There is a wise saying: When the student is ready, the master appears. Same thing for food and everything else in life, you will naturally be drawn to the foodstuff you require based on your level of consciousness. As you become more whole, things just show up, you will naturally "know" things without having any memory of learning them. As you become more whole, the whole becomes more you. -

Sexual desire seems to stem more from an egoistical/animalistic/primal nature. When i feel more whole and complete, sexual desires are almost non existent. I am more tuned into the collective consciousness for the evolution and expansion as a whole. Not that sex is a bad thing or anything, i just thought i'd share what i notice from moments when i feel more enlightened to moments when i feel more ego-oriented. -
Well i could say i have several years ago when i got into detoxing and what not. I followed something similar to the superman diet you posted a while back and eventually you start to feel amazing and alive, everything activates and turns on within the body and mind function in harmony. Nowadays i do not notice it as much because it has become a natural state to me but i do notice more when i eat less and or more raw or just fruits in general you get some glimpses of that sharp, clean and amazing energy. I guess i notice it more when there's cleaner fuel in the body. I never done any tests or anything but i feel with the body/mind and how i transformed my health that those were some clear indications that i had detoxed quite the amount of heavy metals and toxins in general based on the positive effects others had posted on their successful stories of detox.

You can always get certified organic/grass-fed whey but again you can get similar results with well made plant-based protein especially soy and living more holistically and better for the planet in general. We don't need to consume animals to survive anymore. Its time to move ahead in evolution not struggle to get by. Although i must mention many athletes and fitness trainers are switching to plant-based because they realize much more over all benefits and less negative side effects. At the end of the day you best find what works best for you but if you know better and doing otherwise, you are not better than the next person that doesn't know better.

@Matt8800 I cannot give you knowledge, i can only show you the door. As your consciousness evolves to a greater degree, everything that you need to know when you need to know it comes naturally. At a certain point, you either know or you don't and if you don't it is not relevant. -

You have to apply what you realized on a day to day basis and integrate, ground and eventually crystallize the energy. Just because your state isn't exactly the same as the highly accelerated state in which you experienced during those experiences, doesn't mean nothing has changed, its a gradual process. Find what works best for you and sometimes just by sitting and meditating and reflecting back on that experience can bring you closer to that state of being, may not be the exactly same because everything changes, everything is changing. Writing things down during and reminding self helps. When people Awaken for example, they experience such wonder, joy, love, peace, freedom ect... which lasts for a while until it starts to become normal or more natural to their state of being thus no longer as "surprising" as it used to be and they mistaken this for "losing" the Awakened or Enlightened state when in reality its always there but people tend because of this to buy into the belief system that they have "lost it". and belief systems = reality you buy into. When in reality its always there, ever-present in awareness, you just have to remember how to let go of all beliefs systems again and see its eternal nature as one with you, ever-present and always in the center of awareness. Let go and step back into the center of being, where pure awareness resides, naturally and eternally. -
Its amazing huh? I've had some of the most profound experiences on MDMA even though its said to be not a "true" psychedelic, i find it unique in its own way because of how effective it is to help one "let go". Once you completely "let go" it doesn't matter what psychedelic you took as when you truly let go, you can go anywhere from there. I have meditated on MDMA and ended up on a DMT trip. Its all about letting go, no matter the tool or situation in life. Thanks for sharing <3

The tool that you believe will work best for you, generally will work best for you.

Its easy for some, hard for others. Change your definitions of it, redefine your belief systems. How you respond is what matters and what decides the wavelength in which you experience life. -
Watch videos or look at images of the poorest people in the world living in situations far worse than you. That should help you become more appreciative and grateful for what you have and all you have to do is do some deep breathing and imagine yourself in their shoes. Another good technique is go upto yourself in the mirror and give love, thanks and appreciation for your existence in this life. Genuinely feel it not just say it, do this as often as you can, sooner or later your life will become so much richer.

Don't define yourself with past memories. Be in the moment, be in the now, the past does not exist. Put some headphones on, listen to your favorite music and let go and just do your thing. Do what excites you and brings you the most joy at any given moment and act to the best of your ability. One thing leads to another, if you struggle with being present. Look into meditation, mindfulness and a book called power of now can help with this.

