Nevertheless, its good to be aware, just don't become consumed by the negative fear-based projections, rather transmit your own frequency your own light and ride the wave smoothly.

We are currently co-existing in the 4th dimension. 3 dimensions of space and 1 of time. Now dimensions are more like realms(so to speak) where densities are more like rates of vibration or states within a realm. We are currently, as we speak transitioning from 3rd density into 4th density in which we become what one would call more "quasi-physical" where the majority of humans will vibrate at over 200 thousand hertz and will all be able to use more of our natural abilities far more effortlessly. This is also known as the "Golden Age" we are entering when we will unlock dormant DNA and live with superior immune systems and exceptionally long lives as described in the ancient texts when the previous golden age was several hundred thousand years ago, give or take. Time becomes more malleable, more flexible and we will be able to see things we could no longer see. This is why many so called "extinct" species are showing up everywhere on earth and so much change is happening on earth right now(chaos to order) and the consciousness of the collective is higher than it has ever been, we are simply co-collectively shifting to a reality where life is more harmonious and intelligent and or globally awakened(shall we say). Now the 5th dimension is completely non-physical and what we call the "spirit realm" where thought/matter is instantaneous and that is when we transition from 4th density to 5th density and this occurs at 333 thousand hertz and this is what one would call Total Enlightenment/Ascension where you simply vibrate into a higher dimension completely without the need of leaving your physical body behind, the whole being transitions. Some beings will transition from 4th to 5th but the majority of earth humans are transitioning from 3rd to 4th density, these are amazing times to be alive and this is one of the main reasons many of us chose to incarnate here at this time, to experience this universal shift in consciousness. Its not just this planet, but the whole universe which is shifting in its own ways far beyond our comprehension. To sum up the rate of how much we evolved in the last decade or so, in 2010 the majority of humans vibrated at 40 - 60 thousand hertz, in the next 5 years the expectancy is quadruple that on a collective scale. Now don't get me wrong, the majority of the unconscious masses are still quite low but are rapidly accelerating at speeds not even higher dimensional entities and collectives predicted. Many of the conscious collectives are already around 150 - 200 thousand hertz and above and to compare with our Buddha and Jesus other enlightened masters of similar frequency, they were around 300 thousand + This why they were depicted with glowing auras around their bodies and heads because they vibrated so high they were almost not there and the collective people at the time could see this because there was no toxic chemicals or disharmonious technology back then to disrupt their natural abilities to see auras and energies. Nikola Tesla was right all along. Hope this helps clear up this whole 5D thing many have been talking about the last several years.

It can be done, takes a lot of practice but it only becomes easier and effortless the more you embody the natural self and merge as one into the higher self. Loving yourself, even if you do not believe it, eventually you will. Keep going!

@DrewNows We finally decided to completely let go and part ways a about a year ago, it was the only way i could love her unconditionally/eternally because being with her, who she was now, was preventing me from truly being myself. Its a sad story but that's what true love is i guess, always wanting whats best for one another even if it doesn't include ourselves in the picture. One of my biggest challenges for letting go was of her feeling i had abandoned her like her father and i never wanted her to feel that way and at the same time i never wanted to lose the best friend i been looking for my whole life but sadly she eventually no longer saw eye to eye with me but i was still seeing clearly and embodied in my truth but she had somehow ditched the spiritual path and her true self/nature because the "relationship" was not working in the way she expected it to be anymore. She wanted to be and feel like everyone else in society, romance, ideologies, beliefs, expectations, attachments and how relationships are projected in movies and in society which was fine at the start but it started to prevent me from being my true self and it did not feel like true love and i could no longer be this way because i had awoken to my true being, i could only be myself and what she was expecting of me was going against my true nature so i also felt betrayed by this because she provided the words i needed but never followed up with the actions when it was time to act and move forward in life. I told her from the start and until the last time we talked, you are and were perfect for me, i never would ask for anything more than just being yourself as through you just being yourself when we met, i also found my true self and i would of happily created a family and spent the rest of my life with you but because our relationship was no longer harmonious and instead chaotic, what was the point? we have tried over and over again, thousands of times. The universe is obviously telling us a very important lesson we are ignoring. If it can't be harmonious then there is no point to have children, to create a family, to move forward. I opened up completely and i was left in the dirt countless times when i needed her the most and those sacred times i shattered into a million pieces because i was always there for her but when the tables were turned she never showed up when i needed her the most and when she did show up when i was already broken, i could literally feel an energy blockage in my heart chakra when she was open and was expecting me to open up in return, as much as i tried, a higher power was preventing me and i started to realize i was no longer in-tune with my true self, my higher self, but i do not blame her, i blame myself for being blinded by attachment and fear and not trusting my higher self long ago when it spoke to me very clearly and i ignored it. I care deeply for everywhere, i never want them to suffer how i suffered. I never wanted to hurt her and i just wished she could see what i foresaw as early as i did so she could understand why it had to end and why i could no longer be like everyone else, i thought she was hit with the same truth because her words were always there but her actions showed me that i was mistaken I eventually re-realized we met for a lesson not a lifetime and i realized the more we held on, the more blind we became with and to each other and almost completely shutdown from our natural selves. I haven't talked to her in several months but it seems we are both happy and she is finally starting to understand why we had to end our relationship and i am now gradually embodying my true path once again and i believe she is too. If anything, I have no regrets, it only made me so much wiser. The thing i miss the most is my best friend, my spiritual soul mate and i always wanted to remain friends but somehow she did not agree with this and completely ditched her true self, her spiritual path because the relationship did not work and she had become a completely different person, i could barely recognize who she was near the end. This for me was the saddest part but at the end of the day no one is worth more than your own inner-peace. They will eventually understand in their own way. I notice every time i stay away from technology, the machine-mindedness goes away and i return to a more natural self(so to speak) in which i find is superior in every way shape/form. I become more human, more intelligent, more compassionate, less reactive, far more present, more whole and universal. Chemicals in our food and environment paired with poorly made technology is a direct result of our low consciousness collective. The combination allows for perfect manipulation and control over living species. Chemicals weaken and disrupt the system allowing the technology to penetrate and execute efficiently. Stay aware, stay in control.

