Nowhere near as good as natural multivitamins from freshly squeezed organic fruits and vegetables. I challenge you to compare. When i make a freshly squeezed juice in my slow juicer, 1 million red-bulls cannot compare to the "aliveness" i feel. If you had to supplement, look for (Freeze-dried) Whole food-sourced, organic multivitamins. 2c

Some strains are good for ADHD (at very low dosage) but you want to focus more on CBD than THC for medical/neurological issues as high THC can actually make it worse. THC is more for cancer and life-threatening diseases. CBD is for everything else. Both in a balanced ratio is my preference. 1:1 to 2:1 to 3:1 Ratios CBD to THC are great for most medical issues. https://www.alpha-cat.org/resources/understand-and-interpret-the-cbd-thc-ratios/ Here is some popular strains for ADHD https://www.leafly.com/strains/lists/condition/add-adhd I personally never consume weed anymore unless i have CBD with it or know the strains THC/CBD and terpinoid profile. Look into essential oils for ADHD and their link to cannabinoids. For example: If you apply Lavender oil on skin before you get high, it will be much more calming and anti-anxiety/anti-depressant than on its own. Or if you take Lemongrass essential oil beforehand, the high will be more Euphoric and longer lasting. Vetiver Essential Oil is said to be one of the best for ADHD. Study terpenes, they are amazing!

Meditation is about letting go, you are still thinking/resisting/holding on. Lose yourself, that's how you come back reborn -

1. What is your best sleep tip? (Based off you truly getting a good night's sleep) Turning off all electronics at the source, sleeping in a dark, quiet and slightly cool room. Sleep on the floor or firm surface so the skeletal structure holds the body rather than the muscles so you can enter deeper sleep and restore/regenerate more effectively. Sleeping earlier than midnight and and rising with the sun. Sleep only when your last meal was at least 3 - 4 hours ago. 2. What is the biggest thing that prevents you from getting a good sleep? Electronics/Blue-Light, Lack of daily exercise and not enough time spent in nature, direct sunlight exposure and grounding.

Alkaline water is definitely better to drink then regular bottled or tap water but it does not seem wise long term/all the time. More importantly focus on alkalizing fruits and vegetables as they have the most "living" and "structured" water that the body recognizes and utilizes best. Regular filters will not remove fluoride, only really expensive ones like whole house reverse osmosis and such but i have heard many great reviews on the (AlkaWay UltraStream) which does filter out fluoride and most of the other nasty things and it is an Alkaline based system so overall it would still be much better than tap water. I personally prefer distilled/purified water and occasional rain water and sometimes i add lemon/lime to the waters or Himalayan sea salt for minerals and electrolytes and to create an alkalizing effect like you mentioned but as long as you consume a generous amount of RAW fruits and or vegetables daily which are very high in water content, you will be getting the best source of hydration in the world, especially if they are grown naturally and organically. I rarely drink water when i eat a lot of fruits, especially in the warmer seasons because there is no need. These are just my 2 cents, always go by what you feel and believe is working best for you. One step at a time, trial and error, practice makes perfect Hope this helps @Rasheed

I even experiencing this on actualized.org or just being on the computer in general, we just aren't designed by nature to be technologically overstimulated in this way. The more overstimulated our nervous system becomes, the bigger the ego, because when our system is overstimulated AKA threatened, ego is the self-defence mechanism of choice. Just observe someone who does meditation, self-actualization and the many things people do and suggest on actualized.org for example, while being active on social media and modern technology ect.. and compare him to someone who does no spiritual practice or self-work but simply lives one with nature and does not interact much with the modern chaos and lives simply alone, works on his garden and takes care of animals and has no phone, tv or internet connection and you will notice this person still has much less of an Ego than he who does all spiritual work but stays technologically active all the time. We just aren't designed for it, its slowly degrading who we are by creating false stimuli. Now, how we choose to use it and how often can be beneficial for this day and age especially if we are self-aware but the key here is make sure you are using it, not it using you. Less is more

Yep, the power of programming the subconscious mind. 99% of the time, if a person is generally happy, calm in mind and body and doesn't know much because his/her subconscious isn't flooded with someone else's junk, he/she will have the most blissful experience because the substances only make aware of the real you and if you have too much false programming of who and what the real you is, there will be a lot of clashing and resistance. This is why many Shamans recommended for 1 - 3 months beforehand on a psychedelic journey for you to purify the self, work on the self, rid the self of false thoughts and toxins which are not pure and can interfere with the progress, spending time in nature, meditation, eating clean foods, practising loving kindness and compassion ect.. Then when you feel at peace or at lease at ease with yourself and your life on most levels, the experience will be most healing and blissful and enlightening. -
My Pleasure Its how you were conditioned and raised by culture and society ect.. most women fall into this trap. Remember our subconscious mind stores everything we feed it through all our senses, even if we do not notice it, the subconscious picks up everything. It does not know from good/bad, right or wrong ect.. it simply works by reflecting what you feed it on a day to day basis through each and every sense. Relationships are there to make you conscious, not happy. Sometimes we are drawn to certain people and things just so we can experience that its not the way to your truth and may help become more conscious of self. Someone else will never make you happy, they may help trigger or assisting in releasing something within you, but the happiness itself only comes from within, self-love, you. You can still have relationships and enjoy life, the hard part is not getting attached and become dependant on the other because many times the person who we are with is not our life partner, they are our lessons, we help them, they help us and help ourselves bloom. You will never find true love if you do not find it within yourself first. Its just how the universe works, like a mirror. This is why often when we get into relationships, we bloom through love, but then struggle to let go because we become attached to the idea that, that thing or person is the One which makes you happy and is the source behind what is making you feel this way, when in reality, it was you being genuinely loving toward another thus can only reflect that frequency back to you. As Buddha said, Attachment is the Root cause of Suffering.

You are probably eating too fast, try chew your food properly, digestion starts off in the mouth. Chew for at least 20 - 30 times before swallowing. Breathe gently and deeply when eating, don't multi task and watch tv or be on your phone when you eat, put your full attention on the source of nourishment as your body wants you to enjoy the food and nourish yourself, that's what fasting teaches you if you observed but not stuffing yourself and treating food just as a source of energy. Your body wants you to be more gentle and respectful, spiritual and passionate when eating and you may be ignoring that thus the hiccups playing out. See how that goes, also don't over think it too much because you may be creating a false belief that "it always happens" which only feeds the belief to come stronger and stronger then it will be harder to rewire that belief if it becomes hard-wired. Hope this helps

Don't worry about Alkaline water. Eat Alkaline forming fruit and vegetables. Water in nature and natural springs is slightly acidic and in some rare cases balanced PH but 6 - 7 PH is good. Always drinking alkaline water is not wise because its not natural to the body and will make your body function in an alienated way over time. Distilled/Purified and or Fresh Natural Spring water is best. Hope this helps
