The problem here is "I'm not so beautiful" You think that initially that attracts the "and much often people tell me that" afterwards. Change that mindset and tell yourself every day in the mirror you are beautiful, and don't just really believe it but KNOW it.. you really are, inside we are all part of creation thus all perfect of a divine order but how we choose to see ourselves is how we attract the reality around us. Do this for sometime and notice how everything changes and more people notice you for what you really are and what you really want instead of what you have grown too and became used to. See when i was younger i used to think i was ugly because of school and peer pressure but then when i went to holidays in my home country my family and friends always would say I'm beautiful and every time i went there more people ans girls would notice that beauty and i thought its just the people there see me for who i am because they are of the same background until later on in life i realized it was just my own mind believing that were to be the case but instead the case was that i had that belief that only over there they seem me as beautiful and here they don't. After i realized this i said to myself so i'm beautiful here too i have just to believe and know it like i do for over there and eventually everyone started noticing me here as well and its now the same everywhere i go.

Many people have had a taste of Enlightenment but being Enlightened is a whole different thing. I believe those who truly become enlightened will cease to exist in the same reality as those merely seeking or going through enlightenment. I don't see the possibility in residing in the same place for long if you already understand everything. You will get bored so you must transcend back to oneness or to a higher plane of existence more suited for your current vibrational energetic understanding. It makes no logical sense for you to still be here. Now those who become enlightened and choose to remain back and share wisdom are no longer truly enlightened because they must sacrifice that state in order to step back down (so to speak) to share, reside and help among the rest. Its just the way i see it, Have you heard of Tibetan Rainbow body? -
You can put this on your devices that removes Blue-Light which keeps you up all night and tricks brain into thinking its daytime thus why we stay up on phones/TV/devices ect.. and aren't able to rest properly and sleep well afterwards either because our brains are over-stimulated by rays/waves and frequencies. https://justgetflux.com/ I suggest 1-2 hours away from bedtime keep devices and maybe read a book and drink some herbal tea like chamomile, valerian ect.. with some raw honey and lemon. The Darker and more Quiet the room the better, turn of all electronics by the power cable and slightly open the window for fresh air and breeze. Get some Indoor plants as they help purify the air and specifically snake plant release oxygen at night. Buy a diffuser and some relaxing essential oils like lavender for example they will help. Get Active during the day and if your working or doing something all day or at least most of the day involves movement and activities you will notice how easy you fall asleep afterwards. Suicide will only lead to an endless loop, if you never grow or learn past that point you will continuously be presented with the same situations life after life until you complete and overcome the situation and who knows how many times its happened already. Suicide is one of the only things that prevents the soul from evolving onto the next phase of life. (so to speak) You see.. life is like a game and the universe is continuously in a state teaching/learning and most challenging life situations are simply tests you have pre-set yourself or the universe has set for you (whichever works) in order for you to grow past that and evolve to a greater collective.

Chakras are mentioned as far as the emerald tablets of Thoth dating back eons ago but he explained them in a different way and did not use the words chakras or energy centers but once you decode them you will see he talks about them and when aligned through 1 - 2 hour a day meditation focusing on top and bottom half of bodies eventually the stargate within (assuming the pineal) will become activated. Similar to what they teach in Kundalini and Activation or when you take DMT. -

If you do it once a month or less you will have the most amazing experiences, it is because you are respecting the plants medicinal and spiritual power and not abusing it by daily or too often use. I have learned so much from the plant by consuming less often. At the end of the day it is a psychedelic. If you abuse it will drain and deplete your energetic body i must say sadly. My mother used to be on them when i was a teenager because she would cry a lot but then she became like a zombie and was almost always angry and aggressive every day.. What did they do to my sweet mother who was so loving, full of life and caring Took her two years to get back to normal I got her off them, slowly less and less every day and replaced with natural foods and herbs that work for anxiety, depression ect.. I banned her from going to the doctors because the more she went the more they made a product out of her then she would become more sick and keep going back. Now she's doing okay, just introduce more whole food into your diet, get into superfoods and herbs and smoothies, do something new everyday, find a new hobby, travel if possible, find what brings you joy, play music, dance, sing, art keep your mind busy and sooner or later you will forget anything was wrong with you in the first place.

