  1. Yeah no i understand i just believe even this universe is far older than they say. I believe our scientific calculations are far from accurate and quite primitive. Hopefully more truth about this subject will be more accurate in the future.
  2. I always thought being cremated and burying my ashes in the soil of a newly planted pine tree was a cool idea. Now i really don't care what happens to the physical vessel afterwards because i know it wont matter anyway.
  3. 14 billion years so they say. I say trillions and trillions and trillions older because my experiences with the infinite did something to me that 14 billion wouldn't be nowhere near enough to create what has been created >.<

  7. Possibly after awakenings but Enlightening experiences pretty much cures depression on the spot. Maybe years after if you no longer reside in the state and have fallen down in illusionary states again but as far as i know psychedelics can do that but natural endogenous experiences its usually ongoing bliss and peace no matter where you are. If you don't know what to do your not enlightened and possible was not an enlightenment experience. In true enlightenment everything is understood.
  8. I remember a herbalist telling me several years back that 2-3 kiwi fruits a day will help cure sinus and asthma problems. I believe avocados, flaxseeds, bananas and the herb rosemary, ginger, turmeric, cayenne, garlic, eucalyptus can help or sniffing the essential oils. Possibly peppermint too. Apple cider vinegar 1 tsp with cup of water multiple times a day has shown to help in many similar health problems. Best is 3x a day before meals. Vitamin D is also important for all health conditions. I also remember the talk of "Himalayan Salt Inhalers" helped some people. Lower your prescription medication and add more natural medicine. People usually see best results when they end up stopping completely with the drugs and go natural but you may have to ease into it depending on the severity of the condition. Hope this helps

If it keeps happening and no change or growth is occurring after a while i guess you could say its wise to move and be with others closer to your level of consciousness/awareness. We must not feed energy vampires, if you can rise above then that's excellent but the longer we remain around them the more chance and time they have to penetrate our field. Peace & Love

  11. I believe the you are incorrect here. I'm somewhat of a nutrition expert and these are the dry weight results. Roughly 100g dry white beans = 23 grams protein 100g dry whole lentils = 24 grams protein 100g dry chickpeas = 20 grams protein I believe those you stated of above were cooked because when you cook 100g dry = 2 - 3x weight cooked. If you want the purest consciousness drink only pure water If that's your path if you really want enlightenment more than anything else >.< The less in the body the purer and cleaner the connection to source. Of course it is not required but in my opinion is the fastest way to rediscover the self and reconnect.
  14. Research food combining Fruits are always best alone like melons and usually before other meals because they digest much quicker. Something to do with fermenting in the body if i remember correctly.

  16. I can tell you PE is 90% mind 10% diet/lifestyle. Meditation will balance everything out.

  18. Talk about dogs i remember reading an article once where a group of wild dogs ate some psilocybin mushrooms, long story short the dogs still go back to that same place every once in a wild to eat those mushrooms..
  19. On hard surfaces your muscles and body rests optimally and your skeletal structure holds your body. When on soft surface muscles/body do not properly relax. This is why we feel so refreshed and regenerated when we sleep on the ground. Notice when you are sick or too drunk you end up on the ground. Its nature.

  23. While this is true, if you are outside even through the clouds you still get some Vitamin D but supplementing in winter is fine just observe how you feel with and without it and see what works best for you
