  1. I first heard of skate when i was very young around 16-17 looking into how to de-calcify the pineal gland and what not cause i was into psychic abilities and stuff like that. I first heard from it from David Wilcock and his Pineal Gland video. I think it was one of the main supplements that helped me clean, open and activate my 3rd eye to see through the worlds bullshit or through the matrix/illusion(if you will) and later on i understood these weren't really physic abilities but natural abilities that have just been dormant and disabled due to calcification, chemicals, conditioning and fluoride ect.. and also due to never being taught about them so overtime they never got the required exercise so they self-disabled i guess. I stopped using it because as i was becoming more and more conscious i understood the importance of staying away from most if not all animal products and supporting a non-cruelty way of life and i was consuming a lot of hemp, chia, flaxseeds and other plant-based sources of omegas and already had a nutrition rich whole food diet and an abundance of herbs and superfoods so i was getting most of the nutrients that most people were deficient in anyway so i no longer saw the need for it. I do sometimes take it though, just not as often.

I used to think i have OCD/ADHD/Bi-polar and all the other made-up symptoms the doctors told me, when i became enlightened i realized they were all bullshit and the only reason they became real because i had believed in them to be true. Re-wiring our subconscious will return things back to balance. Daily meditation, mindfulness and spiritual practice will help you find yourself again.

  5. There are many other ways of meditation and you must find what works for you. Personally my unorthodox favorites are to swim or walk in a forest or gardening. I become completely present with what i am doing thus gain the same benefits as sitting silently.
  6. You must find what works for you. Some people even use Mantras like "Ohmmmm" after every inhalation to help keep the mind chatter at bay. There are no right or wrongs, only experience.

Psychedelics only helped me remember and confirm what i had already experienced through endogenous experiences that i had forgotten about and the use of psychedelics without meditation/spiritual practice and applying the teachings or "getting the message" only lead me back to more illusionary states. They can help but if you get pulled into using often to "remember again" you will only deplete your natural spiritual awareness.

Many health foods taste better than junk foods if you know how to make them properly but even then the reason why junk foods taste good is because the chemicals used in junk food trick our brain to thinking it tastes amazing(Its all business) and change our bodies chemical make up to make it appear that these food taste good which also makes healthy food taste like shit. Once you stop junk and drink more clean water and eat more healthy food e.g fresh fruits and vegetables then real food starts to taste good again as your taste buds and chemical makeup returns to balance. Doing a water fast is the fastest way to restore to balance but other ways work too just longer.

  21. Quality over quantity like all things in life. Follow your body. If you sleep and wake up feeling recharged and 100% full of life ready to conquer the world you know you slept good and optimally. Sometimes no matter how long you sleep you won't get this because the quality of sleep is poor due to diet and lifestyle choices. For some it can be 6-8 hours for others it can be 4-6 and some even 2-4 hours is enough it all depends on the person, their health and diet and lifestyle habits. Sleep when tired, rise when regenerated. its not rocket science. Same goes for eating and drinking, You don't need to follow any rules or need to drink or eat this much, just follow the body, the body is nature and nature's intelligence is aligned with source.
