  1. What i type is not purely Anecdotal, i have worked with 100s of people and together thousands of patients around the world. Mainstream studies are controlled by the same 6 corporations and if there is no profit in the method it is silenced, removed and destroyed. I actually have first-hand life experience where i have risked my life, took a leap of faith and have seen healing occur in-front of my very eyes a long with many others in my field. You are relying on studies and paperwork that can easily be controlled and manipulated, no different then the bible and religious texts. Get out of your comfort zones and experimenting with your own life and body and then you will find out for yourself how amazing you feel, and how healing takes place, how we thrive without having to harm or abuse anything else that's already living. They have families and lives too and we are the only species to drink another species milk yet we are meant to be more intelligent? Do you even know that we started drinking milk at times of drought, starvation and war and became very sick thus why we adapted and figured out how to "FERMENT" which allowed us to digest and handle it better? We don't need to ferment any fruits or vegetables to digest and absorb them properly. Most meat and its protein is only absorbed around 20% by the human body and the rest the body does not know what to do with it and one of the main causes of heart-disease in humans due to leaking into the bloodstream. This is why we need to consume such large quantities of it for the protein requirement when you could eat an avocado and absorb 95-99% of it and gram per gram even broccoli is higher in protein let alone soy and hemp seeds and 1 tsp of spirulina has more nutrient density then 100s of grams of meat. As well as animal protein in general is acidifying to our bodies which actually robs our body of nutrients. Overtime we adapted and became used to it growing up that our bodies and especially our minds are UNAWARE and UNABLE to tell the difference until we stop for a while and either do a fast or cleanse or raw food/juice fast for a week or two then start introducing animal products into your life and you will notice how they effect you. Just like processed foods, you don't notice because your chemical makeup is altered by all the harsh chemical buildup overtime but once you thoroughly cleanse the system and stop for a while, when you do go back you will notice the heaviness, the harshness so to speak almost instantly effect you. This is a clear indication because this does not happen on natural plant/fungi ect.. foods that grow in the wild. Now for Veganism 1. Imagine that there is something you need to stay alive and that there are two methods to obtain it. 2. If you choose method 1, you will live but others will suffer and die. 3. If you choose method 2, you will live and nobody else will suffer nor die. Do you choose method 1 or 2? Congratulations. You now understand Veganism. Its 2017.. You all should be able to intelligently critical think by now, especially at times like this just look at the world and whats happening.. With chemically altered and nutritionally deficient bodies the body and brain cannot function at its optimal levels to access this optimal intelligence. Plants have been proven to be absorbed, digested and more bio-available at a much higher rate then animal products. I wonder why?   2. I am not 100% vegan myself but with years of experimentation and exploration the results are solid as can be. For us to thrive at our optimal levels whole plant-based is the future and will be the future. Do i have to post this again? Its Inevitable, although you are free to live as you wish, please don't try spread misleading and outdated information. At least respect that.
  3. That's why the longest, healthiest and oldest living people found in small areas and villages around the world are mostly vegan and or vegetarian, 90-99% plant based. Study Hunza Valley and Okinawa people for example. If anything these people consume about 1% of animal products compared to the rest of their intake with average lifespans of 100+ and healthy as well as being able to have children at those ages says it all.
  4. ^Exactly, simply lack of education. @Dead_Mouse soy, spirulina, hemp and many other plant sources are not just complete but more nutrient dense gram per gram. I don't even want to bother replying to the Vitamin part because that is ridiculous... All those things you are saying are myths, purely profit-based and have been debunked sorry to say. I'm not against anyone that chooses to eat meat or animal products that is their choice and problem but i will not allow out-dated misinformation to be continuously spread. Truth and raising awareness is #1 priority. I suggest you re-educate yourself because its very silly all those things you are saying and quite out-dated. All the best.
  5. Sorry to break it to ya but this is false and out-dated information, merely the way we have been conditioned to believe and think our whole lives. Highly educated, health conscious people on these subjects know that to thrive optimally plants are the more intelligent choice. Compare Spirulina or Hemp seeds to Meat for example. Whats quite interesting you watch charles manson speak similar words, that even though he is in there in his mind he is free and that's all that matters.
  7. That link IMO is a perfect example of someone who should NOT do 5-meo, not worth the risk. If anything start of with lower psychedelics first or spiritual work, break down layers of the ego and connect to your true self at least to some degree before even messing with DMT let alone 5-Meo. Imagine if she took it at home? Would of scared the hell out of her family, pets, neighbors ect.. and resulting in more media directing and projecting these life changing substances and giving them a bad rep. Look how bad Molly is on the streets now, when its not even pure MDMA its mostly bathsalts and amphetamines giving amazing substances like MDMA that can change lives and help people with so many problems a bad name.
  8. Interesting.. most usually avoid coffee due to the over-stimulation and high energy spike but if anything i would try matcha, cacao or yerba mate, they provide a more balanced effect and may help in your method of meditation.