Its easier in the morning because you have regenerated and somewhat "reset" depending on the quality and depth of the sleep/dream/experience. When we dream we are no longer in the physical plane(energetically) thus closer to the higher-self/higher-mind in terms of vibrational frequency. This in turn to some degree purifies/restores our energy>thoughts thus when we awaken we are more in-tune with spirit but the challenge is to carry this thoughtless, awareness throughout the day without allowing anything of the external reflection to penetrate/effect your field of inner-peace in which meditation first thing in the morning or after exercise can help quite a lot. This is also a very good technique. -
Sometimes we require to connect with another to remind us of the love we have within ourselves. Follow your heart, it shall set you free.

Ego needs acceptance and unconditional love. This in turn becomes its discipline as it surrenders and reconnects to the higher-self and becomes a whole as one. This gives Ego assurance of its infinite nature and fear dissolves into love. -
@Emerald I believe Ancient people sun-dried and fermented it like the top quality cacao and ceremonial brands today found around Peru, Guatemala, Ecuador and other similar pristine regions. They understood about Life-Force/Chi/Prana within foods anything in high temps neutralized the life-force within and the chemical communication within the body was not of the same "energy frequency" thus diminished the overall effects. Cooking came from times of ignorance, drought, stress and similar situations when meat and other food were introduced that "needed to be cooked" or "fermented" like dairy for the human body to tolerate and digest it properly. Raw food is far more essential and optimal for our bodies than cooked but yes you must find what works best for you but the truth of the matter remains the same. I agree with you on humans being "adaptovores" but that does not mean optimum, that does not mean thriving. Cacao(IMO) is both beneficial daily and here and there. If you are sensible with it, there shouldn't be any drawbacks as you say especially if you source your cacao from quality, virgin sources and not the big companies that you won't ever know exactly how its made. The information you presented in BOLD is highly unlikely to occur if you know your source and use top quality cacao only. We can respectfully agree to disagree, although in my honest opinion(unless your cacao is very poor quality and highly contaminated), You will be more than likely getting traits of those "negatives/drawbacks" from regular processed food and tap water than anything else.
-
@Emerald Who do you think funds and pushes those studies? If that were the case in which how exactly the communication/exchange occurs within our bodies we would all be brainless by now and chemically wrecked. I know many people who like myself consume raw cacao quite often for years and are among the sharpest individuals i know. If that were the case, Nature would of provided them to us already roasted and or cooked. Nature does not make mistakes, humans who are disconnected from nature do. Don't buy into fear-based things much, let your body be your guide. There is nothing more intelligent than a body that its connected to its mother. One Body = One Mind.

Not sure if i previously shared this already but its an excellent post on urine and urine therapy. https://www.universal-tao.com/article/urine_therapy.html -
You misunderstand Light. A few hundred thousand so called "turquoise" individuals can easily over power 7 billion others. One candle is enough to illuminate a large room at least to the degree where all contained within the room is seen for what it really is.That's all it takes for truth to spread. I remember back in 2010-12 it was extremely rare to find one Awake person. Now there's millions, everywhere. All in 8 years. Its only a matter of time. Stay in the light, focus where it matters. Light has already won by default soon as the first candle was lit. The Truth/Light is inevitable, its pointless arguing with it.

@MarkusSweden My interest in health in general came about a decade ago with my awakenings and what not, i became interested in everything life had to offer and had to unlearn everything i was taught and learn again the correct way, the way of truth. @Feel Good That is old rumor my friend, its a myth. If cacao is a neurotoxin, coffee would be 100x more neurotoxic. Sugar is far more neurotoxic and dangerous than either, that's what you should worry about. Cacao actually detoxes the brain like no other substance which more or less is the reason why this rumor was created because it has potential to wake the minds up. A free mind is dangerous to the system that profits from keeping you dumb and sick. It can get addictive like all stimulants but i have used it almost every day(with random breaks from time to time) for almost a decade and i am still sharp as ever. Quality and source is important and you can always use Mucuna to balance out stimulating substances but unlike coffee, cacao has its own anti-stimulative chemicals 'theobromine" which is the so called neurotoxin, to dogs and cats.
