Universal Law #1 “You exist…you always have and you always will. You are eternal.” In other words, your fundamental nature is that of existence (rather than that of non-existence). You are a part of existence, therefore you are eternal, just like everything else. Existence is eternal, and since you exist, you are eternal as well! Understanding this Universal law, I’ve found, is quite relieving. There is no need to fear your death or the idea of your non-existence, as you are eternal. It never ends, you keep on going and you keep on expanding. So, if things aren’t going the way you’d “like” for them to, it’s ok! You have an eternity to figure everything out. Enjoy the ride! Universal Law #2 “Everything is here and now.” We are experiencing our consciousness through a created filter of time and space. However, this filter is simply a creation of ours that allows us to experience expansion in a linear fashion. In “reality” everything exists in one place (here) and at one time (now). In addition, you only ever exist in this here and now moment. Understanding this Universal law has been helpful to me, as it has helped me focus on the only thing that matters: NOW (without getting too caught up in what “was” or what “will be”). Now is the only place you will ever be, and now is where 100% of your power is. Focus your attention here and now. Universal Law #3 “The One is the All and the All is the One.” Many people believe they are separate from the whole of the Universe. The entire Universe, it seems at times, is a bunch of stuff outside of “me.” Other people, other worlds, god, spirits, etc, under this definition, feel like they are “outside” of us. However, you ARE the entirety of existence functioning as YOU. I am the entirety of existence functioning as ME. Understanding this Universal law has helped me in understanding that everyone I meet (here and beyond) is just ME from a different perspective. You are the me having the “you” experience, and I am the you having the “me” experience. This is useful because it helps you understand that everyone is in this with you. We are all of the same thing, we all work together, we all need each other and rely on each other. This fundamental law has made a massive improvement on the way I relate to other people, and to the divine. Universal Law #4 “What you put out is what you get back.” As a teacher of the Law of Attraction, I suppose you could say my predominant focus is Universal Law #4. You are creating simply by getting back what you are putting out. If you are sad, reality matches you with “sad” scenarios and phenomenon in your reality. If you are happy, reality matches you with a “happy” reality. Additionally, if you spend 90% of your time thinking about and focusing on your business, your business will take up approximately 90% of your life. If instead, you spend 90% of your time focused on your family, family will take up the bulk of your reality. Further, if you judge others, they will judge you back. If you love others, they will love you back. Call it karma, the Law of Attraction or Universal Law #4, there is no escaping the fact that what you put out is what you get back. Universal Law #5 “Everything changes except for the first four…” This final law describes the ever-changing nature of reality. No matter what we do, we are incapable of stopping change. Different faces, different places, different events, beliefs and ideas. Reality is constantly in flux and it is constantly expanding. What we knew 50 years ago in many ways is highly irrelevant and inaccurate compared to what we understand today. Old information and technology is continuously revamped, improved and replaced. Understanding this Universal law has been helpful to me, as it has helped me detach more from the idea of things needing to be constant or stable. It’s helped me move forward when things have changed, where in years past I would cling to what was. If everything changes, and change is inevitable, you might as well go with the flow and enjoy the journey. Just know that even though everything will change, the first four laws will remain constant no matter where you leap to next. In this way, you always have a map and you will always know what to do, no matter where the journey may lead you! If you enjoyed this post, feel free to share it with your friends and family. After all, sharing is caring! Author: Andrea Schulman

@SoonHei Yes because reality is "literally" that simple. The more we practice, the more we notice its divine simplicity. Us humans tend to think we need to complicate things for it to make sense for us because of the way we have been conditioned/programmed by the world since we were born. So when something so simple yet so divine is presented, we automatically find it far fetched because the more closer to the truth we get, the more our subconscious brings up cartoons, children's stories, fairy-tales in which many cases represent more truth of the nature of existence than most other things we focus and know about today. We have been programmed to categorize these things since young as fantasy/illusion ect... for the very purpose to keep us from the truth of who and what we are. We have had everything backwards thus why many masters always say, you must Unlearn and Learn again. This usually is automatic upon Awakening and you can't ignore or avoid it unless you want to suffer eternally yet this time consciously. Just an example i like to use, you can find many other great examples All the best! -