There are ancient breathing techniques that can create something similar but most have been lost although i would checkout Wim Hof, he has a pretty good technique i was able to see colors and fractals/geometry at one point. Maybe if you practice daily and gradually go deeper and deeper you can learn other techniques and methods to allow you to naturally access those states without the use of psychedelics.
  10. Personally I never took B-12, and studies found those who consume more plants are actually less deficient in b-12 than others who didn't. Nature is very intelligent, she already provides everything we need to sustain life and as B-12 comes from the soil it is more present in root vegetables, mushrooms and unwashed vegetables than it is in animal products and then again B-12 lasts in our bodies for a very very long time. There are many foods out there that grow naturally and have plenty of B-12 for us to be and feel healthy. I think this whole B-12, Iron and Protein thing created to keep people away from a healthy lifestyle like this because then there is no profit for pharmaceutical and medical systems if everyone is curing themselves. For instant we need nowhere near as much protein as they tell us, there is much more iron in vegetables and sea vegetables than there is in meat per gram and B-12 well i just explained it. If you are worried just supplement with B-12 spray once a week or less but if you consume organic and whole fresh foods and vegetables, and stuff like spirulina, nutritional yeast with your cooking, aloe vera, mushrooms, root vegetables and tubers ect.. often you shouldn't have to worry in my opinion. Just trying to help raise awareness on the subject, i think its more of a myth than it is important, nature has been perfecting life long before we existed, we didn't supplement before when we were growing up and supplementing now with a more natural or health conscious approach just doesn't make that much sense at all. Hope this clears things up for some people, i could be wrong but just listening to my inner-wisdom and sharing my 2 cents I have tested supplementing and not supplementing and honestly did not notice any difference in my life or my health.

Personally Ive collected them since young, i play around with them, i love collecting them, such beautiful structures and colors they have. I do feel something off them, but never really went deep into focus, i just like placing them around and especially around my plants or within the soil, there seems to be a synergy going on there. As for me i always enjoyed wearing crystal pendants or bracelets more than the typical gold, silver or diamond. I really like tigers eye, black tourmaline, shungite and hematite. Out of my pendants Ive had i feel Jade calms my high energy down and i feel somewhat more balanced. Hope this helps

Yeah it really works, i first noticed this when i was slightly high on cannabis and i never forget how pumped and amazing i felt at that training session, completely in the present moment with full awareness on whatever i was doing and even afterwards with my post workout recovery smoothie and meals i felt they nourished me more than ever. Once on LSD i felt every nutrient being absorbed, every molecule, every little bit was noticed it was fascinating how close it was to after you do long fasts paired with meditation then slowly introduce food back into your lifestyle. If you can learn to keep this connection to this hyper-present awareness, results and reward systems will be greatly enhanced.
  14. I had to cut 3 close friends out cause of drinking, it would feed the ego tremendously and when i don't respond with having a sip or a taste they would become offended within. I noticed how it was creating non-authentic forms of self, very toxic and repetitive. At times i was like okay i'm gonna try find a bit of balance and not lose my friends over all this spirituality stuff but eventually few beers every time lead me to falling into darkness again because from 1 thing to another leads to more and more buildup of toxic energy and sooner or later you are consumed again. Its been about a month or so since my last touch of any alcohol besides herbal tinctures and elixirs which don't really do anything besides slight cleanse or sterilization I'm feeling great the longer i go without. I remember the last sip was very heavy on my energy and lowered my overall natural high almost instantly. My mental and emotional state is becoming more balanced again. The further i let go of all things the easier it becomes to notice how they effect you.