Hey I have a tincture extract of St. Johns Wort and whenever my mother feels depressed i tell her to take a few drops under her togue and it works really well. Also Ashwagandha has worked well for her. Reishi Mushroom is another spiritual herb that helps balance things out. As for general tips, maybe travel or find a new hobby, try to do something new every day. Even going for short walks and instead of being in thoughts look around and appreciate how far life has come to this moment creating you as a part of it seeing itself through his amazing being that's you Once you were just a plant, now you can water plants and watch them grow into flowers or trees!

One of the best things i have learned about meditation is to Remove the word TRY or TRYING. Just be, Simply. The less you TRY the more you will Gain -
Rainbow Supersalad (These are just quick examples on the top of my head. I usually do 1 of each colour) Green: Kale/Spinach/Broccoli/ or others Yellow: Usually a Bell Pepper White: Cauliflower/Onion/Mushrooms Red: Tomato Purpls: Beets/Cabbage/Eggplant or others Orange: Carrots/Sweet potato Sauerkraut (Optional but loaded with Probiotics) 1 Tbsp is enough (Standard Dressing) 1 Tbps Extra Virgin Olive oil or Sesame Oil (Unless you wish to sprinkle sesame seeds) 1/2 - 1 Avocado Lemon or Apple Cider Vinegar (With Mother) Dried Herbs & Spices of choice or Fresh Choices: Parsley, Coriander, Garlic, Basil, Mint ect.. (Optional) Turmeric and Ginger are also great but i like to add the dried powder version Nutritional Yeast (Optional but loaded with B-Vitamins) Dried Sea Vegetables (Optional) Sea Salt Throw them in a blender and pour all over your salad A little water comes in handy if its too thick Additives (optional) Nuts & Seeds = Loaded with Protein, Minerals and Healthy Fats Sprouted Lentils, Mung beans or other Sprouts = Enzymes, Proteins, Vitamins ect.. It doesn't have to be this large but i just tried to add as much as i can to give more examples and ideas although a full recipe like this can fill you up for a good day or so and provide the body with everything it needs for about 12 - 24 hours. The only things that you may not get is Iodine if you do not use sea vegetables and Vitamin K2 unless your sauerkraut is fermented with K2 Bacteria although with healthy gut flora i believe the body will convert from k1 to k2 efficiently anyway. ================================================================================================== Homemade beans my grandma taught me to make, highly nutritious and extremely filling. Its called Pasul back home. Soak dried beans (usually white/great northern) overnight or 24 hours in warm water. The longer the better and covered with towels placed in oven to keep warm. You can preheat oven then turn it off before putting the bowel in. A little acidic medium also helps break down phytic acid (Optional) Now if you have time you can drain the soaking beans and continue to sprout them for greater nutrient release or just enjoy them the next day. Add beans to a pot of choice and fill 1 - 2inches more water and bring to boil then simmer on low. DO NOT add salt or they won't cook properly, leave salt for when they are done. You can add herbs and spices of voice and maybe some chopped vegetables like carrots for example. The longer you cook them the better they become but average around 2 hours is best for perfect consistency. Keep watch as you might need to keep adding water. When the beans are nice and soft and mushy, In a skillet add some virgin coconut oil or grass fed butter or ghee a tablespoon or two and chopped onions and cook until tender then add sweet paprika and chili powder. You could also add some fresh chopped herbs and or garlic here and this is where you can now add the Sea Salt. Once done add to cooking beans and stir and taste and add additional salt/spices if needed. Now you can enjoy a yummy bowel of this bean soup from the balkans or you can make it even thicker by baking it in the oven for another 20-30 minutes which makes it less of a soup but more of a bean mash. We enjoy it with fresh sourdough or rye wholemeal bread and sometimes to refresh you up afterwards we serve with fresh homemade yogurt with chopped cucumber and garlic and sometimes sliced tomato and cabbage drenched in vinegar on the side or something alone those lines And if you eat meat, In the past we would add chopped beef, lamb or something called sujuk to the beans and cook together would give a nice flavor. Sometimes we would also add a handful of wholemeal rye, buckwheat or other flour to thicken the soup up but once you bake or it cools down it becomes very thick even without the flour. Its enjoyable hot or cold and very satiating. In its own liquid you can store up-to a week in the fridge, sometimes longer but we try consume within a week. For a family start with 500 grams dried, for a couple maybe 250 grams until you learn what works and lasts for you. ================================================================================================== Superfood Recovery Smoothie 300 - 400ml Water or Nut, Seed or Legume Milk 1 - 2 Tbps Chia seeds, Flaxseeds or Hemp seeds 1 Banana 1 tsp of Supergreen powder, Moringa or Spirulina (if you don't have these a bunch of kale or spinach will do) 1 tsp of Cacao powder 1 tsp of Maca powder 1 tsp of Brewers yeast (optional) 1 tsp of Raw honey or other natural sweetener (optional) 1 tsp of Virgin Coconut Oil (optional) 1 tsp of Acai/Maqui berry powder or handful of frozen berries or goji berries or fresh strawberries 1 tsp of Psyllium husk powder (optional) 1 tsp of Bee pollen or Pine pollen (optional) 1 - 2 Tbsp of your favourite protein powder (optional) - If you use hemp milk or soy milk you probably wont need this. Extra Small additives like Shilajit(Fulvic), Chaga Mushroom, Gingseng, Gingko, Milk thistle or other powerful Adaptogens can also be added but these are usually in capsule form because they are extremely powerful so one capsule should be enough but then again still Optional. Interesting words, Thanks for sharing Well its not MDMA so you'll probably still get a full trip when you do take a full dose as long as you follow proper micro-dosing guidelines and keep it below 15ug and in only 2-4 days a week. However micro-dosing will not prepare you for a full trip no matter how long, its more for medicinal/therapeutic use. The thing about LSD i have noticed is that its not like others where you double the dosage and it becomes double the strength/power, with LSD it varies.. For Example: The difference between 50ug LSD and 100ug LSD can feel like 4-8x more powerful.

