  2. Rainbow Supersalad (These are just quick examples on the top of my head. I usually do 1 of each colour) Green: Kale/Spinach/Broccoli/ or others Yellow: Usually a Bell Pepper White: Cauliflower/Onion/Mushrooms Red: Tomato Purpls: Beets/Cabbage/Eggplant or others Orange: Carrots/Sweet potato Sauerkraut (Optional but loaded with Probiotics) 1 Tbsp is enough (Standard Dressing) 1 Tbps Extra Virgin Olive oil or Sesame Oil (Unless you wish to sprinkle sesame seeds) 1/2 - 1 Avocado Lemon or Apple Cider Vinegar (With Mother) Dried Herbs & Spices of choice or Fresh Choices: Parsley, Coriander, Garlic, Basil, Mint ect.. (Optional) Turmeric and Ginger are also great but i like to add the dried powder version Nutritional Yeast (Optional but loaded with B-Vitamins) Dried Sea Vegetables (Optional) Sea Salt Throw them in a blender and pour all over your salad A little water comes in handy if its too thick Additives (optional) Nuts & Seeds = Loaded with Protein, Minerals and Healthy Fats Sprouted Lentils, Mung beans or other Sprouts = Enzymes, Proteins, Vitamins ect.. It doesn't have to be this large but i just tried to add as much as i can to give more examples and ideas although a full recipe like this can fill you up for a good day or so and provide the body with everything it needs for about 12 - 24 hours. The only things that you may not get is Iodine if you do not use sea vegetables and Vitamin K2 unless your sauerkraut is fermented with K2 Bacteria although with healthy gut flora i believe the body will convert from k1 to k2 efficiently anyway. ================================================================================================== Homemade beans my grandma taught me to make, highly nutritious and extremely filling. Its called Pasul back home. Soak dried beans (usually white/great northern) overnight or 24 hours in warm water. The longer the better and covered with towels placed in oven to keep warm. You can preheat oven then turn it off before putting the bowel in. A little acidic medium also helps break down phytic acid (Optional) Now if you have time you can drain the soaking beans and continue to sprout them for greater nutrient release or just enjoy them the next day. Add beans to a pot of choice and fill 1 - 2inches more water and bring to boil then simmer on low. DO NOT add salt or they won't cook properly, leave salt for when they are done. You can add herbs and spices of voice and maybe some chopped vegetables like carrots for example. The longer you cook them the better they become but average around 2 hours is best for perfect consistency. Keep watch as you might need to keep adding water. When the beans are nice and soft and mushy, In a skillet add some virgin coconut oil or grass fed butter or ghee a tablespoon or two and chopped onions and cook until tender then add sweet paprika and chili powder. You could also add some fresh chopped herbs and or garlic here and this is where you can now add the Sea Salt. Once done add to cooking beans and stir and taste and add additional salt/spices if needed. Now you can enjoy a yummy bowel of this bean soup from the balkans or you can make it even thicker by baking it in the oven for another 20-30 minutes which makes it less of a soup but more of a bean mash. We enjoy it with fresh sourdough or rye wholemeal bread and sometimes to refresh you up afterwards we serve with fresh homemade yogurt with chopped cucumber and garlic and sometimes sliced tomato and cabbage drenched in vinegar on the side or something alone those lines And if you eat meat, In the past we would add chopped beef, lamb or something called sujuk to the beans and cook together would give a nice flavor. Sometimes we would also add a handful of wholemeal rye, buckwheat or other flour to thicken the soup up but once you bake or it cools down it becomes very thick even without the flour. Its enjoyable hot or cold and very satiating. In its own liquid you can store up-to a week in the fridge, sometimes longer but we try consume within a week. For a family start with 500 grams dried, for a couple maybe 250 grams until you learn what works and lasts for you. ================================================================================================== Superfood Recovery Smoothie 300 - 400ml Water or Nut, Seed or Legume Milk 1 - 2 Tbps Chia seeds, Flaxseeds or Hemp seeds 1 Banana 1 tsp of Supergreen powder, Moringa or Spirulina (if you don't have these a bunch of kale or spinach will do) 1 tsp of Cacao powder 1 tsp of Maca powder 1 tsp of Brewers yeast (optional) 1 tsp of Raw honey or other natural sweetener (optional) 1 tsp of Virgin Coconut Oil (optional) 1 tsp of Acai/Maqui berry powder or handful of frozen berries or goji berries or fresh strawberries 1 tsp of Psyllium husk powder (optional) 1 tsp of Bee pollen or Pine pollen (optional) 1 - 2 Tbsp of your favourite protein powder (optional) - If you use hemp milk or soy milk you probably wont need this. Extra Small additives like Shilajit(Fulvic), Chaga Mushroom, Gingseng, Gingko, Milk thistle or other powerful Adaptogens can also be added but these are usually in capsule form because they are extremely powerful so one capsule should be enough but then again still Optional. Interesting words, Thanks for sharing Well its not MDMA so you'll probably still get a full trip when you do take a full dose as long as you follow proper micro-dosing guidelines and keep it below 15ug and in only 2-4 days a week. However micro-dosing will not prepare you for a full trip no matter how long, its more for medicinal/therapeutic use. The thing about LSD i have noticed is that its not like others where you double the dosage and it becomes double the strength/power, with LSD it varies.. For Example: The difference between 50ug LSD and 100ug LSD can feel like 4-8x more powerful.

