@Viking Understood, which is all well but the reason i asked that question was because from my experience, the more passionate, excited and belief you put into something the more powerful the effect/result seems to be. When i do things, or lets say guided meditations that do not excite me or not much passion behind it, i gain very little compared to say i find something at that moment that's really interesting and exciting to me. The things that excite us are meant for us and help us grow the most.

@Saumaya If were residing in the fifth, you wouldn't be here nor use the word "apparently". However, you can embody fifth dimensional consciousness in an evolved 3D body, telepathy is the basic form of communication as manifestation is instantaneous and unconditional love is ever-present but will be extremely challenging to sustain for long in 3D/4D. You either come back down or ascend.

I am sorry you had to go through this love, but in all honesty, Its not your fault, so please don't cause any more suffering on yourself than already has, as of right now that is the last thing your friend wants. He seemed to have his own demons to deal with and that was his way of choice to deal with them. I don't believe this had much to do with you at all because if it did, it most probably wouldn't of happened the way it did. I know it seems paradoxical but that's just how things seem to be in this universe. I had similar situations in my younger days, and recently a friend lost her father in a similar situation which i have been helping for some time now and all you have to understand right now is that All is forgiven and All is well and its no longer in the present. He now is with his higher-self(so to speak) and has the enlightened perspective(The perspective and beingness we all try so hard to reach or maintain) to make sense of all his life till that point and that he is completely free from any possible suffering as of right now. Sometimes souls come for short periods only to learn and experience something needed in a particulate body/lifestyle then they have to go and live another life to learn something else because the current life no longer has the possibility for the next lesson. Suicide is extremely tricky but i don't believe it can be done unless both the soul and the higher self agree and in that case we couldn't of done anything about it even if we tried. Souls come and go, but their energy is eternal. All you can do now is appreciate, be grateful and trust the process of life for a greater divine plan that's in order as hard as it seems. Its really the only way to make peace with it and go by it to avoid further suffering for yourself and others. If you need anything feel free to PM me, i will do my best to share my wisdom.

@Outer When you evolve to such a degree you vibrate at a higher frequency thus can sustain self because you are the creator of your reality. You can learn techniques to transfer light into energy especially if you are embodying a higher consciousness. Its hard for you to comprehend right now because you are trying to understand it from a 3D perspective. Imagine a 2D flat surface trying to see and comprehend a 3D cube.

You should respect and appreciate anyone out there trying to help, regardless of the information or how they present it whether it resonates with you or not, at least they are doing something. What may seem pathetic, psychotic, weird, strange ect.. to you, may save someone else's life. Who are you to judge? What have you done to help the world be a better place? You can also try MSM, Sea Salt and Colloidal Silver solution or just the first two with Distilled water i have heard works quite effective overtime but not sure if its going to correct poor vision on its own, you will need to do many exercises like bates method and work of Todd Becker and healthy diet/lifestyle changes depending on how severe the condition. I know Urine is the most effective treatment as your own bodies intelligence and self-correcting itself cannot be beaten but not everyone is there yet so thought I'd throw a secondary option i have heard about.
