In Darkness we truly see, In Silence we truly hear.

When i cant seem to settle down and meditate any form of DMT at the micro-est dose possible sends me into the deeper stages of meditation and i can easily let go for 30-1hour. One day i was trying to master the art laying on the grass outside in a busy day with cars, flies and ants bugging me all at once whilst remaining in a peaceful non identifying, non judgemental state which is challenging but helps me grow as times when i have success they simply do not bother me, the ants stop biting, the flies don't see me, the sounds vanish but this time it was very challenging as i haven't done it in a while nor mediated as often as i should. I decided to sprinkle a little changa(DMT infused herbs) i had left over the smallest amount possible and within seconds i was able to enter that state and everything stopped bothering me as i noticed these were simply tests/challenges i had set up myself to bother me so i learn to allow them not to bother me. The effect faded away within few minutes but i layed there in deep meditation for a good 40minutes and the rest of my day was so free and effortless. So in ways like that from time to time it can really help kickstart everything and help you get back on track.

Find something you love to do where you get so immersed in the activity that you get lost yet found. They also call this "In the zone" where you can perform the activity or whatever you are doing flawlessly without fail or fear of fail.

Why would you think they only appear to certain individuals lol we all come from the same source. They are not anything special or magical its just simple quantum physics, although there are universal laws in play so it is highly unlikely for any of us to know how to play manipulate mass amounts of energy and those who do are enlightened enough/purest of heart(so to speak) to use them only for the highest good and or usually see no need to use or manipulate anything at all because they understand the divine order in play and are in a state of "Just Be" most of the time. I've met people that can manipulate pulsating electrical energy for healing and pain relief, and other simpler energies like clairvoyance/clairsentience/clairaudience, Automatic Writing, Precognition(dream-readers), Remote Viewers, and Telepathy that we all use daily but aren't aware of and how to tune in properly but when it comes to the more powerful stuff like you see in movies, its extremely unlikely you will see this level of manipulation in our current reality especially 3rd density because we aren't at a level of complete balance and harmony to be allowed to play with such powerful energies thus why Universal Laws that prevent this are in play. Although as we are evolving energetically, its only a matter of time when these so called "Physic abilities" become more present and normal so to speak but if we keep focusing on technological/materialistic one-sided/minded way, we will never be given access to these higher energetic realities where less universal laws apply. You are only able to access that of which vibrates on the same energetic frequency as you are.

When i play with it for a while it reminds me of my first DMT experience at a large dose, it sort of felt like that. I zoomed in and out so far at the speed of light that i ended up back at the beginning again as the universe was a never ending circle with a twist which created a sort of infinity sign only showing that the deeper within you go the closer to the to everything you become.

Giving = receiving

Trust that everything as a part of creation is already perfect just the way it is, that there is already a divine order that spirals in play way beyond our understanding and once you completely trust in life and all it has to offer and totally accepting of "all that is" and all that presents itself in your life/reality is the moment you will be flowing with the harmonic primal/universal energy. Once you are in that flow(so to speak) everything takes care of itself Sorry if its a little deep, its just what i am receiving at the moment but i am getting the signal you will understand at the level required one way or another. Well if you didn't have an ego to experience separation your life here on earth as a physical being would be pointless. Our true nature is already infinite and enlightened but we cannot learn in a state that already knows everything. This way, without direct connection to infinite intelligence and infinite knowing all the time, we can learn more than we already know because we are learning through a state of "not knowing" instead of already "All knowing". Sorry if it is confusing, I'm sure others can word it better but i believe after that experience you will be able to somewhat grasp this to a greater degree At the end of the day, my signature says it all <3