No idea what you are on about? All i was doing was sharing a good example of someone who is more in harmony and alignment to a representation of our natural self, our inner-child. Its very rare to see people like this, especially those who are famous, so its good to share these people and examples with others so they too may notice a familiarity in their innocent, child-like behavior which is very nourishing for the soul. Most people have severed the connection to their inner-child(this usually happens when the personality/soul becomes injured thus inflamed thus creating an imaginary identity(as a self-defense mechanism to protect itself, in which we call "Ego"). By presenting people with examples of someone who is more in-tune with their inner-child, is good to share because from there they can start to remember who they truly are/were before we were attacked/threatened by unconscious behavior and start to work on themselves and heal. All the best -

@How to be wise What happens when you throw a pebble in the water? Its really that simple. The universe is literally like the mirror in your bathroom, it will never smile first. If you are actually willing to do some work and experiment for yourself try it out for yourself. For 1 - 3 days do one thing, focus particularly on one main thing, fully immerse yourself in whatever you are doing till you are completely exhausted then let it go until you can do it again. Keep at it, you will notice within the next few days if you kept the focus and energy there long enough, reality is shaped, directed and reflected in that energy frequency of that which you have been putting most of your focus/energy/attention on. Its literally that simple. Creation is Divine Simplicity! You humans just love to complicate things don't you? - Bashar Creation can be complex, but it is never complicated, only those who are out of alignment with their true nature make it complicated. Tune-in Leonardo Da Vinci said it best: Simplicity is the Ultimate Sophistication. The most Enlightened beings are direct example of this simplicity, Lao Tzu is a great example. I suggest giving Tao Te Ching a read Namaste <3 -

@Martin123 You misunderstand me completely. Nevertheless, lighten up a bit, it isn't as serious or as complicated as you are making it. My ways have little to nothing to do with what you have observed and explained. I see and express divine simplicity, nothing more, nothing less. Namaste -

She's so lovely! I can't get enough of her pure, innocent, nature <3 Notice how she is fully embodied in the playfulness of life, she's the embodiment of the inner-child, watch her hands and feet as they play, her body, her joyess nature, its divine play, its natural channeling. I notice this so well because it reminds me of someone <3 -

A purified body/mind is superior to any nootropic known to man. A purified body/mind is a direct channel to supreme beingness. -

The simplest way is to not feed it with anything but love, eventually it realizes truth and no longer feels threatened thus surrenders. -

Yes animals are in tune with nature, they notice everything even though they don't always understand what's happening, they feel/sense what most humans cannot because most humans are not as present as animals. I have noticed this with animals first hand, their reaction and energy signature changes almost as if they are concerned but at the same time sense the divinity in whats happening and respect its power. -

Maybe he reminded you of part of yourself you dislike or have yet to make complete peace with? This spiral dynamics judging and categorizing people is getting out of hand though, i would drop this thing altogether, its becoming ridiculous.

