3rd dimensional thinking has its limitations, time is one of them. 4th/5th or higher on the other hand, manifestation would occur almost if not instantaneously. Sadly there are no shortcuts, you gotta do the work to get to a more rapid manifestation. Practices makes perfect.

I have experience with standing meditation in general. I used to practice shaolin kung fu and was required to do standing meditation as a part of the program and chi-gong practices. We did 5-10 minute after training or in-between to re-energize ourselves. You'd be surprised how such simple movements paired with conscious breathing can re-align and re-energize us at much greater levels then just sitting down and taking a breather. Nowadays i do it after or in-between exercise when i don't have much time to do long seated meditation sometimes i do it before and after all depends but yeah meditation is meditation sitting or standing
