  3. Check out lugol's solution for re-balancing iodine within the body to its optimal levels. You may need to start small then work your way up and you can also test if you are deficient by rubbing the solution on your skin and the faster it disappears the more deficient you are.

I usually don't eat breakfast but try fresh fruits(preferably with high water content) or a fruit smoothie, you'll thank me later It will really kick-start your body and help eliminate and detox the body from the material from the previous day. If you want something more filling add some nut/soy milk or and maybe some chia, flax or hempseeds for healthy fat content and absorption.

  6. Most of my time travel phenomenons always seem to be linked to my dreams especially as a child or some psychedelic experiences. I've had many experiences where i slightly remember a snapshot of a dream many years ago to actually living it in the future in my waking state. The only thing is you'll never know its a glimpse of the future until you experience it awake.

Think of it this way, if you judge someone you are judging yourself and the more people will judge you and that sorta energy will be reflected back to you, once you see this working and manifesting in-front of your very vision, you naturally would stop doing it since you strive to be free not be contained in a prison your own mind has created and attracted. You could also go to freedom or psy festivals, the people and energy there is free and highly non-judgemental so you kinda pickup off the vibe and it teaches you a lot just being there whether your sober or not.
  8. It sorta feels like you blink and BAM you are there after the surgery awake few hours later. Sorta like before you were born then you get born and are like sooo where was i all this time just before this? You just show up, sometimes its even hard to remember that you went into surgery at all. Although it is quite different from an Enlightenment experience since in that state you are fully aware/conscious even while your body/mind is completely out but then again Enlightenment can be see and experienced in many other ways as well.

Last weekend i went to this epic psytrance festival for 3 days and almost everyone i saw there seemed like i knew them my whole life or in a past life or a dream, i felt like i created them all somehow, i connected with everyone effortlessly, the more i connected with people the closer to home i felt, so much freedom, everyone was in a complete non-judgemental state, you dress and be as weird as you want, do what you want, even the police strolling around didn't judge you or bother you if you were smoking a bit of weed or tripping balls. In the midst of a candy-flip experience(LSD+MDMA) i was blown through the universe, laying flat on the grass looking at the sky, i was spiraling in and out in euphoria and awe i saw the dream i had as a child, the dream i was living now, the faces and people had been seen decades before it even happened, did i create this dream or was this dream a vision of the future? One way or another, it was an adventure of a lifetime and a mindfuck to be told!
  10. I read many yogis ect.. would snack only or mostly on fruit/berries when doing consciousness work since they hold the highest vibration of most known foods. The less you consume the more pure the body/mind becomes and more connected you feel.

Not that i am aware of but you just have to connect to people and travel or go to events, festivals, retreats ect.. of like-minds partake in, there you will meet new people and a journey will be in the making. At the start is rough but if you see a chance to fly, you better take it Most people see this as escaping but its actually the opposite, its growing, being brave and mature enough to move on past to a greater world, a world that suits you more, we can still survive in society with everyone else but if you want to thrive you need to let go of it all and find your own place of light where you can be who you are and no one will judge you. Its like a game, if we keep playing the same level over and over again we will be wasting our potential and preventing growth and expansion.
  12. You guys ever get that feeling when you were a young child fresh into this world that how did you just get here? where was i just before this? I couldn't of just popped up now? Where was i all these years in history before? Its the earliest memory i can remember, feeling like i just came from somewhere and not remembering who, what, when, where or how i just got here?? It surprises me i thought this was when i was 5-10 years old, eventually i completely forgot about this until i started waking up again.

I've felt too awake/aware growing up and i always felt alone in this world and neglected by everyone because they never understood me and always called me crazy, you have to get out there and connect and find people on your level cause you can go insane without a major awakening or spiritual/trueself actualization. Go travel and find your tribe, save your life Even helping and connecting with people online and all over the world is a good thing, but having a connection in person can really harmonize things out especially when your vibe is of a higher view than those surrounding you. Plant seeds, and move on, its not worth the suffering if you ask me.
  14. Well said, ever thought that trees could be like hairs on our body for the earth? Cells in our body like living creatures on the earth? All thinking they are individual and separate but unaware they are a part of some greater living wholeness? Volcanoes like pimples = toxic buildup, earthquakes like upset stomach growls, waves flowing back and forth like the breath? You can go all day, its everywhere to be seen, its all connected.

The fruits i eat alone in most days 2-4x the vitamins maxed out and some minerals, i don't really notice anything unless i eat too much processed/fatty foods then i feel really shit and when i eat less i actually feel better but then again it all depends on the quality and nutrient density of the food. Many of the RDA's are wrong anyway, some of them you need much more for optimal health/performance and some you need much less. For examples: RDA for Vitamin A is 900mcg which IMO is extremely low, i get roughly 30000 - 100000mcg a day just from fruits/veggies. RDA for Vitamin C is 75mg again extremely low for today's toxic world, you should get at least 250-500mg a day and from whole foods not supplement. Calcium RDA is 1000mg but i believe 500-700mg is enough, we focus too much on calcium when Vitamin D and K2 and Magnesium are far more important. Vitamin K is 120mcg quite low if you ask me because one handful of Kale or Spinach = 200mcg and we need more greens than just a handful a day. 600 - 1000mcg would be more better especially since we need a lot to get sufficient K2 conversion which is extremely important vitamin most people lack. Magnesium should be around the same if not 2x as much as calcium because its more important and many people today are deficient. Iodine is 150mcg but IMO for healthy you should aim for 1000-2000mcg a day. (You can supplement with nascent iodine if you don't have access to kelp or other sea vegetables) I also get double the phosphorus RDA and triple to quadruple potassium from fruits/vegetables. For Essential fatty acids we should aim for maximum 4x as much omega 6 as 3 but if possible recent studies show having paired or more omega 3 is even healthier for our bodies/brains to omega 6 ratio. The best thing to do is follow your body and see how you feel, make sure you eat lots of fresh fruits throughout the day, a large green-rich salad with nuts & seeds at lunch is also a wise choice and the more different colors in your diet the better but not skittles lol real food.   16. The body adapts to whatever you put it through but you need meditation to connect you to source so you have that knowing and trust to do so. I've gone 21 days without food and when your focus is spirituality there seems to be some other/greater energy sustaining you and the longer you go the lighter and purer and more invincible you feel. Once you stop meditation and spiritual work you can start to doubt and when doubt occurs that's when you can starve and crumble.

I think it was a combination of extreme darkness/suffering all my life paired with a choice of change in diet/lifestyle after falling in love with a girl and once i started to become more pure on the inside the communication to source eventually became clearer and clearer on the outside then lead me to meditation, connecting nature and spirituality, mooji, bashar and many other things followed ect..

When i took my first hit of DMT i was shown how i already planned and knew this moment will come in that exact time and place and saw it play out in front of my very vision as time came to a complete stop i saw it all as past/present/future become one and the same. This was beyond Deja Vu, completely blew my mind away.
