  1. Meditation and Less social media, TV and more nature helps DE-program the mind and body and restore you to balance. Sometimes a juice cleanse or water fast is necessary as well for optimal restoration and chemical re-balancing.

  5. When we live one with nature and follow her ways not the ways of man's mind thinking he can do better. Everytime man has gone against or tried to manipulate or do better nature's way in any way/shape or form he has failed miserably and is a result in toxic worlds people create and live in. When we become one with nature, we will be at eternal peace. Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.
  6. Haven't properly watched TV in over 5 years, my life has changed in so many ways and my mind/subconscious is so much clearer. I don't react and judge nowhere near as much, if anything news was the worst thing for the mind. I do watch the occasional movie or nature documentary or health, cooking or singing contests but its only when i walk past and see it on but i cannot sit longer than 10 minutes due to adds so soon as i see a commercial it just turns me off and i walk away because i understand the programming behind it and it gets extremely annoying. One day i was watching the voice and they played the same commercial 3 times within the break, i can see how they brainwash people now with repetitive technology that eventually sinks into the subconscious then triggers within the person in day to day life and they react without awareness. Same thing with news, its like 99% negative and maybe 1 positive thing at the end no wonder why everyone is so negative and living in great fear all the time. I don't even know what's going on and people ask me about that stuff and i have no idea what they are talking about nor do i wanna hear it. The more intelligent and self actualized you become the less these things interest you.

  8. Physical pain is the least of the pains that will trigger expansion of consciousness. Emotional and Mental pain is far greater. We live in a society where the physical is cared about and valued most where most damage that actually does not heal for a very very long time is pains non-physical related. Ill use physical abuse between a man and a woman as examples. If a man hits a woman its a very serious crime and can be in jail for years while the damage can be healed fairly quickly within days or weeks but the psychological symptoms cannot be healed for a while. Where as say a woman is abusive to a man not physically but emotionally and mentally torturing him for years that way the man cannot do anything about it and women serves no time and he suffers far longer than if physical pain was used instead of days to weeks it could take decades to recover. I know i didn't word it best but you get the picture, i was bullied a lot in school and same with relationships all the pain i held inside eventually blew up and manifested into my wisdom once i let go of all that i cannot control and accepted all that is for what it is.

  12. If you been active all day there is a great chance your lymph system has been well stimulated (flushes out toxins) and if you were out in the sun a lot even better so that will most definitely make you feel peaceful when you get home after a long day. 2c
  13. Not sure about that but i do notice just like exercise when i don't get one or the other daily or first thing in the morning i do notice i feel slightly darker on all levels than usual. Sun is the giver of life, without it we all die. Without Light, we cease to exist. Very interesting point on the dreaming while the sun is up or daytime? I do dream a lot during the day and they tend to be very unique and strange. When i am feeling negative i exercise, do some deep breaths or meditate but if i am out in the sun doing any of those things the effect is noticeably amplified.

You only need 15-20minutes of 50-65% skin exposure or 5-7 minutes of Nude exposure a day for optimal Vitamin D levels. 3. Chemically its the same but getting it from whole foods you are taking in a lot more goodness, Enzymes and Bio-photons you don't get from supplements. 7. That's that they want you to believe so you revert to animal products leaving you sick and not able to reach your truest health. If you want even more vitamins you can juice large amounts of fruits and vegetables removing the pulp which creates a concentrated liquid extremely high in natural whole food vitamins. The rest i mostly agree on and have been highly educated myself for the last 10 years as well as others and my own body and life. Not intended to dismiss use of supplements because if anything you provided the most important supplements that most people are deficient in all i am saying is eventually you can live supplement free once you understand how the body and nature work and are connected and learn to communicate with the body and the cells and connect with nature and consume foods in their most natural state how nature provided them without manipulating them in any way because it goes a bit deeper than just numbers and statistics as there is molecular structures and vibratory frequencies that take play further down the line but modern mainstream science has yet to catch up on these things as they are not interested in studying anything out of their belief systems and those that have done so are classed as whacko and left behind where most geniuses today were once called whacko or mad scientists because no 1 had any idea what they were on about because the knowledge they presented was beyond society's belief systems.   19. Its because raw cures all known diseases the drug companies would go bankrupt and medical systems would be empty. Big pharma is so rich and powerful they control most of scientific studies and mainstream media about these sort things. Its all a business scam, cancer alone makes the system 200b+ a year and that alone should give you an idea of how rich and powerful they have become and can easily manipulate anything they wish to their disguise.

Ginkgo is an amazing herb, I pair it with Gotu Kola both Divinely Unique but work great together I need to start getting into testing herbs first thing in the morning again to really study them and observe the effects. If you consume enough raw whole plant foods especially greens eventually leading to optimal/healthy gut flora enough K1 will be converted to K2 but supplementing can help when starting but eventually won't be needed. Same for everything else with a healthy system B-12 circulates indefinitely. You can always get it from some unwashed root vegetable or a mushroom, aloe vera, algae or nutritional yeast ect,, but again human body is amazing beyond our understanding. D3 unless you get daily sunlight is a good option but again once you get life on track not needed. Nascent Iodine is a great supplement unless you consume sea vegetables and kelp daily. MSM is probably the only supplement besides herbs i would consider vital unless your soil you grow your vegetables in is rich and has been re-mineralized with MSM. Stick to Vitamin C whole foods instead of supplementing i will explain why below. Supplements are great especially natural or herbal especially when starting off but if you keep using them the body can learn to become dependent on them thus not learning to circulate efficient amounts on its own because always supplied from external sources. I have been through this road myself, now i eat more simple and less superfoods and supplements and starting to notice vibrant health as over-stimulation of concentrated sources of vitamins/minerals and or supplements causes harm over time. Fruits, Vegetables, Nuts & Seeds have all the magnesium, Omegas and B-Vitamins you need especially if most of your daily intake is those foods in their natural raw state. The more closer to nature you consume and closer to our natural designed diet you less supplementation you will need.   22. Its the only thing that keeps me sane and makes me feel more connected mentally, emotionally and spiritually. You don't always have to eat that much either, you can have some more "nutrient dense" foods so you don't need as much calories. I think if you have enough vitamins/minerals and amino acids that's all that matters and from raw food mineral and especially vitamins are highest of any other source. With Juicing for example the vitamins and minerals far exceed anything else which is probably why people heal from almost all illenesses and conditions after a long juice fast or feast.
