  1. B12 is an absorption issue, without proper cleanse/fast the body will struggle to return to optimal balance and healthy gut flora where B12 circulates efficiently and can be sourced from simple organic produce. Most Vegans who become ex-vegans are just not educated enough and rush into the lifestyle blindly so the body goes into shock because most of its life it grew and was adapted to other diet/lifestyle. Its natural reaction that occurs. Like detox symptoms when you go into a fast, the other thing is belief systems/programming that you need meat or animal products to be healthy and nutrition sufficient, extended fasting deletes these programmings, without fasting the transition can be challenging because are holding onto beliefs that are not in alignment with what you are trying to do. You have to be smart about it and educate yourself properly if you want to see those life changing results that others experience. Hope this helps
  2. Psychedelics just accelerate your consciousness temporarily to force you to completely surrender to the present moment which simply shows you what you are capable of yourself and what you actually do yourself and the psychedelic simply opens the door for you and does nothing more. When you can master to generate this surrendering completely to the present moment all the time, the tool is no longer of use. Its just a permission slip we use that works for us because it is aligned with our belief systems, there are no right or wrongs.
  3. If you didn't need to supplement when you ate a diet not designed for the human body, why would you need to supplement now? No offence but the whole system is flawed and does not understand nature. I rarely supplement and actually feel better when i stop all supplements and just consume whole fresh organic produce, fruits, vegetables and some nuts/seeds. The body was never designed for meat, animal products or supplements. It can adapt and has superior adaptation abilities but that does not mean you are thriving. Surviving and Thriving are two completely different wavelengths of existence. (2 cents)
  4. Like the fallen leaf from the tree that lands on the river.
  5. Here is a full link i found which goes more in depth on the subject <3 https://www.sloww.co/tao-te-ching/
  6. That's why i believe Taoism is one of the most effective teachings to dissolve the mind and its illusory natures. It radiates the mind with such deep truths(no good, no bad, no right, no wrong ect..) that it eventually is cornered to hit self-destruct.
  7. That's where you have some deeper digging to do to get a better grasp of the nature of Tao. The more you know, the less you understand. Seeking stems from the mind/ego, 'being' is the key word here to see past this. By completely being at peace within the present moment, there is no need to seek, all flows in divine order, you become a direct extension of divinity, so to speak. Saying this is 'bad advise' is exactly what these teachings try to teach the illusory nature of our words, concepts and ways. Give 'The Tao Te Ching' and 'Tao of Nature' a read, they will give you a better understanding of what i am saying. Don't try to live life or you will fail, let life live you. This is embodying Infinite Intelligence.
  8. Only the ego can be 'disgusted'. The true self remains in eternal bliss for it knows it is one with all things and all is well in divine play.
  9. He was so enlightened he realized there are no right or wrongs, these are illusory concepts. How you live, love and enjoy life is all that matters that projects the reality you experience. Everything else is mind/illusory. Being is beyond mind, beyond knowing, being is beyond doing thus beyond laws of cause and effect or any laws for that matter.
  10. “Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” ― Rumi
  11. I've been mostly raw for few years now and i always find the more raw i consume, the less i need to consume, the more energy i have, the less sleep i require and the more purified and mentally and emotionally healthy i feel. Your body becomes highly efficient thus you can get by with less. I believe raw food will be eventually our natural diet as we evolve collectively. Everything, not just food, gradually but effectively is returning back to nature, to more natural way of life and learn to live one with the infinite intelligence of nature's flow and teachings.
  12. If you guy want to understand the depth and true nature of god, i highly suggest looking into The Tao and Taoism Some good books are Tao Te Ching and The Tao of Nature It will really force the mind to self-dissolve all illusory concepts and hopefully, eventually including itself. Then you are left with isness, beingness and you start to understand the true nature of the god-head, so to speak.
  13. Enlightenment is everpresent when seeking stops and being becomes.
  14. This is self-delusion, even nothing is something.
  15. You'll be stuck with that scent on the vape for life and it will trigger mental/emotional responses every time you vape weed. I wouldn't if i was you. Sandwich method with bong is the best way to smoke and get all in one hit.
  16. Align with the true self and embody your true sight. Don't fall for the distractions. Mainstream Media is poison for the mind. Stay close to nature and everything will flow.
  17. I've had some very deep and enlightening insights on weed but it really depends on your state of consciousness overall. Although they aren't as rewiring and do not go as deep on a more permanent level as say Shrooms or stronger Psychedelics but it Ultimately depends on how well you know thyself and integrate the realizations. Just like everything else, If you integrate properly, less becomes more.
  18. Don't forget everything is here and now, you are everyone, everywhen and everywhere. Its never spontaneous, your consciousness was aligned to that moment for a reason, a child could have this phenomenon as he tapped into an other version of his 80 year old monk self meditating on a mountain top thus are one and the same. The shift occurs for a greater purpose, trust me, you cannot truly embody light without mastering darkness first. You are not limited to only this body/lifeline.
  19. Concentration is the opposite of meditation. Mediation is a let go, a surrender. Both are good practices but you should also practice both not just one or the other. Movements, sleeping and similar things are natural reactions of the ego trying to find its way to escape the uncomfortableness, the unknown. It will try its hardest to get your attention, it will even send you the flies and mosquito's Do not judge it, do not try mute or pay any attention to it. Let it be, enjoy your inner-stillness.
  20. Virgin Coconut oil, Raw Honey, Cinnamon and Lemon. Slowly heat in kettle or jug or small pot and make syrup and sip away slowly
