How does an awakened being experience decision making ? By appearing to. -
Something has to change, undeniable dilemma - boredom’s not a burden anyone should bear. Constant overstimulation numbs me, but I would not want you any other way. It’s just - not enough, I need more, nothing seems to satisfy - I don’t want it, I just need it - to breathe to feel to know I am alive. ? ✂️ But I’ll keep digging, till I find some thing. ✂️

The ‘lesson’ is that there is only now. Which is not really a ‘lesson’, just, what is, or, what’s actual, that which will never change, or most simply, you (minus the story about yourself, a past, & a future). The past is not what’s happening. Focus on thoughts about a past is what’s happening. The mind wander’s in avoidance of feeling. The bridge, or way this repeats, is believing the thoughts, specifically that the past is actual / happening. The other option is not avoiding feeling, but expressing it. Self Referential Thoughts. ‘They’re’ about a you in a past. But you are presence. When they arise, focus on relaxing the body and breathing from the stomach. Expressive Journaling empties this discord out, and goodness fills you up. More thoughts never resolves more thoughts. Subject Object Thoughts. They’re about there being two, which there isn’t. This is how one ‘runs from’ feeling... via thoughts feeling is separate, as in ‘yours’. These are good feeling ‘connective’ alternatives for focus (instead of thoughts about yourself being separate, in, of, or bound to a past.) Grounding. Having An Inner Smile. Lovingkindness. Seeing Yourself With Love. *This is not clinical, medical or psychological advice from someone with a degree or any certification whatsoever. **There is no implication intended here such that your experience is invalid or being denied. There is the intention here, the message, that you are not separate, and every thought which does not feel good to you, is a thought about that you are, separate.

There is no actuality of ‘during the experience itself’ (that thought arises now) . Point to how ‘this experience’ is not, or is separate of, ‘that experience’. Self referential thoughts arise, and believed, there does seem to be that which I experienced & this which I”m experiencing. -

Not. Two. -
How do I stop an addiction to excessive theorizing/thinking? Meditation. Self referential thinking. Expressive journaling. The emotional scale. Self Inquiry Grounding. Having An Inner Smile. Lovingkindness. Seeing Yourself With Love.

@mandyjw Omg yes. Even the attachments are made of love. Obviously.

@Nate0068 There can of course be the assumption you began, but never an experience of it. Same for an end. Since you never began and have no end, you can't really repeat. -

If “for you God is everything”, what is “this other stuff” you are asking about, which is not you? That is the answer. ‘They’… are doing… what ‘you’… are doing… right now. -

This is like asking “why all major appliances like refrigerators, ovens, microwaves etc thinks…. X, y, & z.” -

When logic is a thought, illogical is a thought, meta-logical is a thought, and meta-illogical is a thought, there is no longer ground beneath your feet. -
You are the sweetest, wisest person. You have a very deep understanding and are amazingly caring and unselfish. Your ‘problem’ will not be drifting apart from her. Don’t need to worry about that at all. Your ‘challenge’ will be continuing to breathe, to physically stay standing on your feet, and generally keep your shit together emotionally, vs yet again being prostrated on the floor when you look at her.

Except what you’re asking about, apparently. So, accept what you’re asking about, apparently. -
Even ‘response to’ sexual frustration is denial, justification, suppression, and blame (all a veiling). “It’s not thoughts I’m focused on… it’s ‘sexual frustration’…” (sexual frustration is a thought). The grandiose veil - “why are so many people…” (another thought).

Facade attracts facades, game attracts gamed, honest attracts honest. It’s how simple it is which could otherwise elude. There is nothing better to be than yourself.

“A unicorn was contemplating a unicorn’s perceptions tonight, alone in bed, and a unicorn was noticing how other unicorns…” (“thought narrative”… where is what is said to be?) -

“It doesn’t matter what I say, as long as I sing with inflection that makes you feel I’ll convey some inner truth of vast reflection. But I’ll take nothing so far, and I can keep it up for as long as it takes. It don’t matter who you are, if I’m doin my job, it’s your resolve that breaks, because the hook brings you back - I ain’t tellin you no lie, the hook brings you back. On that you can rely.” - John Popper -
In a way, motivation is like a hamster wheel. Doing activities as a means to the end, just for the result. The mind tends to project the right-now goodness of feeling into a future, mentally placing self-happiness as contingent on the outcome. Inspiration is more feeling & presence oriented, (more received than an orientation really) doing whatever you’re doing for the enjoyment of the experience, not for the outcome or what it produces. Sometimes motivation is a running from, an avoidance. That can get things done, but it burns out. Discipline & motivation are great, very useful and employable. It is good to know what you want, and to be aligning with it in all ways. Sometimes a wall is hit, and no doing seems to overcome it. Then there is the discovery of non-doing, as in, same experiences, same disciplines, same routine, or different if desired… just without any self defeating narrative arising in thought. Expression, a means of letting go of what is not aligned anymore and serving, can initially be counterintuitive because there is not something for you to do per se. It’s more of an allowing and a letting go than a doing for a reason, other than feeling, presence. If mental orientation is directed ‘inward’, as habitual thoughts about yourself, the discord is felt and hinders. If orientation is ‘outward’, as expression of what you want, without mentally projecting better feeling in a future, as an outcome or gain, alignment as the truth, or the creator is felt. The source of that feeling is what inspiration is. In truth there isn’t even “inspiration”. That Goodness is just, actual you. In this way the visceral discovery of aspects of the true nature are realized. There is no ‘before’ & ‘after’ in any literal sense, but to communicate, these discoveries might sound like ‘whereas before there were beliefs and thoughts about my intelligence, now I see there is just, intelligence.’ Exactly the same if someone had been focusing on thoughts like ‘my air’, and in letting the thought freely come & go, it just becomes obvious separations were thought, not actual, and there is just ‘the air’. One simple way, or example of ‘feeling it’, without the ‘hijacking’ of motive, is to sit first thing in the morning with headphones and music on, without getting up and doing anything quite yet. Just feeling the goodness of inspiration, of feeling in & of itself, arising. Music, being only vibrational, is easily connective.

@savingmylove Life is beautiful & painful indeed, yet, it is also an appearance without past or future. Experiencing pain isn’t quite the same as carrying it mentally as a view. I’d classify that more as suffering. I suggest that suffering isn’t so much to do with a past or pains therein, but a present clearer knowing of what you now want, and some carry over of views which are resistance to having it. I’d make a dreamboard, to fill yourself with even more certainty of your vision, & experience more clarity & inspiration, letting any arising views contrary to receiving what is on your board, go. I think the resonance between what is wanted & the allowing of it is more what’s presently felt, and all things painful, through you, become all things beautiful & desired. A lot can be said for keeping it simple, especially while world views are morphing. Simple as in, there is no randomness, no coincidences, no chance or happenstance… but very literal, very whole as in the entirety or whole of experience, guidance. Like when you get a text for example, it seems completely random & at the will or whim of someone else who texted you. But maybe it isn’t. Maybe life is a cosmic game for you afoot. Maybe it’s inherently fun. Maybe. I mean, if you were about to take a trek through thousands of acres of woods, and you knew you’d get lost at some points, you’d surely bring a compass.

@Bodhitree I can appreciate that. Also, the suggestion is inspection, uncovering beliefs (not adding more). Without beliefs, only truth could remain… which can’t be determined, as in thought or figured out.

@Bodhitree If unity is an experience, what then experiences unity, which is not, unity? If there are those two, how is there then, unity?
