  1. @Cepzeu The excess use on garlic, onions, heavy herbs/spices flavors could be a result why both struggle with absorption issues with Iron and B12. Give this a read http://www.vibrancyuk.com/B12.html Personally i do not supplement directly because i consume wholefoods pared with super-foods that are naturally richer in those extra vitamins/minerals that are rare in today's food. I also keep a balance and do not get to a level of over-stimulation to send the body out of whack cause then a water fast is probably the best thing to reset the chemical balance within the body so everything starts to function properly again. However there is plenty B12 in plant-based foods just very small amounts but this is all you need if your body performs how it should, it circulates, stores and uses what it needs. People have to be careful with supplementation because it has potential to send the body out of balance because it has not evolved to consume such large amounts in one sitting. Nevertheless, spend time in nature, sunlight, get some mud on you and eat organic whole fresh food as much as you can you will thrive either way, we overcomplicate everything cause life is really quite simple. The simpler you live, the happier you become and the more you end up Understanding how life really works. Sometimes knowing too much only deludes Understanding. Hope this helps

  3. Simplicity works. Personally I've tried almost every diet/lifestyle that's come and gone over the last decade or so and what i found best is when its kept simple and light, you feel more alive and perform better in every way.
  4. If you have to ask then no it is not safe at your current state of consciousness. These things are inner/higher-callings. They are known and called from within when some type of deep connection/cleansing/purification is required. Some people out there live without eating but they also live in a completely different way than we do thus can transfer and conserve energy efficiently. Some people are far more evolved and have mastered energy mechanics to do so, when you get to that state you will just "know" and "understand" how things work and what needs to be done. If you are still questioning things, then it may not be wise. If you are passionate, study and experiment with fasting and see where you go from there. Its usually during these experiments and processes that we tap into the awareness to see and understand more of what we need to do. Hope this helps
  5. @SageModeAustin Create a new universe, you deliberately put yourself in this viewpoint of consciousness because you know you will eventually transcend it. I've had many moments of giving myself the finger but at the end of the day its all me, so if i don't change, the mirror will never change either. You can't beat yourself, its impossible.

  10. @Pharion The momentum is always on a permanent rise but there are still ups and downs. It all depends on how much you really want it but sometimes in order to expand further we need to delude and forget again so we experience new peaks(so to speak). The deeper into darkness we dive, the more powerful the rebound effect.
  11. @EternalForest At one point i was doing it daily for a long time, i believe this is when i was at one of my highest levels of awareness. Eventually everything becomes bliss The beginning is always a hell of a challenge though especially if you have a lot of baggage.
  12. @Solace That's one of my favorite things to do, i do it often. Go to crowded places and just behave like a wise old man. Inside i am like a child giggling and smiling observing their reactions I like to see how many people i can make smile or uplift just by being in the midst of it all. @Pharion All is understood and well, just my 2c

Here's what i suggest to the true seekers STARVE EVERYTHING out of your life that provides and or includes any form of reward system/minimal to no stimulation of rewarding neurotransmitters, yes including FOOD. Do absolutely nothing for one day, maybe walks and a form of meditation/mindfulness is okay and drinking water. The rest is an absolute NONO. Watch what happens soon after.
  14. Passion is interlinked with who you are at that precise moment thus when you live and follow your highest passion you are doing the universe a huge favor by creating minimal resistance to the natural flow of creation. The less resistance present, the more you you become.
  15. There's people that run several hours every day and are extremely healthy. Movement is a built in part of day to day life. Without it we age and brittle faster. Move as much as you want, physically it will always do you more good than sitting down.

  19. You are attracting that by "buying into it" thus you suffer from that, discard the belief system, it eventually stops happening. The mirror will never smile first. Be the change to see the change.
  20. More sleep does not mean better, some people need 2 or 4 or 6 or 8 or more all depends on the persons energy levels. I also sleep 6 hours often sometimes 4 and if i don't rest well and sleep too long it can become a struggle.