That is normal, we have been conditioned since we were born to think and believe a certain way so we have (hard-wiring) that needs deprogramming to realize our true nature and full potential. Humans have to realize, we simply at that stage of evolution now where we can live much fuller lives with far less of physical need or nourishment. The more empty we are, the more "universally" full we become aware of(so to speak). For me this isn't anything knew, i knew people that lived this way even before breatharianism was a thing, so i had direct experience and deprogramming many years ago as i understand that we are so much more capable than the world has taught and conditioned us to think. I couldn't give you direct answer because lately i am going through phases like i said in the earlier posts so not fully integrating due to my lifestyle choices but i easily transition when needed here and there and i can be active as well if needed but the deeper you go into living with less, the more spiritually aware you become so your lifestyle will naturally be driven in a calm and gentle manner. You will experience a lot of fluctuations initially until everything stabilizes because there is still a lot of things to be cleared, programs to be de-fragmented, belief systems to be reset ect.. Eventually you will be guided on what to do as you purify self. I am considered a freak of nature but i also know we are all the same on a core level, so it all comes down to how much you know and believe in yourself at a fundamental level. I could go on several hours a day mountain climbing/hikes just on water for weeks at a time without food and still be energetically efficient and stable. I couldn't say much about high intensity sports or extreme activity because when i am fasting or practicing this lifestyle, i tend to become like a monk, i am very calm and still because my body is so pure. Many believe this is just lack of energy due to no food but i actually feel more alive and energized in a calm way, like i am now using a completely difference source of energy which feels primal, divine yet gentle and stable. There is no spikes or hyper-activity, everything is calm and infinite. I highly suggest watching videos of Ray Maor, he is one of the best teachers for this stuff because he is a perfect example of how to live more with spirit/pranic living, yet be just as active in physical reality and function in society. Other teachers or masters who are deeper into the lifestyle are completely spiritual and live as monks, hermits and or in solitude away from society but Ray is the middle ground. Here is he's youtube channel https://www.youtube.com/user/maorray/videos -
Another thing to remember is green and typical teas are extremely high in fluoride, if you know the dangers of fluoride you would avoid it at all costs. This is one of the reasons why Nikola Tesla did not drink tea or coffee ect.. he noticed that fluoride attack's the pineal gland and he's visions become blurred so it would interfere with his inventions.

Level of consciousness is witnessed, felt, understood within, if you need to ask, then your analysis will always be flawed. -

When egg is broken from the inside, life begins, when broken from the outside, life ends. You learn nothing from suicide, you simply will keep repeating the same situation(without knowing) until you grow past that point. Every time someone is about to commit suicide they should think to themselves... I wonder how many lifetimes i have already done this and only postponed my true freedom! The true way to free yourself completely is Ascend beyond this realm consciously. Suicide is the biggest trap in itself. -
I prefer simple herbal teas instead, i actually find them superior for long term reasons and other health benefits. Shilajit, Medicinal mushrooms and Adaptogenic teas are amazing substances you can also use as alternates to green tea for example. Besides the occasional Matcha or Cacao, i never drink any green tea or especially coffee because of high caffeine's overstimulating effect on our nervous system which overtime leaves you "out of whack" because the body becomes dependent on an external source for energy in which is always temporary and limited. These other substances i mentioned do not stimulate the body like coffee and other high caffeine substances do, they just help the body use and be more of itself so you still rely on your internal, central-energy which is does not rise or crash but remains stable and efficient. I personally find cacao superior to coffee anyway and if i want green tea, ceremonial matcha is the highest quality experience! Don't get me wrong, good quality coffee and typical teas(black, white, green) are powerful substances and do have medicinal potential but just like garlic and chilies it is not wise to consume daily due to negative over-stimulative effect on the nervous system. They are more medicine than food. Eat some fruit, the energy is far more clean and efficient. Stimulants of any kind are not meant to be used daily and long term. Even cacao and matcha should be done with wisdom because they too are very powerful but due to their chemical-makeup, they work more in harmony with your body rather than putting it on overdrive most of the time but simple herbal teas(chamomile, peppermint, ginger, sage ect..) , medicinal mushrooms and most adaptogens can be used daily long-term without a problem. Stay away from extracts/stimulants/supplements, keep it natural, keep it simple, keep it intelligent Oh and these are great herbs for meditation since you asked. Chamomile, Lavander, Lemon Balm, Sage, Gotu Kola, Tulsi Namaste!

Spine straight is the main thing, either sitting or lying down, you do what works best for you. Personally, I've left my body few times accidentally when lying down. As a child this was normal for me. There is also a technique you can use to induce lucid dreaming where you lift the top side of your bed(where you rest your head) 6 inches. Few books should do the trick. For some reason this induces more lucid dream/astral traveling potential. -

Truth does not need to be understood right away, planting the seed is important.
