Nofap can result in blocked male fallopian tubes. You need to keep the plumbing going, or you end up with a backed up colon. Or something like that.

While there may be some truth in that we generally tend to use this forum as a means to escape the harsh realities of life, it is undeniable that the OP's intention is to lash out with his pain, and hurt others while remaining anonymous . As humans, we have an inclination to hurt others whenever we are hurting ourselves, not when we are happy. I do this, Leo does it, most of us do this at some time or another - it's part of our animal instinct. On the surface, the OP appears to be looking for attention, controversy, some shallow sense of satisfaction, even money. But we have the capacity to rise above our evolutionary heritage, and give the OP what he is really crying out for: -
There is a fine line between open-mindedness and naiveté. Aim for critical thinking instead.

The whole point of a Koan is to help still the mind. Giving it meaning has the opposite effect. -
Whenever we draw a line somewhere, "not two" exhales a long deep sigh. The world appears to us as having boundaries, but in reality they are all mental constructs. The more we talk about this, the more confused the mind grows.
-
Any mental activity that is even vaguely associated with (small-s) self, and even stuff that has nothing to do with it, will be claimed by the self and feed the self. i.e., self-actualization, self-enquiry, self-esteem, self-worth, self-respect, self-image, self-importance, self-confidence, self-ishness, self-etc. So, yes.

El Camino de Santiago is indeed a great way to start an alternative life path. Another is the Banana Pancake Trail in SE Asia, where you are very likely to meet many like-minded souls. Whichever path you choose, the worst would be to let time go by, and waste this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. Take care in your travels, brave pilgrim.

Now I'm confused - no longer know what has transpired here.

Very well aspirated. You are an inspiration.

Yes, I would very much like to have 10th Dan Black Belt in Spiritual Egotism. And a certificate to go with it.

Maybe @Dodo means 'respiration'.

Breathing is overrated.

No one has ever congratulated me on my confusion...
