ‘that’… it’s whatever’s being said now - it’s ‘this’ - not a ‘that’ (some thought or experience in a past or future). Again, not believing / saying this is always an option. Sometimes ‘that’ (the separate self with a past) arises from a hindsight hijacking after a glimpse, a glimpse being that there is no second separate self and there never was, and the ‘hijacking’ essentially being the believing of the yet to be inspected beliefs / thoughts resuming such that there is a separate self who is the one who had the glimpse, or, ‘experienced one’s true self’. Aka ‘the knower’ or ‘spiritual ego’. Those are pointers, not separate entities the enlightened one actually becomes. ‘It’ is that thought, not “that entity”. The enlightened one does by never doing, there is no ‘forgetting on purpose’ for some ‘reason’, be it a problem or “infinite time”. This implies there is some afterlife, some other realm, etc, which sucks in some way compared to ‘this one’. There are not these two ‘places’. “That one” is “this one”. You can be, do & have anything you want, and you are right now. ‘And here we are’, as they say. There is absolutely NO ‘catch’. No ‘you’ can not and does not lose no “thing” - you - awareness of ‘thoughts’, stops believing the thoughts that there are or were separate things. The “suffering of infinite being” narratives like loneliness, some desire to forget itself etc, is innocent egoic ballyhoo. Love does not have an opposite. Love does not “think”. Love be’s thoughts. That you are separate, and or not loved, loving, and love itself, is the only relevant delusion. Delusion is not cognitive because there is no separate mind which could be deluded. It is felt. It is feeling (unconditional love) ‘saying’ - I’m right here. Had you said, “there seems to be this & that, right & wrong, loss & gain, losing & winning, pain & pleasure”… the answer would be simple - those are thoughts, not separate things. Not even separate experiences. But when you included “here I am”, that is a belief of identification. Take a look… where exactly ‘you’ believing ‘you’ are? “Not there”, perhaps? Here & there, also thoughts. Thoughts are things, and you are all “things”, via vibrational appearance. You are nowhere right now appearing as somewhere. “One remembers” is only a pointer. There is no one which remembers. Remember = already are the enlightened one, not - remembered you are the enlightened one. It really is the darndest ‘thing’. One who experiences can not, because that is a thought, a belief. The enlightened one is. In the concession sense, to “the one who recognizes”…recognizing nonsense via the ever present infinite sensational guidance of feeling / unconditional love. The guided is the guide. It’s not possible because there is not that separate self. That there is one which remembers or one which awakens or awakened and comes back again is just a thought. Repeated, a belief. Shared, self image. Heard & believed, a dogma. It’s a thought which arises in the ‘only time’ there ever is - right now - and is believed. Careful not to rope DMT into such a belief as well, as that could be very confusing. In the strictest sense, all so called experiences are the whole of experience, and all experience is in actuality the enlightened one, and psychedelics have absolutely nothing more to do with enlightenment than a mailbox. Paradoxically, a psychedelic will not help a who realize this, but they do help God spot beliefs rather easily. No because there isn’t that one. This is your place man. This is your reality. It’s ALL you. Playing could loosely be said to be the whole point. If there is suffering, you’re doin it. If there is seriousness, you’re doin it. Never someone else, regardless of how it may seem or what might be believed. You’re already playing right now, we are already the enlightened one playing together right now. This is it. This is what it looks like. Try to ‘not play’, and you’re playing ‘not playing’. There is no “I which is afraid”. The thought doesn’t make sense (feel great) because it is nonsense. Always listen to the guidance of feeling well and above what anyone says / what you think or believe. Let it go. How? Focus on anything else, and or ‘reach for a better feeling thought’. You (the enlightened one) have a thought, you don’t like how it feels, you believe it anyways & play the separate self, the knower, the one who is right, the one who was wronged, the one who was or is hurt, etc, and you make up that there is “fear” to label & suppress away the very emotion / feeling / guidance sought - and thus you create suffering (and a bit of karma to purify / empty out). No one else feels this suffering, only you, literally & absolutely. (Some tones here are for desired effect) -
The loop factor is self referential thinking, or, thoughts about a ‘my self’. Awareness kinda can’t do anything with these thought because it is already its infinite self, vs a ‘thing’ or object. Meditation is the settling, or quieting of thought activity, which happens naturally, relaxed, effortlessly, and is not a ‘doing’. When there is no thought activity about any separation, it gets obvious quick that there is no ‘you’, as in a separate you. Awareness literally is appearing as the thoughts. Without the activity of thoughts, there is just (a more obvious) awareness. The One and only awareness. ?

That’s a HUGE insight imo. Establishing the intention, feelin it, and letting it go… then it can be. -

@Meliodas If you listed very specifically the data needed you might have more luck with volunteers pming you. At least people would know what data you need. -

@Javfly33 Aw my man I feel for ya. Kinda going at it the hard way. You’ve got to align your behaviors and actions with your intention. Feels great and is effortless. -
The belief in an afterlife, namely a hell or hell realm, is the belief you are separate of this hell or hell realm, and is precisely how you create and experience the suffering, or, the ‘hell’.

Let what you desire go from mind earnestly, genuinely, actually. (By instead focusing on feeling & perception). Then, as reality, unencumbered by dualistic thought activity, You become it. Notice thoughts about you getting whatever, and choose instead to Love that very whatever, regardless of you ever getting it or not. You could consider both letting the activity of thinking go, via meditation and or focusing on feeling & perception… and also inspecting the thought activity, spotting subject-object thoughts and self referential thoughts. These are like corks being plugged again & again into the lamp you are rubbing, which holds the genie, which is already being all which you desired / desire / ever could or will desire.

Sometimes what’s accepted is what’s projected. Who is it up to… pressure, hostility, etc. It is either of the flashlight, or the light on the wall… but of course, the only reality of the light on the wall, is the flashlight. -

“If someone gives you a gift, which you refuse, to whom does the gift belong?” - The Buddha -
@QandC I might have misunderstood. I thought you were currently experiencing this. What was the catalyst when you were 17 and experienced it?
-
@QandC I don’t mean this flippantly or anything… but would you then say that you’re feeling great, typically and there is suffering of the mind… or that you are not feeling great typically, and in that sense the suffering is felt?