The postures are there so your body can fall into alignment so meditation is more efficient and effective. If the vessel(physical body) is not flexible, healthy, aligned ect.. it becomes far more challenging to enter a deep state of meditation which is why the meditation(Savasana) in most yoga sessions is at the end of the physical movements and exercise. The combination of the stretching and breathing allows one to align the mind and body in harmonic resonance so that connection to source at the end of the session becomes more and more effortless. Why be a conductor when you can be a superconductor?

I used to trip every now and then but i eventually realized i had already became aware of all that psychedelics were showing me long ago. They were simply tools i had accepted to use as "permission slips" (when i fell out of alignment) to become more and more of my true self and reunite with my higher-self(so to speak). Ultimately, all that was happening was a system reboot, or as one would say, restart or shutdown their computer to refresh it. The Ego would seek, the Soul would slap thy face. And on and on and on... However, if you wish to reinstall windows completely, that only comes by internal means and never external, the wayshowers can only do just that, show you the way. The stabilized Awakening or Enlightenment can only be sustained in a truly relaxed and fully present state which seems to be everpresent in "just being" rather than doing. They are amazing tools i must admit and i will cherish the experiences for the rest of my life but i am gradually drifting away from them completely and i am finding that the further gap between trips, the more i actually reintegrate/reunite with source on a permanent level and i am actually a lot more myself by doing so. Not just for psychedelics but any form of psycho-stimulation. As i find that the more i discard from my life, the more naked i am with creation, the more of my truest, greatest, fullest-self i can be. In this way, i can provide the purest form of self expression to All That Is and in return minimal resistance within existence is present. Namaste <3

I have used cannabis on and off most of my life and i can tell you it is a very wise teacher when used correctly. When used too often it tends to delude you and rid you off your natural high. Use respectfully and spiritually with higher calling and true intent, it can help and heal many misalignments. As with all psychedelics, randomness is the key as when the calling comes, it must come from a pure space. A thing to also consider is try get your hands on natural and land-raised strains or heirloom varieties that have never been manipulated or hybridized by the hand of man. These strains seem far more "psychedelic"(if you will) and have a much more natural and balanced chemical ratio THC/CBD ect.. which provide an optimal experience for the spiritual seeker/healer. You are releasing energies you have suppressed and you are slowly but gradually reuniting with the true self. Its quite common in my experience.

3g Syrian rue tea will enhance and prolong the pure DMT when consumed 30 - 45 minutes beforehand. Boil for 5 - 9 minutes then strain and drink. You might want to add generous amount of raw honey or other natural sweetener as it very strong stuff. You can also add extra herbal infusions they use to make (changa) like passionflower, lemon balm, chamomile ect.. for they should potentially enhance/prolong the effect and support the nervous system. A good dose of cacao beforehand should most definitely be a solid potentiator as it has been used with mushrooms by many ancient cultures to enhance and nourish with brain and body with adequate nutrients and chemicals to support an optimal experience. Although i would be wary to combine with syrian rue due so best keep those two separate. I have personally experienced low-dose psychedelic effects from mega dosing cacao alone, also known as "ceremonial dosing" but i would do this alone and not mix with stronger psychedelics. If i wanted to enhance other psychedelics, i would consume anywhere between 7 - 21 grams of raw cacao paste sometime beforehand. One step at a time, start small, find your sweet spots and take note of your nervous system because frequent psychoactive use tends to severely overstimulate it and with an overstimulated central nervous system, its near impossible to be fully present and embody an enlightened awareness until a long break from any form(chemical and or technological) of over-stimulation is provided.

True godliness is non-judgemental, total acceptance, absolute surrender. There are no right or wrongs because in the end you are the only identity left. Anything naturally tuned to 432 hz will not distract you from your daily tasks and possibly enhance learning/information processing. To understand this whole 432 Hz thing, we need to first learn about the Schumann Resonance, which will ultimately explain this number’s importance. He understood that global electromagnetic resonances exist within the cavity between the Earth’s surface and the inner edge of the ionosphere and are excited and activated by lightning. I am a child of nature, a nature spirit i am. I surrender myself to the natural design and the natural flow of the universe in which allows me to surrender the ego and embody the soul, which in turn allows one to tap into the cellular memory beyond that of a singular lifetime. I become timeless, i become formless, i become infinite and truly intelligent in my flow and design, thus i can express self in ways of such high degree that most find it challenging to accept that without direct experience and or lifetimes of practice i am able to perform flawlessly in my arts, but what most fail to understand is that when you truly surrender to nature, when you surrender to source and truly embody a higher level awareness, there is no need for a specific or direct experience in this particular lifetime as your cellular memory and DNA activates to a multidimensional level where one taps into other other lifetimes in which you are already a master of your arts. The supreme, the divine, is all within us, we do not need to evolve, we simply need to "tune-within", where we become aware and embody thus remember and refine our methods of mastery to bring darkness into the light, raising the frequency of love and ascension in this NOW.
