Apparently it has something to do with energetic exchange, they are not actually communicating in English to Darryl but channeling their energy telepathically(i assume) in which is converted through the host to English and over time with practice the channel strengthens and adapts to the energy frequency thus can speak more fluently and clearly. I channel my higher self from time to time, especially after waking up in the morning or after meditation or time well spent in nature/solitude. When i channel i tend to rock or walk back and forth and speak with my body, i have to keep moving to keep the current flowing. Other times i become more like a robot under a higher control as if something completely overrides me and i eventually end up snapping out of it and realizing i had written thousands of words or done many things without much thinking at all, it just comes through automatically. I don't necessarily channel like Darryl does and brings Bashar in, rather i just become more of my true self which is a playful, creative, divine energy full of love and light. Its such a warm and fuzzy feeling as if i am in a bubble of loving vibration and i am directly tuned to infinite knowledge/understanding. The term "All Is Well" resonates with every part of my being when i am in that state because you tend to "see" through a multidimensional/omniversal perspective.

@DrewNows Yeah i hate to be a conspiracy nut but I've been observing these patterns for over a decade, where the most money flows, equal corruption goes. We don't really know the complete story but several years ago there used be thousands and thousands of short Bashar videos all over youtube. Later as all the new rules came out they started mass removing them. I heard a while back on Bashar forums they were saying something about religious groups in mass targeting all Bashar's videos. There used to be so many good videos on consciousness, psychedelics, channeling, esoteric and ancient knowledge but due to youtube's new systems they all get banned and or asked to be removed so the channel remains active. Soon google buys something, its automatically corrupted. All social media these days for example are A.I spyware systems.

What you can do is instead of buying into the belief system that everything depletes you, work on yourself further so you can know thyself at a deeper level so you actually start to emit your own frequency rather than absorbing the frequencies of others around you. When you start imprinting your own intent on the universe rather than receiving an imprint from others, everything changes. Be an Emitter not an Absorber.

@GreenWoods Yes, i think most people fail with psychedelics and consciousness work because they try too much to copy everyone else and end up doing things from a mental attachment/calling rather than an inner/higher-calling which is completely at random rather than routine-like. Every 2 weeks, every 2 months ect.. It should come naturally and at random when it feels absolutely right on all levels mind/body/spirit or you only end up falling into your own trap/loop.

Consciousness work in general increases all endogenous chemicals within. How do you think we have those mystical and transcendental experiences without substances? Breathing Techniques, Fasting, Meditation, Silence, Solitude, Darkness, No Stimulation of any sorts, Grounding, Sun-gazing, Nature, Mindfulness, Yoga, Tai Chi, Chi-Gong ect... Pair of all them together and you are forced to face the absolute truth within. The thing is, substances do it in an un-natural way where the energy is extremely amplified in a short amount of time in which is always followed by a rebound effect so if we don't give adequate time between substance use we end up over-stimulating and over-energizing ourselves leaving us further from true stillness than we actually desire.

Or you could simply click a certain part of any video and see what it has to say, i do this often with books, randomly open a page and read the first thing i see, it usually is quite insightful and synchronistic with whatever i am doing at that moment. For example: I randomly clicked the video with the blue shirt at the 30:10 mark and the next few minutes were very refreshing and insightful for me - All the 'trying' in the world is your way of saying i am not yet ready to actually change. You are always divinely guided and in flow with divinity but you are not in the complete present moment to notice it cause in reality, we get caught up in the mind thus slightly in the past/future ect.. we do not notice that everything is perfect here and now. We can enjoy the ride however we wish, the mind will just get in the way of creations infinitely intelligent flow, when we finally become present, we will notice we've been enjoying and were enlightened all along but due to our attachments of the mind and of time past/future we chose to experience a very limited and narrow perspective of the ride. I noticed this on a psychedelic experience i had a while ago, the whole time i was caught up in thought, that the moment i let go completely, i realized i was in bliss the whole time but due to the attachment of thought, i was experiencing a very narrow and limiting reality of the whole that when i finally came back to the present, my past of that whole night had completely changed and i remembered a whole new experience rather than the one i thought i was experiencing.

Sometimes, although I have given many ideas and insights to others, i have yet to do anything entirely on my own. I am indeed working towards writing a powerful a book in the future but knowing how i am it will take a lot of patience and precision to make because i want to make sure that's the only book you will ever need to read. I have saved notes all over the place but i have yet to fall into alignment where i feel absolutely ready to start my book. It will come naturally, its one of those things you just "know" from within when the moment feels absolutely right.