Yeah i almost had an Ego-Death even from 100ug my first time but i was with my friend and i had to take care of him because he had not been hit with anything spiritually powerful like i had and while i was enjoying all the deeper trance like states he started to panic at those moments but everything else he loved and changed his view on life and ever since that night we can communicate more about the sorta stuff we talk about here. So they definitely do open some doors and remain open. I couldn't understand how people say they do 300 or 500 or more but it makes a lot of sense now. My breakthrough dose on DMT was only 30-40mg and after 5minutes realizations and eventually complete surrender i hit 5-meo territory and basked in infinity.

Sweet, maybe try 7.5ug - 5ug and see what works for you and feel free to keep us posted. I am very interested in this myself. I have done 10ug, 15ug, 20ug and higher in the past just for random experiments and only when i took the 10ug i forget i had taken it but did notice a slight elevation in mood and interest. I guess it all depends on diet/lifestyle and possibly even previous psychedelic use. I know i read somewhere its recommended 0.2ug per kg of body-weight but who knows for sure. Thanks Leo

Don't study, Learn If your truly passionate about something you will go all day. Trust me i was told i had ADHD and all the other disorders you can think of as a child but when i found something that i was truly interested in i could stay there deep in the zone while the outside world ceased to exist. It also helps a lot if you don't use TV/Social Media too much because they flood your mind with unnecessary thoughts and thought patterns. Meditation and Nutraceutical herbal teas can help but ultimately depends on how interested you are on the subject or whatever it is your are learning. So find what makes you feel great, passionate and alive and you will learn like a boss.
