Try mindfulness practices or finding activities that keep your focus on the present moment or doing things that you love to do or are passionate about. These seem to help keep my consciousness/awareness higher than meditation alone. Find what works best for you. For example: I like to Dance or Swim or Gardening/working with nature i feel a surge of positive energy afterwards especially when i am completely in the moment with it and not "thinking about things" during the activities. Be one with whatever you are doing, everything else takes care of itself.

Its funny my first time trying LSD with my friend, i could never talk to him about the things we talk about here on Actualized especially when it comes to the deeper spiritual stuff and on LSD i was able to do so, he was finally understanding and connecting the dots, he finally saw the world when the MASK is taken off. It was bliss of an experience, we felt like 2 gods playing chess with the world and giggling on awe at how amazing it is.

I was just messing around but who knows, aura colors are usually quite accurate on the characteristics of the person or the energy within. The only way i have found to accurately see auras is with our own sight. No technology i have used or found has ever come close to the accuracy of what we can do/see ourselves. I usually get either turquoise, sky or royal blue with sometimes silvery or light green shades/sparkles or outlines when i focus on seeing my aura. They do tend to change sometimes, I used to see silvery/white-yellow mixture so i am not sure how exactly it works. I have always been drawn to the turquoise color and gemstone more than anything else as well as Violet. Do you love those colors? I tend to see a connection between what colors people love and love to wear or surround themselves with sometimes is a good indication of what their true aura colors might be.

This happened to me in both meditation and low dose DMT, never knew what it was but i knew at the time something was downloaded/understood.

My awareness if off the charts.

When i used to do one meal a day it taught me to really appreciate and enjoy food or the times after i did a water fast. I would sit and eat slowly and enjoy every flavor and texture mostly with eyes closes and i felt more nourished when i do this. I also feel more spiritually connected to the food. I cannot stand people talking or tv being on when i am eating. This also lead me to doing other things "One thing at a time" the more i did this the more i could skip meditation as it in-itself was leaving me feeling like i had just meditated afterwards. The Realization of being Back!

The higher the consciousness the more is understood. Everyone has their own path. You will not experience the highest levels of consciousness if you do not wish to do so or if it is not your path you will however know what to do and how to get by in any world because your level of understanding will be of a greater degree. It can be a challenge but i do not believe it can be a problem, as the more you understand the simpler life becomes.

We usually avoid what is deeply stored truth within us our ego's cannot and will not accept.
