  1. Do you stay up on electronics/screens in the evening? Blue-Light tricks the brain to thinking its daytime thus stresses the system and depletes melatonin production is usually the biggest factor today. Maybe purchase some blue-blocker glasses and wear them after sunset. https://www.blublocker.com/ You can also get programs like flux/lux you can install on your smartphone, computer ect.. but they don't work as good as the glasses. https://justgetflux.com/ Also how is your day and your diet? Are you active all day, do you eat healthy? How is your bedroom setup? Try to make it as quiet and as dark as possible, disable all electronics and preferably stop using them 2 hours before bedtime. You can also take herbal teas like Chamomile, Valerian, Lavender which can aid in falling asleep as well as melatonin i believe 0.3 - 0.5mg under the tongue(sublingual) which can help restore sleep patterns, balance circadian rhythm and help you fall asleep. Essential oil diffusers and oils like Lavender are also known to aid sleep. A spoon of raw honey before bed can help sleep as well. If you drink coffee, that could also be a big problem having too much caffeine in your system. Switch to green tea or matcha which contains L-theanine that works in synergy and balances caffeine out.   2. Thanks for sharing, Since everything is amplified to the max on psychedelics even simple herbal teas and changes of atmosphere can significantly change and aid in challenging experiences. Kava/Valerian/Skullcap and Holy Basil(Tulsi) can significantly reduce anxiety if a psychedelic experience becomes agitating or difficult for example. The amino acids L-tryptophan and L-theanine can also be quite helpful in reducing psychedelic anxiety. Ashwagandha can help to elevate one’s mood, if one becomes depressed or feels sad while tripping. Chamomile, Passionflower and Gotu kola are also known to calm things down and bring more spiritual relaxation to an experience. Ginger tea also helps with nausea as well as Matcha green tea due to its L-theanine content. TIP: Pair these 2 beforehand Now they may not work for everyone, it can also depend on mindset and belief/intention ect.. but just incase its nice to share these things.   7. Reminds me of my 1st LSD experience with my close friend, it felt like we became gods and lived for thousands of years in that night alone we had no recollection of time whatsoever.   8. Raw living foods = Biophotons (Activate DNA) = coherence/raise vibrations thus consciousness, ultimately. Mainstream science has yet to catch-up but if you be your own scientist and experiment with your own body you will see for yourself and nothing anyone else says is going to matter because your body holds infinite intelligence and once you consume what nature intended you to consume in its natural form without changing its molecular structure or manipulating it in any way shape or form you become one with that natural intelligence, everything else flows naturally.
  9. My dog was also named rocky he died of a brain tumor at 9 and a half or so years. Worst time of my life, i was going through so much darkness and suffering he was my only friend i had as i was bullied in school cause i had odd ways than others so no 1 saw eye to eye but eventually one day i had an awakening through all that suffering and it changed my life in so many ways and showed me that i had to have that experience with my dog passing away in order to reach the state that i had newly adapted to. Then i met someone special and that broke me and slapped me awake even more.. I'm only 25 and i think its still the beginning of something great that's been happening all along just in the background.

Depends on the person, Darkness for me allows me to go deeper and night is more silent and less distractions, you see more(visuals) with your minds eye and sometimes visuals can help hypnotize the ego so you can surrender easier, but you wont have the benefit of sunlight, nature ect.. that can easily redirect a bad experience into a good one. Another thing is in the morning the body/mind is pure as and experiences can be clearer and more understanding but then again if you fast all day and do it at night you could probably get the same results. If you eat only fruits you would probably still get a very pure experience since fruit hold the highest vibration and act as a detox substance more than a food. I remember once i had a sore shoulder for months and one night i found this video titled how to communicate with your cells or something, long story short i got into deep meditative state before sleep, i then communicated and directed my cells to heal that location overnight with pure belief and without any doubt. Next morning that shoulder... pain was gone. Haven't felt any pain there since its been about 5 years. I wasn't able to do it again but then again i was deep into spirituality and meditation at those times so i could enter much deeper states easier since i had had a spiritual awakening and around that time and ego was hardly present so i could tap into my superconscious mind and have greater connection to source more effortlessly.

  15. Today i ate about 1kg of watermelon in the morning, followed by a banana and 2-3 dates felt great The watermelon really flushed things out from the night before and started my system up Fruit is amazing
  16. As for substances and herbs that are known to increase longevity: Gynostemma, He Shou Wu/Fo-Ti, Astragalus, Tulsi, Royal jelly/Bee pollen/Raw honey ect.. Turmeric, Cordyceps, Gotu Kola, All types of Ginsengs (Ashwagandha, Panax, Maca, Siberian ect..) from around the world, medicinal mushrooms like Chaga and Reishi, Schizandra & Goji berries and possibly pine pollen as well, I guess all adaptogens in general should promote and aid in longevity. Brewers yeast and Spirulina i also read somewhere can aid in longevity and restoration of cells. I would assume Maqui and Acai berries as well.
  17. Wouldn't 5 grams be enough for an optimal experience ? I heard you can get the same results with 5 as with 15-20 ect.. depending on how spiritually centered and focused you are like you mentioned before even with micro-dosing or low dose LSD with the right mindset and open channel you can tap into deep waters just as easily if you've already had direction connection in the past. Once the channel is open it takes little effort to get back there (so to speak) if you know what im talking about. I don't have much experience with mushrooms, tried magic truffles few times with friends in my earlier days so i can't really say much but i am curious for someone like me, should i try 3.5g or 1.75g x2. Most tell me go the full 3.5 but i believe i could possibly reach deep potential with half and score 2 sessions? I guess i just have that connection, belief and mindset which allows me to go deeper than usual if i want to. I believe we all can do this but merely doubt that holds us back thus why we meditate to help dissolve doubt.

  19. Besides Alan Watts, Bashar is one of the only beings that i have agreed with almost 100% everything he/they had to say. The divine wisdom presented was pure common sense. Its sad that his channel was deleted, all those videos could change the world if broadcasted for 24hour period alone.

The other day i took a capsule of cordyceps mushroom, 1 tablet of blue spirulina and half a teaspoon of royal jelly and i really felt clean yet balanced burst of energy and i was able to push my training session from start to finish with the same frequency. He shou wu may and shilajit also have gave me some great results.
  21. Dating and Socializing will be the least of your interests in the more-enlightened stages. You can always lower in vibration and find your preferred balance to exist as a human being whilst remaining somewhat enlightened but this is one of the most challenging things among the awakened ones. Go with the flow, everything will play out naturally as needed as long as you trust and enjoy every moment of it with passion, love and gratitude.
