  1. This helped trigger my first enlightenment experience. I had watched this video before tripping on ayahuasca.
  2. Nice topic! As with everything in life, psychedelics should be used in moderation. And there should also be a lot of respect towards those substances. They are very powerful tools, and can be misused. I have seen many people, myself included, use psychedelics too regularly -- without giving time for the experience to integrate in their lives. They want to trip again. And again. And again. Like every single week. But then it becomes a saturated thing. As for this year, I have tripped 3 times and I feel it's perfect. Not necessarily. This can turn into a neurosis. And can also mean that you are overusing the substances, so they are still in your system.
  3. Thanks, but I don't really like it lol No, but I sometimes go to this video: Yes! Yes =)
  4. You should not do that. If you feel the need, deep breaths should only be taken in the beginning of the session (only 3-5 times). The instruction is to be conscious of your natural breath. My guess is, you have lots of tension in your body. This makes meditation very hard and unpleasant. In my case, what has truly helped me tap into the meditative state is practicing Tai Chi.
  5. Do you meet with the girls face-to-face? Good! Focus on natural conversations.
  6. I agree. Masturbation is very different from real sex.
  7. Have you considered talking to really "easy" girls? They might not be very attractive, but they are better to train social skills. Doing this will help you build momentum...
  8. From what you wrote, it seems you’d benefit much more from a good therapist than any of those things you’re doing.
  9. You are not "a pussy." It seems you are going through an emotional burnout. Emotional exhaustion is a chronic state of physical and emotional depletion that results from excessive job and/or personal demands and continuous stress. It describes a feeling of being emotionally overextended and exhausted by one's work. It is manifested by both physical fatigue and a sense of feeling psychologically and emotionally "drained". 11. No. Ayahuasca is known for triggering psychotic breaks.
  12. I am sorry to hear what you went through. It must have been horrible. Interesting insight... Healing might take a long time, and you can’t force the process. If you decide to take yoga classes, make sure you don’t force yourself too much. Reiki and Tai Chi might also help you. Here’s a song that has helped time and time again: “You Can’t Rush Your Healing”, by Trevor Hall I hope you get well! ?
  13. “The state of ambiguity – that messy, greasy, mixed-up, confused, and awful situation you’re living throuh right now – is enlightenment itself.” — Brad Warner
  14. Pausch was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer in 2006. He was told in August 2007 to expect a remaining three to six months of good health. On July 25, 2008, at the age of 47, he passed away. Great example of what not fearing death looks like. Abridged version on Oprah:
  15. Wow... amazing text ??? ------- Ralph Smart (Infinite Waters) is the epitome of green. In this video, he talks about being a vegan, not fitting into an "orange" job, finding your tribe, accepting your weirdness. In other words, green stuff. He has also integrated the lessons of orange. He says in the video, "You can live in the 5th dimension, but you also have to master the 3D." Finally, he's not falling into the trap of fighting fire with fire. He says towards the end: "Even if you're annoyed at the world, instead of using that energy to attack the system, use that energy to create the New World." In some other videos, he does get triggered by animal cruelty though. He seems self-righteous for being a vegan, and he preaches about it hell of a lot. But other than that, his videos are great examples of healthy green.
  16. Have you ever experimented with psychedelics? I used to smoke a lot of weed, but when I started for example taking ayahuasca, I realized that weed is overrated. You can get much cooler experiences with psychedelics, and they can also get you out of depression. If you you keep using weed, try changing your self-talk. Instead of saying something like: "Omg... I am so terrible for using weed. I am going to end up like my dad and my brother", try something more compassionate such as: "Ok, I know I should probably not smoke weed. And I wish I could stop using it, but it's been hard." Can you feel the difference? This video is very eye-opening. Thanks to @Sri McDonald Trump Maharaj for sharing. Btw - do you really think canabbis is bad for you? Do you have psychotic tendencies?
  17. Hang out with green people! (social dynamics) Meditation will only make you more serious.
  18. @Kaity Maybe you should experiment with a higher dosage. I agree with @Wasem
  19. @Kaity Did you do a small dose?