Yeah i almost had an Ego-Death even from 100ug my first time but i was with my friend and i had to take care of him because he had not been hit with anything spiritually powerful like i had and while i was enjoying all the deeper trance like states he started to panic at those moments but everything else he loved and changed his view on life and ever since that night we can communicate more about the sorta stuff we talk about here. So they definitely do open some doors and remain open. I couldn't understand how people say they do 300 or 500 or more but it makes a lot of sense now. My breakthrough dose on DMT was only 30-40mg and after 5minutes realizations and eventually complete surrender i hit 5-meo territory and basked in infinity.

  6. Sweet, maybe try 7.5ug - 5ug and see what works for you and feel free to keep us posted. I am very interested in this myself. I have done 10ug, 15ug, 20ug and higher in the past just for random experiments and only when i took the 10ug i forget i had taken it but did notice a slight elevation in mood and interest. I guess it all depends on diet/lifestyle and possibly even previous psychedelic use. I know i read somewhere its recommended 0.2ug per kg of body-weight but who knows for sure. Thanks Leo

  8. Don't study, Learn If your truly passionate about something you will go all day. Trust me i was told i had ADHD and all the other disorders you can think of as a child but when i found something that i was truly interested in i could stay there deep in the zone while the outside world ceased to exist. It also helps a lot if you don't use TV/Social Media too much because they flood your mind with unnecessary thoughts and thought patterns. Meditation and Nutraceutical herbal teas can help but ultimately depends on how interested you are on the subject or whatever it is your are learning. So find what makes you feel great, passionate and alive and you will learn like a boss.

  13. One must completely let go and surrender to ALL desires. You find all by losing all. Why do you think some monks stop food/water intake for long periods of time? Even those are a part of the whole and once you are able to fully surrender yourself and 100% complete trust in the universe and even accepting of death if it were to occur is when divine re-connection comes in play. That's my take on it from experience, its seems this way as the ultimate test.

  15. Every now and then i stumble across porn and sit here and wonder how did i even watch this shit? Its plane and repetitive and just the same old loop. Erections are near non-existent when i decide to see if porn has any effect on me nowadays, it was like an old drug that i used as a teenager but now that i've found a greater path by just living life simply in the presence and focusing on much more profound things.. As a teenager sex was interesting and love was boring, now its completely the opposite. Especially after a Enlightening experience modern sexual acts disgust me and loving acts empower me. Fascinating indeed it is. Don't get me wrong sex is amazing if done with pure love and passion but it no longer bothers me when i don't have sex anymore no matter how long. if a special moment arises between a special someone then i don't resist either, i simply go with the flow but i no longer have the care or craving for it and too be honest i feel much cleaner and pure-minded without it. Its sorta like Psychedelics, the less often the more powerful and enlightening/meaningful the experience.

Fasting blows meditation out of the water IMO, when you fast for 7-14 or more days straight it feels like you are in meditation 24/7 as the body is pure of anything and only consciousness left is body. When do you meditate while in the fasted-state you enter deep stages easily and much quicker. Another way is finding your flow-state, doing what brings you love and joy, what allows you to reside in the present moment away from thoughts and the goal is to not kill the ego but discipline it and make agreement with it to take turns and come forth only when its needed.

One night i was high as and i just decided to turn off the lights and everything electrical and lay down in complete darkness, my eyes started to look around in search for light/sight but it could not be found anywhere it it looked, they were moving sort of rapidly on their own and all that was seen was shadowy voids and then after a few moments BOOM! scared geometry, colours, patterns, fractals, a universal language emerged and felt like it was communicating with me, i was seeing with the Minds Eye. It was nowhere near on DMT level but did feel like i was on some sort of higher psychedelic. It seems when the eyes we have to "look" are not able to see, the minds eye activates and that is the one that "sees".

  21. Some of the best info Ive found for longevity and well being are similar to their natural lifestyles and diet. Like Caloric Restriction, <This shows the most benefit to longevity and health as most of the longest live people consume 1200 - 1900 calories. (Roughly Meal Restriction(less meals =better), Most consume 1-2 meals at most. Protein Restriction(we need nowhere near as much as they tell us), You don't even need to track but id say 0.8g/kg - 1.2g/kg not LBS. Cyclic Fasting and Glycation Restriction - The longer the fast the better the results and less sugar/fruits instead more vegetables.