Changed my life, when i cut out most animal products, junk foods, processed foods and introduced more whole, organic or homegrown or wild-harvested foods into my lifestyle as well as getting into superfoods and medicinal herbs/spices & fungi eventually i became alive again! More awareness, more compassion, more conscious, empathic, life became more about helping others instead of helping myself as i noticed this change in diet changed my whole lifestyle views and perspective, i was finally able to think properly and clearly once again, dreams came back, slept better, more energy and felt closer to being a child again. Less animalistic thoughts and cravings, less aggression, less mood swings, not to mention IQ skyrocketed 20-30 points within 2-3 years. All of this allowed me to understand how the human body works and how it functions optimally. I became connected again, to life, to nature, to animals, gratification and appreciation at every meal knowing how amazing they are going to make me feel and the more i did this the more the rewards became amplified. I had forgotten how it all started because soon after ultimately lead to my re-awakening. When the body isn't chemically balanced and nutritionally optimized it cannot awaken or activate(if you will). I truly believe this. Peace

If you want something fascinating to think about relating to chakras or energy centers you can notice how plants or anything found in nature and the natural core color pigments they have almost always resemble and resonate with the colors and and attributes of the chakras. These are mentioned way back in the emerald tablets.. Ever notice how a psychedelic mushroom bleeds indigo and Anja/third-eye chakra is also indigo related to visions and psychic connection and when you take a shroom what happens? Foods and Essential oils of the same color pigments seem to also benefit and enhance the energy centers of the matching color. That's one idea, the list is endless if you look close enough Enjoy

I used to run all day when i was younger from short distance to triathlons weekly - monthly although i never really tested it back then but these days i only exercise at the gym or sometimes play basketball or swim or rebound 4-5 times a week but even when i don't exercise at all for months mine averages at 40 - 50 BPM and i think it may be due to a very health conscious lifestyle and all the superfoods and herbs i take often. I'm usually a high energy person but my heart beats like a monk or an athlete for some reason? one day after a reishi mushroom and holy basil tea it went down to 32 BPM which is the lowest i tested. I felt slightly euphoric after the tea as well compared to when i was in a shitty mood earlier.. Most other people i test are 70 - 90+ not sure what's going on maybe too much processed sugar and coffee? Then lack of exercise comes to mind but then again i didn't train for a year or so at one point and still had 50 - 60 average. I also remember a study showing how curcumin in turmeric paired with black or cayenne pepper extract could be more effective than exercise to lose fat so it doesn't surprise me that it could be a result of frequent herb and or spice use. They are ultimately natures medicine.

Everything is made for fun, there is no real goal or point because behind everything else your all already enlightened you've just forgotten and you'll remember in oneness again when this life is over so who cares, Enjoy being limited while it lasts because your unlimited form is eternal.

You don't need organic for everything, find your local DIRTY DOZEN & CLEAN FIFTEEN list which shows you what produce is mostly sprayed and has the most herbicides/pesticides(Dirty Dozen) and others like (clean fifteen) that are minimal those you don't necessarily need organic. Start a fruit/veggie garden helps Compared to how i feel when i eat more healthy it doesn't bother me i spend double even though i'm quite poor when in comparison to society's standards but taking care of my mind/body/spirit makes me become rich on the inside. I wouldn't care if i am homeless as long as i am happy. There are always ways around things to make things last longer, buy in bulk and store in freezer, more nutrient dense foods = less you consume, less you consume = longer you live and better yo feel, just eat about 70% full and tea the rest Eventually you will find your way just trust in the universe and keep your head up, do what you love to do and you will thrive regardless. Hey and if you want a good affirmation: "All the money i spend comes back to me multiplied" Make this your Mantra and every time you feel something is expensive or worried about not having enough remember your mantra and it will help you quickly leave those negative thought patterns True Wealth is Health!
  22. More beans, lentils ect.. into the soups help. Introduce sweet potatoes or if you don't mind normal potatoes preferably organic. You can still chew your smoothies, i do it naturally. Find what works for you, don't have to follow Leo 100%, be your own hero
