Im just gonna say that you should probably face your fear of going to the gym. Go there and try it. Otherwise I personally don't know which one is better but I prefer a mix of both.

This might sound weird but even if you were to be crazy you might not be as crazy as you think. It also might not be that unusual. It probably is a lot more understandable than you think. What I'm saying is that there is a bright side to this as well and you don't have to see it as a thing that's going to take your life down with it and it's going to be alright.

Remember that you have a lot to learn as well. Learn from their mistakes as well and see where you do them yourself. Also if you want to still socialize try to not be so picky with smaller things. Leo's video on projection might help with that although you may have already watched it.

I've heard it's good to ask yourself in your mind if those negative thoughts are good for you in a positive way instead of forcing them positive. This way you can slowly develop into more positive thinking.

It sure might be a depressing realization, but don't let it stop you from thinking positively about it. Take it with responsibility and possibly try change peoples minds, do things differently yourself or whatever there is to do. Also consider that if there is really nothing you can do then should you change your direction? This is just how I would go about it.

I'm no expert, but I think you not projecting is fine and by what I can tell you're going in the right direction by not projecting too much since my intuition has guided me that way. If you sometimes feel like it you could try to project on pretty much anything just to learn from you. You know project and see what that projection tells about you. This can be useful for finding beliefs to dissolve for me at least. Also I also found that I also project on some of my own thoughts, or something similiar at least. Maybe that's what you could look into as well. (Didnt watch whole vid yet this could have been mentioned.) -
So there are positives for reading fiction books. You might get different perspectives and understanding to several things and there is no denying that. Now while fiction books do some good there are better ways to broaden your views and understanding in other ways a lot more effectively than by reading fiction books. It's not a good idea to read fiction books if your main goal is to improve yourself in certain ways. You would rather read a book or do something else that is meant for improving yourself. To put it a different way you can learn things from tv too, but it's not the best for becoming more actualized and therefore could be considered a waste of time compared to something else.

Did you watch Leo's newest video on projection yet? You could think about it in a way that if you stop projecting to the interview and thinking about what it means to you it could be easier. Trying to see it as what it is instead and forgetting all the things your mind has come up with so far about it and related to it. This could allow you to prepare for it better and not be so nervous about it. And by the way, you'll do fine.

Leo said in some of his quite recent videos that your intuition (which gives at least kind of an authentic answer) will present an option and the option will be kind of magnetic even if you question it. It will also be quiet when you question it. If the option you're considering is however from ego, if you question it it will start to defend and rationalize the option. Then you can tell what's the best option.

Personally I think when I fail that it wasn't a complete failure. I tried, perhaps developed some willpower etc. (not thinking too much about it) and this allows me to find a positive side of my failures. Even if someone were to deem it as overly positive I think talking to myself encouragingly will have greater results especially since if I don't there might be a spiral of negative emotions on the other side. Also being overly positive rarely is an issue when I try hard to follow my intuition and ponder things. I think that my intuition will keep me on track quite well.

I personally as Jared said try to simply stay aware of what I'm thinking. I also try to not change them in any way and allow all kinds of thoughts and emotions to go by. I doubt you can go too wrong with what I'm doing. -
The way I'd do it is to just rise above your friends. It's not like being in a relationship is actually important. It's not like being gay is actually a bad thing or anything to be embarrassed of. They are picking on you most likely because they are insecure about themselves and want to seem better socially. It doesn't really matter what they pick on you about, it almost definitely just happens to be being gay. Once you realize that they picking on you doesn't really matter it will make you not have to care about it that much. You don't have to become someone who doesn't give a f*ck about anything. If they're your ´friends´ right now I'd rather be without them and even alone than with them if they treat you badly. You can be prepared for them telling you that you're being such an emotional crybaby if you complain about them picking on you but you don't have to care about that either emotionally, just their random opinions. I'd rather be alone than in bad company. It's not like you lose much if you don't hang around with them. If however you can't be apart from them then not caring about what they say is the way to go. How you can not care is the issue here. I personally try to think that I don't have to be anything. If someone calls me stupid that's fine. If someone says that I'm ugly that's cool too. I have no pressure to be anything because I trust my intuition to guide me, especially since I ponder stuff. They want you to react to what they say and if you won't after a while they'll stop and this is how it works just so you know. Lastly I'd recommend to watch Leo's video on comparing yourself to others. It will probably help you on top of this. Hope this helps, gl hf!

I watch them with my notes open. I make notes of pretty much everything that is relevant to me. If I don't understand something I either pause or watch the video again later. After watching I look at the notes and think about the details and the bigger picture and see if I can implement it to my life somehow. I also have a bunch of notes, mostly from his vids, that I read daily that remind me of my goals and how I should think etc

Watching Leo's videos will help if you haven't already. There are at least a couple on this topic. Personally after watching them I was able to almost always identify which one it was.

So this won't be a complete answer but something. Also I could be wrong. Do (almost surely) know that some of your thoughts are wrong though. Beliefs as I have understood them are things you hold true. Just because you don't have beliefs doesn't mean you can't think etc.. It just means that you are open minded about what could be the real answer. You still have the ability to figure out for yourself what is most likely the correct answer if there is one. Now if someone gave me the ability to be openminded then hell yes I would take it. Even if I agree with you saying most people hate questioning or shattering their beliefs I still enjoy it because the payout of doing it is so rewarding. I'm sure some other people see it the same way. I think the definition of free will you have is wrong. If I have free will it doesn't mean that I can't have information from outside sources. It means that I am not bound by ego to do something. It means that I am able to use that information as I see fit instead of being its slave. If life or the whole world has no purpose then why should that take our joy or life from us? I think that because there is no purpose to all of it we can do whatever we want to do and this probably includes making us and other people happier. We can still make our own goals in life and possibly, if it works that way while enlightened, make our own life purposes for ourselves. I'd have you question why you think an enlightened person can't function within our society or be happy because honestly you showed no proof so far. For them it's pretty much effortless to do what they want and if it's related to our society then they should be able to do it. Lastly nothing to be gained? I think making people happy and having a good life can be something gained even if it doesn't mean anything for the universe. Maybe it still is a gain though. What are you losing then? I mean you will be happy while enlightened how I see it and the efforts used to reach that point certainly don't matter in the long run so why not give it a shot. It's not like you're losing anything if you don't live the normal life imo. Please appreciate what I wrote because there's probably a lot for you to learn. If you're moody right now then get back to it later. I could be wrong so feel free to question but question yourself as well. Gl hf
